Very Friendly, attentative reception and waiting staff. Huge variety of delicious food at every meal we were always spolit for choice, and calm dining room unlike some hotels which feel more like school canteen. Drinks are served to you at your table which was really lovely.

We are just back from a week in Bellevue AQuarius. Having read the comments before we arrived it was no real shock to the system. Yes it's dated, yes it's tired, yes it needs upgrading, yes it's a great location, yes the staff are very good and yes the renovations have started.

Found this in the cupboard with the bin. No apology, just, it is hot weather. We moved rooms.
It's definitely in the heart of the old town and about a 15 minute walk to the new town strip if you're walking and taking everything in... It's a lovely place and has a lot of lovely shops and restaurants definitely a lot of bargains to be had! Restaurants are a steal there so many affordable wonderful places to eat and so many cuisines! Also great affordable excursions... Honestly you'll have a great time... Fell free to ask anything If you want to know anything! One good thing is taxies are a great price so so affordable... We went on a few drives across the island in taxies such as to a drag show and to the local Lidl's (which is great for prices! Especially for water!) You'll have a wonderful holiday xx

Don’t bother with this hotel, it’s very dated, very shabby and apart from the location, which is not too far from the main old town, it really is a let down. It wasn’t exactly bargain bucket money but it felt like Fawlty Towers in the sun. We stayed in the mid section and had the delights of listening to cases being dragged up and down the stairs and landing all day and all night with every new and departing batch of holidaymakers. There are no lifts, so travellers with heavy cases and baby buggies are left struggling to reach the upper apartments, causing noisy disruption all day and all night. Spoke to other guests and had it confirmed that all the apartments are in need of serious refurbishments, some have electric kettles, some have ones which need to be boiled on the stove, all are pretty awful. Find another hotel!

Wi-fi isn't free think it's about 25 euros a week but wouldn't advise having wi-fi or paying for it as very slow and not great connection. Tv I'd say isn't worth paying for either as mainly Spanish channels and not great English ones only 1 or 2 we're taking a DVD player next time. As for the safe think its about 30 euros a week not sure may be more but would suggest having one as much easier to keep safer I'd make that a priority over wi-fi and tv as most bars and restaurants have free wi-fi if you ask anyway. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask anything else:)

Hi! We went as a family back in September last year we had a really enjoyable stay and we were self catering! We found Lidl's as well as the various small supermarkets around the hotel were a huge help! Most mornings we made cooked breakfast all supplies from Lidl. I'd say the main thing we struggled with was appliances in the apartment as well as cutlery etc Had to ask for more equipment to cater for our needs but they were more than willing to help. Apartments are all built up and are I'd say 2-3 star apartments your basic average apartments but we found them very nice and adequate for us as a family as holiday is what you make of it. Staff were all very friendly and cleaning staff are very efficient coming on a near enough daily basis. Only thing I would say is wi-fi/safe/tv very expensive, wouldn't pay for TV as mainly Spanish channels and very few English that are good, will be taking a DVD player ourselves next time. We stayed on pool level and it was wonderful amazing views easy access and a beautiful sunset view! I'd suggest asking for a lower ground apartment if you or any travellers have any disability or mobility difficulties as the apartments are quite difficult to get to if you're not on ground floor level like we were due to many steps. But I'd say whatever apartment you get will have stunning view of the scenery and sea and will see many planes throughout the day. In terms of restaurants there's and amazing Indian restaurant called 'Bombay Grill' they delivered to our apartment while we were there and were very friendly. ''Bear Grills'' was a really great restaurant very close to the hotel which was great and many options such as burgers, grilled chicken etc Also a wonderful carvery close to the hotel called ''Bodega Carvery'' they do a buffet Sunday dinner type meal most days of the week which is amazing have all you can eat, think it's around 10 euros completely worth it! You're spoiled for choice in terms of eating out as there's many places with many cuisines around, all very friendly and good choices! In addition there are many brilliant trips and sight-seeing things to do such as the Ranch Texas Zoo as well as the All Day Island Tour which is really great! Most of these will be advertised in the hotel via leaflets but there's excursion places situated around Puerto Del Carmen and taxies are quite affordable. Hope this helps, please feel free to ask any more questions! :)
