Due to the Covid-19 situation, pre booking far in advance isn’t an option anymore. I rang up club oceano on the 23rd September and asked to book a room for 10 days starting 24th September. They accommodated my choice of room and also gave me a discount as a returning customer. Great service for a last minute booking. Great clean room with everything you need. Reception was helpful, booked taxis and informed us about the local Covid requirements. The bar staff were friendly. Protection of masks worn apart from eating/drinking/sunbathing and pool and sanitiser available. The apartments were well looked after and regular cleaning of Sunbeds & areas was great. It has been a nice little get away from a the craziness of 2020. For a moment I forgot about the world whilst lying on my sunbed and hearing people laughing and chatting at the bar. I will be returning again. Thanks Club Oceano team!

Just retuned from 5 nights at Club Oceano and this has been our favourite place in 3 stays in PDC.

We found our apartment 36 to be spacious and spotlessly clean, good kitchen facilities if you do self catering but we like to eat out so really only used the fridge to keep drinks cold. There was a kettle, toaster, oven with hobs and a microwave with plenty of clean cutlery and glasses.

Bathroom was modern and the water pressure and temperature was fine.

Our bedroom was good with plenty of storage space for if you were staying longer and our bed was comfy with no issues sleeping. In fact we often overslept due to how dark the room was and how quiet the place was in the morning.

We loved the pool area, it has a nice feel to it and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year with plenty of people in the water, something i haven't seen a lot of in our previous visits (November and March). One thing i would add is that you need to bring your own towel which we did not as we are not used to that and got out of the habit of packing one.

We really loved the poolside bar which feels more like a british style pub, it's really quaint and reasonably priced. We had lunch there twice and the food was fantastic. I even got to watch the Rangers game there on the Sunday, it was our last day so we wanted to stay poolside instead of having to head down to the strip to watch the game in a bar.

Every member of staff we encountered were really helpful and accommodating which always helps.

We normally go long haul every November for 2 weeks but we are already thinking of coming back to Club Oceana instead this year. If not we will definitely be back for 7 nights in March 2024.

With towles of course this time :)

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the calm, quiet vibe of this small apartment complex. We stayed in No 1 which was on the ground floor a few steps from the pool. Our terrace had the morning sun and the pool area had sun all day. The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We found the reception staff very friendly and really helpful. It is quite a 'British' place to stay very close to the resort centre where there is a huge choice of restaurants - and a Spa shop a couple of minutes walk away. The bar staff were also very friendly. The front gate was locked each night and we had a key to get in which made it feel secure. The internet cost £20 for one device for a week - it isn't the fastest but it was good for going online. There are some review comments about a steep hill - perhaps those people live in flat regions as we didn't think the hill was bad at all! We had a great time there and would definitely like to return for another stay.

Sadly we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
As a result of COVID-19 we were advised not to travel on the 15th March because of my parents health issues and the fact that the island was going in to lockdown that evening, Ryanair could not guarantee our return and we managed to defer our flight with them.
We asked the hotel if we could defer our rooms and we were told that we couldn't defer and would not get a refund which is quite frankly disgraceful considering the circumstances.
We would have been more than happy to defer but were just sent a booking cancellation and told to go through insurance, our insurance has refused to pay because on that day the Canaries had not been listed as a no fly zone even though it was going in to lockdown that evening, so we are now over 1,200 out of pocket! but the hotel are quids in so thats fine!👍thanks very much for being so understanding, oh and for the small discount on our next stay which I will not be using!
I for one will remember this and I hope others reading this do also!

After staying in club oceano for 12 nights and booking 2 one apt for a large family to spend our Christmas away . We Decided on paying that bit extra than the near by apartment and forked out for the club oceano . First the good bits the pool is heated the pool area is spotless and the complex is secure gates locked at night . The reception staff were lovely . Now the bad the apartments were dark and gloomy stuck in a dark corner no daylight on the balcony. Bedding was 100 years old apt are run down . Bed are uncomfortable all that I could deal with . Until the first moring to wake up full of bites . There was ants EVERYWHERE 🐜 beds, walls , sofa even in the kettle 1 moring . Absolutely disgusting and ruined a self catering holiday . Informed the apt and there reply was shocking I was told it could easily been solved with ant spray and not leaving food around . There was no food left out as we were frightened to eat there. Over priced over rated and a disgusting. For what we paid we definitely deserved a better standard

This place is brilliant. All you need in 1 place. The bar serves great food, very reasonably priced. Drinks are also very reasonable, not overpriced like some. There are big screen tvs in the bar if you want to watch any sport. Also a few tables outside to sit and eat in the sun. Pool table to play. Staff are amazing, all really friendly. Lovely big, warm pool, as well as a Jacuzzi and a smaller childrens pool. Plenty of sun loungers. The pool area itself was pristine, cleaned every morning. The apartment was very big and spacious, we had the sun all day on the terrace. Hairdryer already in the apartment so no need to borrow one. Refurbed to a high standard, very modern. Lovely and clean, maid service every other day. Reception staff were great, would call us a taxi whenever needed, looked after our bags on the last day. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a gate that is locked when reception closes at 6 and then you have to have a key to get in, this makes it feel very safe. All in all an amazing place to stay and we will 100% be back!

I felt I must write this review, we were booked to stay at the Oceana on March 15th but the flight was cancelled due to Spain going into official lockdown on the 14th of March, the only option we were given was a cancellation notice for our 684.00 no offers of refund or a deferment. Sadly the story gets worse as we had 2 apartments booked for the 24th of July, from the first cancellation I requested that the July holiday be moved to October, there were no objections raised by the company until I contacted them around two weeks before stating that I was advised by the government to carry on shielding until 1st of August. The week before we were originally scheduled to fly I received a phone call from Alex who stated in no uncertain terms that all we were entitled to was guess what , another cancellation notice for 700.00, if we had of gone we would be trying to get home after only 3 days as on the 27th of July all travel to Spain was not recommended by the UK government, So being 1384.00 out of pocket does not sit well with me, so talk of this company deferring holidays is in my experience a myth

A great apartment complex. All rooms are facing the pool and have their own balcony. Rooms are spacious, really clean well equipped and in good condition. The pool is a great size with an additional children’s pool and hot tub. Additional cost for hiring Dana (much needed in summer), safe and WiFi - although you do get an hour free each day from the bar. Good location to the main strip, small supermarkets and an excellent restaurant nearby ‘El Quijote’. No complaints at all.

Just returned from a 3week stay at the Oceano. Everything about this place is like coming home, from the ladies on reception, to the ladies in the bar area, we were treated like old friends from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything about the Oceano, including the cleaners and pool area staff made our visit enjoyable. The bar and staff are most accomodating, and breakfasts and main meals all excellent. The rooms are good and the pool area and surrounding spaces all cleaned to a high standard keeping all guests COVID safe. We are looking forward to returning for another relaxing break in the near future..

This looked like a great value for money apartment and poolside and layout is really nice and friendly. BUT no air conditioning but they will rent you a fan for 2 euros a day. There is a safe in the room which they will also rent to you. There is not even a microwave. The beds have plastic mattress protectors on with blankets on top. Nothing to get you started off at all. Don’t be fooled
