We arrived late last night and had a marvellous welcome by the reception staff. Got to our room and had a bottle of Cava and a few macaroons waiting which was lovely! Excellent nights sleep on a comfy bed also. We had a small issue but was resolved straight away and for the inconvenience we were provided with another bottle...

We paid on arrival to upgrade to The Level, my main reason was reading previous reviews. Our room on 7th floor was nice, although we had two single beds pushed together which did move apart quite annoyingly! The room was spacious and clean and had a lovely shower . The downside was that the 'mediocre ' entertainment was so loud...

Lovely Holiday, friendly staff. We stayed on the Level but our room was tired and a damp problem was not fixed although they promised to do so. I am under the impression there maybe smarter and more updated rooms. Please be aware that not all the rooms on the levels are adult only, We experienced crying children and noise during...

We had a very relaxing week in the sun and this was possible due to the service provided by the staff and the location and quality of the hotel my only criticism is the sleeping arrangements we had 2 single beds pushed together which were excellent in themselves but they constantly moved apart which was annoying

We booked this hotel, as we run our own business and work extremely hard. The Level sounded perfect, to give us a luxury break. On checking in, there is a separate reception. The staff in the Level are very helpful and friendly. We were given room 415 and although the room was very nice, it was directly beneath the evening's...

We have just had a weeks holiday at the Jardines del Teide. We found the room to be excellent with a great view over the complex and sea. The buffet restaurant was busy, but the staff were very good clearing the tables and resetting quickly. The food was varied, tasty and plentiful. The staff were courteous and polite at all...

Stayed here 23rd to 28th Nov and had a very pleasant time at this recently refurbished hotel. We opted for the Level area and pleased we did as we were looked after extremely well by the staff there. We also opted for half board but only used it a couple of times and one of those nights we ate at...

The hotel is an odd layout, from reception/bar/restaurant on one floor, and then two lifts down to get to the beech - and three lifts up to our room. Not great with a young child. Bathroom only had shower, no bath. Would not have booked if we'd have known. Staff very friendly, and food was great - good variety. I...

The food in this hotel is mostly tasteless and always cold! However, your wine or cola will be warm and your plates cold (unless you are having a cold desert...then you will have a lovely hot plate!) The noise level in the restaurant is extreme and the service is slow. We did not feel cared for all looked after at...
