After a truly awful year a week in the Ayron Park was just what we needed. Thank you to the staff for making it a pleasant experience for us. The hotel is beautiful and the food was amazing, plentiful and very tasty - there was something for everyone so anyone who moans about the food well I can’t see why. It’s great. The room was lovely 1208 and the view of the main pool was very nice. The drinks were reasonably priced and the bus to palma was €2 euros each way and there’s a bus every ten mins from the door. There are lovely seafront walks from the door, there’s a great supermarket just a couple of blocks away for water etc. there’s a fridge in the room. We had great entertainment on Thursday (Motown) and friday (deconstructed 🎻) which was amazing. Tv in room with a few English channels (enough) and a big screen outdoors with footie / music . The rooftop bar area was lovely and seeing the sun go down was awesome. The gym was great and also the wellness area with pool and sauna made me feel great. Thank you 😊, you delivered. …

I came here only for 1 night as on a business trip. Originally, I booked HM Tropical Hotel but I have been relocated to this one as HM Tropical was closed as a low season. The hotel has great vibes, located only one street from beach front. You can catch the bus for 2 Euros to the center and it takes only 15 minutes. It is far better than overpriced taxis. I wish I would have more time to explore it more. I am definitely coming back as a tourist and not working. The hotel is very clean.

Great and stylish hotel. I loved the junior suite. Furniture is beautiful and the colors in the room are amazing. Very clean room. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel is located close to the beach and very central.

The hotel was very clean but a 4 star not 5. We were not offered a welcome drink on arrival and the reception staff had an attitude and liked to shrug their shoulders. It is our 3rd holiday this year with Jet 2 and by far the worst. The food was mediocre at best and cold. The Japanese restaurant was fabulous but expensive £100 for 2 people. The resort had closed for winter only 2 bars open on the strip. We asked about late checkout which was denied and offered no facilities to use to shower etc. I feel this late checkout option should not be offered.

If the skybar is closed, it is due to adverse and dangerous weather conditions. So we were forced to close the terrace bar for safety. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your dinner at our Japanese restaurant. We take pride in the exceptional quality of our food We do our best to offer fresh and authentic ingredients to enhance the dining experience. Regarding the attitude of the reception staff, we are genuinely sorry that you had that impression. This does not reflect our service standards, and we will take steps to ensure that all interactions with our staff are friendly and professional. About late check out, it is always subject to availability and in this case it was not possible because we were full. However, we have two dressing rooms with showers that you can use in our courtesy rooms. It seems that maybe it was a misunderstanding. What an amazing amazing hotel. 5 pools , lovely bar, amazing food with different theme each night. Beds so comfortable I slept exceptionally well. 3 minutes to the beach , shops, restaurants and pubs. Not everything open on sea front, but still able to drink , eat and shop. Staff fantastic expecially waitress on the doorframe dinner and the lovely receptionist who talks perfect English on the desk on our last day . 4th November

A beautiful hotel, lovely staff and delicious food. However, read other reviews regarding the location. If you’re looking for a club 18-30 atmosphere ok, if not, go elsewhere. We asked to be transferred out of the location. It was a pity as the hotel was great. Although would be better if they didn’t entertain quite so many large groups.

