My leather handbag was taken from my room. I left it in the bedclothes. I met our regular cleaner as I returned and realised within 10 minutes of entering the room, that it was gone. I ran after the cleaner who said she did not see it, which would suggest it would still be in middle of bedclothes passed over...

Enjoyed our stay here in July. Staff were nice enough and the rooms were nice and big and also very clean. Shops and restaurants near by too which was handy. It's not very central but we found that the walk down to the beach wasn't all that bad. It wasn't that far and was actually a nice walk.

After reading the mixed reviews we weren't sure what we were going to find but in all honesty can say this hotel lived up to expectations for the price we paid. Very secure, friendly and nice atmosphere. If I was visting lanzarote again I would have no hesitations to book here again.

I would never chose to stay here again..... I never complain about accommodation.... As long as its clean and functional.... I can do basic no problem..... First of all the kettle was doing its own thing turning on/off all by its self.... Got it sorted then there was a leak right on top of my bed.... My bedding and anything...

Apart from one of the beds being broken and all of them very creaky, the 2bed apartment was relatively clean. Until, that is, we arrived back in the apartment after dark on evening - when we opened the door, we saw several large cockroaches scuttling across the floor and walls!! We managed to catch and dispose of 3 but the...

I understand all hotels charge for tv , wifi etc but €7 a day for wifi per device is just silly , showers are just a joke , have to shower quickly before the hot water runs out then wait for the water to heat up again if anyone else wants to shower Plus side is the location is good...

The rooms are old and dated there's no air con so you have to rent a fan for €25 per week only then to find no plug sockets in the bedroom lol try drying and straightening your hair in the kitchen with no mirror! If this was a cheap holiday fair enough as they say You only get what you...

Basic, but nicely presented & clean. You get what you pay for. Minor faults-wardrobe door handle missing, paint missing on balcony. Shower head seal was perished, but replaced immediately on reporting fault, with a brand new one. Bed mattresses very hard. I have been to Lanzarote numerous times all inclusive, but decided we wanted to go self catering this time....

The hotel is not new and that shows. We checked in late and were greeted by a nice gentlemen who had all details and our key ready. It took just a couple of minutes to check in. The apartment itself is a little dated, but everything worked and was clean. For the price we paid I did not expect anything...
