We have just returned from a Fantastic week at this Beautiful Hotel. On walking into the reception on arrival it has the WOW factor. The Hotel is spotless. The food is very good with plenty of choice. Booking the sunbeds on the app is a genius idea. The wrist tag for opening your room door and when ordering food and drink is also a good idea. The staff and are the most kindest and friendliest of any Hotel we have stayed in. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. We cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much. Special Thanks go to John, Barhim and one of the Managers at 1999 (who gave me peanuts) sorry I didnt get your name. We will definitely be returning. Muchas Gracias.

Fantastic hotel with staff to match. Been here many times and second time since the refurbishment. This is the hotel in Tenerife I search for when booking a holiday. Perfect location, beautiful hotel with the hardest working cleaning staff I’ve seen. All the staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is spotlessly clean, pools are chilly but refreshing and the food choice excellent and varied. Definitely going back next year

Amazing after refurb. This hotel is so modern, you book the sunbeds on an app the night before and the booking system is amazing. Your wristband for the all inclusive is also your key for the door and towels are provided so you really need very little! Food is amazing, great selections and the drinks are nice but better at the upstairs bar rather than poolside in plastic glasses. There are a lot of stairs but there are lifts and you don't have to wait for long. It's well situated for day trips and its close to the beachfront.

Wow Wow Wow - this hotel is absolutely gourgeous. We stayed in an Essetia room we benefits such as a la carte dining - breakfast in The One restaurant. Breakfast a la carte was very good, dining was good - bars and service excellent. We got a room away from the pool. If you are not into music and entertainment that will be a good idea. There are many stairs and different levels. My wife uses a wheelchair and we had no problems getting around. Fitness room is okay. We will come back

Beautiful hotel which was refurbished in 2022. Staff are very helpful and accommodation is excellent. Food is of a very high quality and entertainment each night was first class. Have a pre booking system for sun loungers, which takes away all the hassle and works extremely well. Will definitely book again.

We stayed here for a week in November. First impression was this is a spectacular hotel, room is lovely, we had an ascensia room and looked on the surface to be clean, initial minibar contents are free, nespresso machine is good but after the first day you just get generic pods which aren't as nice, Toiletries are sporadically replaced, we only got one pair of slippers and no belts on the dressing robes when replaced. We had a problem with cleanliness, which in fairness was dealt with but should never have happened initially. Cabana beds are lovely, cocktails in the bar at night are good and the entertainment was hit and miss. We only had breakfast on a couple of mornings, the coffee was shockingly bad in both restaurants we used. We had a free spa circuit with our booking, sauna was lovely but the steam room didn't smell too good. This hotel is ideally situated to take full advantage of the many and varied nearby restaurants and bars. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. …

Very comfortable and spacious room and excellent food with plenty of choice. Staff were very welcoming and felpful. I would definitely consider booking again. The hotel is a short distance from bus stops and a taxi rank, and 10 minutes doenhill walk to the beach.

The very best 10 days celebrating my anniversary with my girlfriend. Greeted warmly on arrival, rooms are fantastic, well designed, modern (newly renovated as of 2022) the upkeep is amazing with thorough cleaning everyday. Visually the hotel is stunning at all hours during the day but particularly more so at night time. Cannot fault the space, atmosphere or cleanliness of the hotel in general as well as the pool area and toilets. This is as expected due to the high class staff and service we experienced throughout. I cannot remember everyone but shout out Jorge, Patri, Juan and Miguel who all served us throughout our 10 days, really nice and genuinely kind people who took the time to get to know us personally. They work extremely hard and it goes a long way for how much effort they put into every guest. The pools were spacious, relaxing although cold at times as they aren’t heated. There is a heated pool dedicated to the spa although you do have to pay extra for this. They never get crowded due to the layout of the 3 pools with two in the upper section of the hotel near reception and the main pool being on the lower level with the restaurants. The food.. repetitive as expected especially breakfast with limited option day to day. The quality of food could have been better. If you visit for the late sleeper breakfast you likely will be eating stuff that has been sitting out for a little while. Lunch was very good with a good choice of the buffet or the menu options which you will never struggle to find option. Lunch was by far the best meal at the food market restaurant. Dinner was okay when we ate, good varied choice most nights we visited. Deserts weren’t great with similar options most days. We ate out a few nights as we had always planned to do this even though we was all inclusive. The one restaurant (Al a carte) was very good, we ate twice here and you get 1 visit per 4 days of stay. Food is high quality with a buffet starter and desert option and an off menu option for main course. Drink selection is very good with a variety of wines and spirits available throughout the day and a good selection of cocktails. Water was always available and the service at the bars was exceptional, you never waited more than 1 minute to get served. The wristband idea is genius. Having the ability to get everything from your meals, drinks, opening your room is an efficient idea. Booking system worked well in the app, booking beds was easy most days providing you remember to book a day in advance, bit of a free for all after midday but you won’t struggle to find a bed at all if you haven’t reserved beds. Having never been abroad in November or late year we was surprised how elderly a lot of the guests were. we likely were one of the youngest couples at the hotel during our stay in our mid and late 20s. We found the entertainment catered towards this which wasn’t an issue as we chose what nights we wanted to stay. Main act at 10pm was good most evenings we visited with a variety of different genres of music. One area the hotel could improve on is its social media presence, advertising this great hotel more would do wonders for the target audience and a way to showcase what it has to offer. Seemed to be little of this when I browsed a lot of the social media for the hotel. And on the days I didn’t see any dedicated camera people capturing content. This would certainly put the hotel on the map more because it has a lot to offer. Overall, for a first visit to Tenerife this hotel set the bar extremely high. A lot of guests I’d spoke to had been coming to this hotel for many many years which I can now see why after my 10 days. The surrounding areas (beaches/restaurants/bars) are all within a 5 minute walk and the ability to get a cab within minutes is so helpful if you wanted to visit the mall or head to the main strip. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tenerife, hopefully I get the chance to come back again sometime. Thanks again! …
