I stayed here with my family. Supposed to be one of the newer hotels in Cotabato. Our stay was a total disappointment. Can't blame the staff who were nice enough. The management however was horrible!!! There was no effort at all to keep this hotel in good form. For an establishment that is just a few years old, everything was...

Along the main road. Its a complex where surrounded by businesses, mall, restaurants. You can safely stroll around the complex. Suite rooms are okay but still need to clear some pest. Business rooms are standards, most have no windows and signal of cellphone cant reach.

The hotel is located conviniently around shopping malls and restaurants. It is near peoples palace (municipal hall of cotabato city) and the office of the ARMM regional government. The alnor complex has its own mall with a good class cinema and a swimming pool near at the side of the hotel. The only thing that are not so good with...

Staff were good Location is good However room was extremely basic with dull surrounding and no decor. Room had no balcony as the window was cracked. Shower had no hot water . Breakfast is served next door in a cafe which was a disaster. After asking for toast was informed it would be a while ... There was no orange...

We occasionally find cockroaches in our room. There was no bathtub, the heater was broken, and there was a stench smell coming from other rooms. The service was ok and the hallways were clean. Overall it was ok but not worth the money we paid.

The room is obviously not maintained. There are discoloration on the toilet ceiling and mirror. The fixtures are rusty. However, you have no other choice in the city The breakfast is not so good. The good thing about this hotel is its LOCATION. It is adjacent to Mall of Alnor where great food choices is available including Mandarin, Queen Bee,...

The exterior of the hotel looks really nice even if I wasn't expecting much. BUT... 1. Front Desk seems clueless, we asked where was a nice place to eat or buy cultural products and they said "they don't know". Which is weird because as hotel staff, they should know these things. 2. There was little water coming from the shower,...

If you want to stay in a secured location in Cotabato City, this is the hotel for you. One of the best hotels in Cotabato City in terms of security. Stayed here for three nights and the rooms were good except for the fact that you always have to request room service to clean your room. On my first night,...

What I did like here is its proximity to the center of the city, it is near coffee shops and other stores. Probably it is the safest hotel in the entire city. Their fried bangus is also the best in town.
