Lovely B&B run by a charming elderly couple that will make everything in their hands to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In fact, the rooms are testimony to the attention to detail - they contain jars with complementary choc cookies, bowls with nuts. The room, although not very big, was comfy and warm. Breakfast was excellent too with...

All the positive reviews on Tripadvisor couldn’t have prepared us for Morag’s immense kindness. We, and our 3 (!) dogs couldn’t have felt more welcome. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, bright and tastefully decorated. Morag’s kindness and attention to details is stunning. I won’t say more on this, not to ruin the nice surprises for future guests....

We arrived late afternoon to a warm welcome. Were shown to lovely ensuite rooms and planned next morning's breakfast. Given helpful information about where to have an evening meal and the start of the WHW. Able to walk into town centre to check out facilities. Slept well - flight path did not disturb this. Substantial breakfast - scrambled and smoked...

A really friendly and very comfortable and spacious B&B ideal for starting the West Highland Way. One of the best welcomes in Scotland and very organised and efficient to make sure start times / bag collections etc all go to plan. And I got a lovely vegan breakfast!

Stayed here last night and found the owners (especially Morag!) really nice helpful friendly people. We arrived quite late in the evening but Morag was home, let us in and explained the arrangements swiftly and with undeniable experience. She made a fuss of our dog who she had kindly agreed to let us stay with. We were using this B&B...

Good location, close to the station and the start of the West Highland Way. Warm friendly welcome from Morag. Great hearty breakfasts. Comfortable twin room with en-suite, liked the extra mints and nuts.

What can one say - Morag is far and away the nicest and most accomodating b&b owner I have had the privilege to meet in my hiking experience. Our room was fantastic, huge in b&b standards, very comfortable with all the facilities you could need plus nice touches (sweets, cookies) and more. Breakfast was excellent and Morag was more then...

Morag is a very experienced host and has it all covered! On arrival she explains how everything works and keeps it nice and simple. She rearranged for our bags to be collected by ginger routes rather than having to walk to the public car park as previously arranged which was a great help. Plenty of cookies and tea and coffee...

Welcomed by a friendly chap (Morag's other half?), who told us all about what to expect on day 1 of the walk and where in town to get a meal - very informative. The room was immaculate and spacious (we had the double with the 'Disney Kingdom'). Tea and coffee making facilities also included cookies and a stash of peanuts...
