Rest, relaxation and really lovely people! This resort has fantastic guest service from the second that you check-in with the guys at the front desk, to housekeepers and all the staff in the restaurants. Spacious, Clean and fully equipped rooms allow guests to totally relax and enjoy their vacation. We had two huge studio rooms, with covered, gated balconies (very secure) and an extended patio for extra sun lounging room. All exterior fences had surveillance cameras so we all felt very safe. The rooms have pull-down murphy beds that easily fold away providing a large seating/lounge area. No bath tubs, but each room has its own water heater and the showers have strong water pressure so you always get a nice hot shower. The kitchens have everything you need if you want to cook meals, stock your fridge & freezer or just save leftovers from the fabulous restaurants in the area. The ONLY negative are the lifeguards and their lack of attention to the sunbeds. 9am is like feeding time at the Zoo as people charge through the chains to get THEIR beds! They take all the poolside and sunny beds and then they leave.....generally not returning until much later in the day. Having been a Senior Executive for a 500+ room 5 diamond Resort I know there are better policies that would satisfy all guests and allow for a less hectic and hostile morning. All said, I had a great vacation and would definitely go back - thank you to all the staff!!

The resort is easy to find, had controlled access and creates a good initial impression. Checking process was painless, as part of implemented covid measures you had the ability to view proposed room allocated on the PC therefore be allowing you to comment and not contaminate. Room was well prepared and kitted out. You have all you need for a great holiday, freezer for ice cubes. Pool booking system for the loungers is excellent but book early fir disappointment. The two pools are great larger shallow one for families and smaller deeper for couples adults or kids to drive in (2.10m). Minimart on site provides a great choice of things you need lunchtime food or breakfast coffee croissant. Wifi signal strength varies along with cable strength for the tv.

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay at Sunset Harbour Club. We stayed in Room Q11 and it was brilliant. The room was really modern and spacious; 2 big TVs, air con in the main area and bedroom, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, great shower and the safe was in the fitted wardrobes. The hotel staff were great when we checked in and let us have the room slightly early as we arrived early they even gave us a free drinks voucher for the time we did have to wait. There are 2 pools both are large and there was always beds free throughout the day. The location of the hotel itself was the best part for us. The Apartments are in a gated site which is opened with your room key and the front door is manned most of of time which feels really safe and secure. The beach was a 2 minute walk (if that) its directly opposite the hotel where the promenade has lots of restaurants shops etc. To the other side of the hotel there is a main road that is lined with more restaurants bars and shops. We took a 10 minute walk every other day to the local Mercadona supermarket to get our breakfast supplies and saved a lot of money doing this as we had a kitchen. Absolutely brilliant place though couldn't really fault it.

Booked a last minute break away and couldn't believe how nice the apartment was when we arrived. It was spotless, freshly decorated and spacious plus we were able to go straight to the room when we arrived at midday!
The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was also very comfortable with 4 chairs and 2 padded sun loungers! The pool was brilliant for our children (aged 5 and 3) and if we had been without the kids we would have enjoyed relaxing at the other pool with a nice book!
The staff were very helpful and arranged taxis/ covid tests etc for us. The laundry room was easy to use and a wash cost 5 Euros.
We had a brilliant stay there and would highly recommend! Would like to return again when all the amenities are up and running post-covid!

Apartments facing out to the street at the top of the resort have to contend with huge amounts of noise from Cocoriba and Unique bars at night. There is a very well equipped kitchen and our 1 bedroom place was spacious but there was a lingering smell in the bedroom that only started airing out by the end of our stay. People scrabbling to reserve beds in the morning is also off putting. Great location though with friendly reception staff.

I was sceptical of visiting tenerife due to stories of the island being infested with cockroaches. However during my visit, I saw 3 cockroaches which one was alive and the other two dead. Only the live one was on the hotel grounds but I guess this is expected being in the hot country.

We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff were very accommodating and did not make this be a problem. We were given information and map of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was clean with all amenities needed for a studio/self catering. The only issue is the room was directly by the back entrance to the hotel which can be quite busy as it faces the main street. The iron is not as strong so maybe best to iron clothes before you come. Provided with complimentary tea/coffee facilities in the room, and shampoo and soap. During 5 day stay, the room was tidied once. The bedsheets were not changed as expected but as we were returning to London the next day we did not make it be a problem. Hotel appears to have older individuals holidaying - something to bear in mind although everyone was super friendly.

As we had a late flight, we were offered to leave our luggage and use a room to change for free. We didnt use the changing facilities so unable to comment on this. Unable to comment on food or pool as we did not use the facilities.

As a 3 star hotel, which is in very close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops I have no issues to recommend this hotel or return. See you next year.

Great situation close to everything including the coast, fantastic staff (all of them), very well appointed rooms with everything considered, even right down to supplying clothes pegs for drying your clothes on the wasking line! Great pools, restaurants, bars and even a small supermarket in-house!
I was very impressed when seeing the area for sunbathing around the pool got mopped every evening!
Unfortunately, my room was near the main road so had noise from surrounding bars. Staff were extremely helpful in trying to find me anther room!
Value for money was questionable but only because of the hiked up seasonal (Christmas and New Year) prices. But everywhere was the same so I can't point the finger at this place for that!

Decided to book here as it’s one of the few Diamond Resorts we hadn’t been to in the area.
We booked a short break just before Xmas last year. We were welcomed by Janice and shown to our room which was quite spacious with a lovely sea view. Everything was in the room that we needed plus a full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine though although we had breakfast on the patio which was also quite spacious with two sun beds and table with four chairs we ate out every night. There are two nice pools here and a couple of bars that also serve food too.
Janice was very helpful throughout our stay the WhatsApp feature which we added to our phones was a step in the right direction for communicating etc. However if we were to return here which I would like to at some point I wouldn’t want to stay in the same block or room because it’s located on top of a very noisy bar that has music playing quite loud from 12 until very late every day of it was just in the evenings it probably wouldn’t have bothered us because we were out and about anyway.

A shambolic booking system which requires you to book sunbeds 24hrs in advance. You can only book either a morning or afternoon slot. You then have to queue up for 30 minutes at the start of each session to be checked in.
Lifeguards don’t follow their own rules which is leading to sunbeds being double booked or your booking ‘mysteriously’ being lost (tipex’d out) for one of the favoured families that seem to always have the sunny beds. This is leading to many arguments and bust ups between families and people trying to enjoy their holiday. It made me not want to leave my partner incase an argument broke out or a lifeguard tried to move her. Some families are told they cannot have sunbeds with their young children as it exceeds the limit. It’s a shame that this is ruining many people’s holiday as we cannot fault the location and resort other than this. The hotel is in the perfect location for the beaches, restaurants and bars. The people working in the on-site restaurants and bars are lovely however we won’t be returning due to the sunbed situation.
