On the up - Fantastic location near the sea; easily walking distance; nice little restaurant and shopping centre short walk thru the park; not in the "pie and chips" area; bike rental in centre; great cycling on dedicated seaside track; sandy beach; nice Cafe within walking distance; close to the airport; easy drive to big hyperdino supermarket; hotel : disabled access very good if you need it; free parking; lovely apartment; cleaned every day; towels and bedding changed much more often than advertised; loungers with every apartment; great little kitchen fridge and freezer; reception and cleaning staff excellent; lovely big pool with loungers; could wax lyrical about this place... A touch of class really. On the down - The room safe is very old fashion and out of date. One of the old key variety and looks like it is out of a Poirot episode. Safe is so small it was barely big enough for purse and wallet and passports. Couldn't get our cameras in. Laptops and/or ipad not a chance. Needs to be updated with the big pin code safe sufficient in size to get all your valuables in including laptops. ie what you find in almost every American hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
From the moment we arrived this hotel is amazing. Staff are so so friendly and the whole complex is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are outstanding and so helpful; the cleaners are friendly and happy. Air con in the living areas is good and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a great drying area with line and pegs provided. The pool area is great although the pool could be a bit warmer but it’s fine once you’ve been in a while. We could not praise this hotel enough, we have an adapted room and there is so much space and consideration gone into the planning. If we could give it more stars we would.

We were lucky enough to stay at Nautilus again this year for 5 weeks, before and during UK Lockdown. Whilst most of the larger hotels and resorts in the area were closed, Nautilus remained open operating with reduced staff, but with no reduction in standards, service, cleaning protocols or friendly help, advice and information relating to the constantly changing Covid situation. Over the 10-12 years we have visited, this has been our longest stay. We have never had anything negative to say about the complex and this year was no exception. Although much quieter than previous years, which was no surprise given the prevailing circumstances, the pool was in full use and daily cleaning of the grounds and occupied accommodations was carried out meticulously. The Director, Leda, and all of the staff worked very hard to maintain the standards we have come to expect when staying here and did so with a smile on their faces, even when under pressure. Special thanks also to Juana, for your daily cleaning routine. We truly hope you all keep safe and well and we can get back next year to see you all again. Just to note, although I have indicated there is no shopping, coffe shop, or snack bar available, this is only during this global pandemic, and usually, these facilities are available.

My family and I were lucky enough to go on holiday during COVID - 19 and booked for the Nautilus. Despite it being a tricky time around the world, the staff and management of the complex were amazing. Our flat was spotless, clean and just had a generally lovely feel to it. We felt at home and comfortable during our stay. For every flat, we had personal sun beds, which again were comfortable and clean. The poolside area, and the reception, were both stunning. The complex doesn’t serve food but it’s only a five minute walk away from a square of shops / restaurants or the beach front. The staff were beyond friendly. Super kind, attentive, always willing to help and very welcoming to us! We were sad to return home. I would definitely recommend staying here!
