I stayed at this hotel for a week in October. I asked a friend for a resort that was fairly flat as I have difficulty walking uphill, Was told El Arenal and Playa de Palma were good but both resorts were a German and Dutch stronghold which did not worry me. On arrival the reception staff were pleasant and very...

Hotel is very well located, near the beach. Our room was very clean and we were given one with sea view. Dining room is lovely with nice, helpful staff. Nothing to say about the food. It's a pity that such nice hotel with wonderful staff is to be avoided by those who expect respect from other guests. More than one...

This hotel is nicely situated. The rooms are extremely clean. The staff is always friendly and the food is very tasty. I didn't except such a quality for a 3 * hotel. This hotel is good for people who want to party. Lots of young german people, sometimes noisy.

Reception staff spoke little English and made no effort to try, but bar, restaurant and cleaning staff friendly. Guests 80% German but most were amicable.Upgraded to all-inclusive but most of the promised extras were never on offer. Unable to get a late check out despite trying all week. Entertainment minimal, better at Pabisa beach club but had to pay for...

Very small room but clean. Reception staff officious, and not all giving the same advice and information.food plentiful but restrictive for the English palate. This Hotel is mainly set up to cater for the German traveler.very poor entertainment programme at this time of year. if you have young children do not go as very little for them to do.

If you want to have a relaxing vacation, this is not the hotel you are looking for. There is a veery high risk of overselling, so there is a chance you'll have to spend a night in another hotel. 90 procent of the people here are german, and that means a lot of noise till the early morning. They really...

The hotel is really well-presented and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late saturday night after a flight delay, and were welcomed by a good looking man with glasses of wine (always a treat). Our room was small but very clean and really quite comfortable, and we had a perfect view of the bar...

Hi, we are a couple from Portugal. We stayed for a 7 days period and we had a good stay. We kinda knew we would be at german territory but i must say this is what made a bad impression out of the hotel and area. The Germans lack manners, especially when it comes to leaving the beach clean and...