My husband, Charlie, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite HM Aryon Park in Palma Majorca, a modern, 5-star gem nestled just a street away from the beach. Designed with impeccable taste reminiscent of Nikki Beach, the hotel boasts a variety of facilities that promise a lavish experience. From our arrival to our departure, the hospitality displayed by Alejandro and his team, including Paolo, Marta, Jose, Xisco, Laura, Nadine, Toni, and Adela, was unparalleled, each member ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Alejandro, the manager, deserves particular praise for his exceptional caliber and for going above and beyond, enhancing our experience significantly. Our room was a luminous sanctuary, recently refurbished with modern design and a terrace that opened to enchanting sea views. The bathroom lived up to the high standard of a five-star hotel, equipped with quality amenities provided in an environmentally conscious manner. The daily housekeeping was meticulous, with our room sparkling clean each day when we returned from breakfast, which I must say is one of the most varied and high-quality spreads I’ve encountered worldwide. The buffet offered an extensive range of delectable options from hot drinks, cold meats, cheeses, and local delicacies to an array of fresh fruits and an exciting honey area where fresh honeycomb is available. Outside, the exceptional pool and spa areas, along with the on-site gym and restaurants, provided various options for relaxation and indulgence. The pool bar and the two converted vans serving American and Italian food kept our taste buds delighted throughout the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was enhanced by thoughtful touches like the large screen playing good-taste MTV music videos and the availability of luxurious Bali beds. Smoking areas are also provided for those who wish to indulge. Moreover, the hotel’s emphasis on technology and eco-friendly practices, such as the convenient scanning system for accessing all menus, is noteworthy. We also enjoyed a top-tier spa treatment arranged effortlessly through Paolo, leaving us refreshed and revitalized. Although we opted to explore local eateries for evening meals, our experience with the hotel’s sushi restaurant was exceptional, complete with a discount for being residents and delightful staff members. Our experience was further elevated when Alejandro kindly moved us to a higher floor, offering breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets, and a surprise bottle of Carver added a sweet touch to our day. In terms of locality, the beach and a plethora of restaurants and bars are within a two-minute walk, and a relaxed day sunbathing near the And beach bar was quite memorable. I highly recommend booking directly with HM Aryon Park for the most relaxing and luxurious stay, just 15 minutes from the airport. We have just returned from a 4 night stay. When I booked the hotel I was so excited. The hotel looked amazing and I was drawn to the 5* status and reviews. Looking further into the reviews I was then horrified to see this was a German magaluf! I was so worried and wanted to cancel! We arrived at 12.30 and were given a lovely welcome by the hotel reception team. A glass of cava was offered while we checked in. Our room was ready which was a bonus. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor with a sea view to the front of the hotel.lovely room, spacious, clean with a lovely balcony. Great bathroom with toiletries provided - no need to pack shampoo or shower gel. We wandered down to the promenade where all my fears were confirmed. Big groups of German men and women wearing matching mega park t- shirts drinking buckets of beer on the beach. Fine if that’s the holiday you want but we were a couple just looking for nice places to eat and drink. My fault - further research required. We had a few beers in a nice bar overlooking the beach then retreated back to the hotel. This is where we stayed for 2 days. The hotel had such a lovely chilled out vibe there was no need to leave. We opted to have dinner in the hotel for the first 2 nights - €25 a head for a buffet dinner. It was lovely. Plenty of choice, good quality and reasonably priced wine. Plenty of space around the pools - there are 5! There is a zero tolerance to reserving beds which was a god send. One day we were the only people around the pool. Never had an issue finding a sun bed. Breakfast was amazing! Plenty of choice and excellent quality. Even cava on tap which was made the most of! We asked Jose on reception for restaurant recommendations away from the German partygoers. He recommended two. We tried one which was lovely. Great food and wine and amazing service. Gave a little more faith in the resort. We then spent our 4th evening in Palma - a 20 minute bus ride costing €2 euros each way. Buses are every 15 minutes. We didn’t use the roof top terrace bar or pool as we really enjoyed the vibe of the main bar. Staff were fantastic from reception, bars and restaurant. A truly 5* experience. Well done Hotel Ayron Park. We would 100% return to this hotel and even though it’s not the resort of choice it’s easily avoidable. …

Amazing hotel, I booked this as a birthday treat for a bit of luxury for my husband and I whilst we were in El Arenal and I’m so glad I did. The place is stunning, definitely a diamond in the rough that is El Arenal. A big shout out to Adela on reception for our swift check in and arranging some complimentary birthday champagne for our room. She’s so lovely and helpful so thank you! The rooms are clean and modern and we loved the area just outside our room with the pool and sunloungers which was a really private sun trap. The buffet at breakfast and dinner times was fab. There are lots of loungers around the numerous pools and there was a food truck around the main pool for when the main restaurant wasn’t open. El Arenal itself is not the greatest place, especially if you aren’t a young German but the hotel is fabulous. If we were to come back here, it would definitely be to Ayron Park. Maybe if the 18-30 resort culture of El Arenal dies down a bit in future, we would possibly return as this is not the hotel’s fault and we really loved staying here!
