This was my second visit. What a fantastic experience. Gorgeous room with direct access to quiet private patio. Some lovely walks on site and nearby. Delicious breakfast. Great pub nearby for evening meal. Tim is a charming host. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Egerton farm for 2 nights and had a peaceful stay. Beautiful house and gardens, Tim and Ivor were so very lovely and friendly. Newly refurbed room which was HUGE. The online pictures do not do it justice at all. Lots to see and do in surrounding areas, a thoroughly pleasant stay and experience!

Warmly welcomed by the proprietor, who offered some fresh milk to make a well earned cuppa after our long journey, before showing us to our very quaint accommodation. Our group comprised of three couples and all of our rooms were wonderfully furnished and included tea making facilities. Our room even had a well equipped kitchen and fridge. We all slept well and woke to a beautiful crisp frosty morning with a fabulous sunrise, then enjoyed a full English breakfast within the main house. The sausages were delicious and deserve special mention and were also gluten free, along with the rest of the breakfast. As a coeliac I did bring my own bread rolls however the chef confirmed everything else was fine for me, which was reassuring. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again when we are next in the area.…

I've just had a couple of nights in a one bedroom cottage - can't fault it, infact I found the cottage perfect, the grounds enchanting and the hosts truly welcoming and helpful. Log burner was lit for my arrival and everything I needed was to hand. I hope to go back. My family members booked a double B&B room with ensuite. This was next door to my cottage and had it's own entrance and patio area - gorgeous. All excellent value for money. Very happy.

Visited here with family for a one night stay. We were allocated one of the cottages as there’s were 4 of us and it allowed us to have a seating area in the evening. On arrival, we were met by Tim who had switched on the heating and lit the log fire in advance so the cottage was warm and cosy. He also gave us milk so we could enjoy a welcome cuppa after a long journey. Decor and furnishings are as we expected and in keeping with the location and spotlessly clean. After a good nights sleep, we went to the main house for a five star full breakfast expertly prepared and served by Ivor. Overall, we loved the accommodation and the friendly, efficient hosts.

We recently stayed at Manor Farm for 2 months in both the cottages & B&B rooms. We were made to feel most welcome by our lovely hosts Jan, Tim & Ivor & our stay just felt like home from home. Everywhere was so clean & the breakfast was a triumph! In the evenings we enjoyed the beautiful gardens & the surrounding Cheshire countryside. We have recommended Manor Farm to all of our friends. A little hidden gem!

Stayed here for 2 nights and can honestly say that we both agreed that it was the best B&B we have stayed in and we have stayed in more than a few. Apart from the fact that our room was lovely and as clean as it could possibly be, we especially appreciated the beautiful gardens and the opportunity to sit outside in a nice patio area outside our room or else where in the grounds. Breakfast was faultless with home made bread, jam and marmalade and our hosts were very helpful and informative about the locality. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone seeking a lovely countryside retreat in beautiful surroundings.

This was a brief visit to the area, and finding Manor Farm in Egerton was a complete delight! The environment is beautiful; the attention to detail and hospitality provided by Jan, Tim and Ivor are wonderful. This is a place where one may feel welcomed, relaxed and grateful for the comforts of delicious food, aesthetic beauty, and care, in the heart of the countryside.
