It was a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. Location was very good with plenty of cafes and shops. Pool was excellent and booked sun beds so no rush to put towels on. Only niggle was the bathroom where floor tiles were badly cracked and towels had seen better days

The food was rarely warm enough.It often was not cooked sufficiently.The food was bland no matter what was selected.Fresh orange juice was not available at breakfast unless it was paid for as an extra.The “orange juice “ was a syrup with water added.One would not expect this in a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is magnificent to look at and has some really fantastic features, but also some negatives. Pros... The sunbed booking system is so helpful and takes the stress away from the early morning idiot dash. If your unsure, the staff will help you get the hang of booking. The food at breakfast and dinner is really good for an all inclusive. The staff in the restaurants are helpful and friendly. The a la carte restaurant is nice too, we went for the mixed grill for two and it was definitely a hit. The shower is great, no pressure problems and always nice and warm. The pool is lovely, not heated which for me personally is a win. Rooms are always really nice and clean. The AI alcohol and drinks is a good selection and the staff are generally quite good with coming and taking orders. The cocktail bar staff are really friendly and make the best drinks. The room key is on your wrist, what a revelation this is and makes life so much easier. Cons... The bedroom walls are wafer thin, it can seem like your neighbours are in the room with you when they are talking. Makes it quite stressful as you can literally hear conversations next door and then worry they can hear yours. The sunbed terrace areas can only be described as filthy, balls of hair, someone's nail extension, accumulated filth to mention a few things. That were in the same places day after day after day. The sunbeds are quite packed in too and you do have to wake up early if you want to prebook a good one for the following day. Lunch is not overly inspiring, the snacks from the bar are better. All in all it's a really nice hotel on the surface that's sadly let down in some areas quite badly. All depends what's important to you on a holiday. …

Excellent holiday n ideal for someone who has mobility issues. Food and entertainment were excellent and couldn't be faulted. Very, very relaxing hotel overlooking promenade and beach of Playa de Fanabe which is easily accessible

We booked a very special holiday for 10 nights for a joint 30th wedding anniversary. TUI were amazing and sorted our room for us especially Karen. The one thing that ruined it was a totally rude aggressive bar man Francisco who slammed a drink down and was verbally aggressive so much so I broke down. It ruined the rest of my holiday trying to avoid him.

Amazing hotel in ideal location. Short stroll to bars restaurants and shops as of course the wonderful beach. Food was very high standard. Immaculate and clean hotel. Staff super friendly and always there to offer help or of course the wonderful cocktails😀 It has a calm and quiet feel to the place meaning you feel super relaxed and chilled. I thought the booking of the sunbeds would be annoying but no I was wrong! The system actually works and makes it easy to lounge by the beautiful pools. One pool is slightly heated which made swimming a joy. We had a suite which was amazing but we did find the bath standing in a room with table and chairs odd and glass toilet and shower doors means it might not be to everyone’s taste for privacy lol Would I go back ….. in a heart beat

We absolutely loved the hotel. The beds are perfect with 2 pillows. All the staf works so hard to make sure our stay was perfect! The Food Market has so much choice of food and everything was perfect! The only minor thing is, we are used to all inclusive being all inclusive but not all the cocktails were included and no choice of coffee for lunch, but that was the only small comment.

A lovely hotel, customer service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable, standard of cleanliness was excellent. Restaurant and bar service was great. The ability to pre book sunbeds using the app was very helpful.

We are still at the hotel, two days left. What can we say, we booked a partial sea view with platinum. I informed the hotel before arriving. They upgraded us to full sea view and then on his birthday there was a bottle of Cava in an ice bucket in our suite. We will definitely be back. Staff are wonderful and caring. We will be returning. 🥰
