Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje garners praise for its spacious and pristine apartments, many of which offer large balconies with stunning views, noted by numerous travelers. The hotel's location, while providing convenient access to attractions and earning high marks for value, does present a challenge due to the steep hill, a factor for some guests to consider.
The professional staff and efficient service receive accolades from guests, although the frequency of certain services like towel changes may incur additional fees. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere are repeatedly called out in positive reviews.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed here in January 2020 to catch some winter sun.
The resort was nice and staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant where they were very accommodating.
Beds were a little hard but the apartment was spacious and good for a week’s stay. If you have young children be careful that the balcony furniture isn’t too close to the edges, especially after cleaning.
We used the launderette for washing - it’s convenient but beware the cycles are quite short and it’s quite expensive, but good for a quick wash.
There is a good bus service from the resort into town and back again which we used a couple of times.
We didn’t get to use the pool at the resort as it was too cold, and it would be good if the toddler pool especially could be heated.

We just spent a very nice relaxing week in this property.
The staff, rooms and cleanliness are up there with the best.
The food and drink on site is very good and reasonably priced.
Wifi in the rooms is secure as it is room and password specified. In general areas there is also public wifi again a password is required.
The property is located on a hill which offers stunning views as all of the apartments are staggered with large terraces facing the sea.
It is about a 15 minute walk downhill to the sea and the main nightlife of the Veronicas is about another 10 minutes walk.
A 5 minute walk will get you to some great cheap restaurants and lively bars offering entertainment etc.
A cab back from the Patch or Santiago III is around 5 euros so no big deal.
It is a great spot if you want some peace and quiet but don't want to be far from the action.
There is limited free parking on site but if you don't like steps or hills might not be for you. There are lifts in the property to most areas and slopes for wheel chairs etc. But it is your choice.
Take suitable footwear for the pool. It can be slippery on exiting the pool with wet feet. Flip flops should surfice.
We will more than likely return and enjoyed it more than our previous visit to the area last month!

A warm and friendly welcome always awaits us on arrival. Porters are available to take our luggage and show us the apartment. There is a welcome pack in the kitchenette plus a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and other amenities. There is a sizeable terrace with a fantastic view of the seafront and across to La Gomera island. The bed is more than king size and the bedroom has adequate cupboard space and there is a safe. There are two restaurants - a day-time one for breakfasts, lunches and snacks alongside an adequate pool and spa pool plus an evening restaurant provided top quality food and friendly service with entertainment most evenings. The location is next to Siam Park and it has a steep road leading up to reception (not so easy on the legs for older people!) Lifts or steps give access to the 8 tiers of apartments between the resort and the sea front there are a wide selection of eateries, a good supermarket and also a Church and a bus station.

We could not fault our experience at Montery Royale, the hot tub on the huge balcony and the views was magnificent. Will definitely be returning. Location was near transport and it was manageable to walk into Playa de la Americas which was around 30 mins.

We arrived on Friday, and by the wednesday, Spain and the Canaries were on lockdown. The whole place is beautiful, the apartment was gorgeous, great views, hot tub on an enormous balcony. Very impressed with the site and facilities and location but the staff were amazing. Even in the face of adversity, they were charming, polite, well informed. We were kept briefed of the ongoing situation on a daily basis, got the food delivered to our room when we were unable to use the retaurant. Reception even rang us to order us a taxi to take us back to the airport.
I couldn't praise them more highly. All I can say is CLC world must chose their staff very wisely
Well done in extraordinary circumstances

The hotel reception was very clean and tidy, as was our room, we had a fantastic sea view, The staff were very helpful, we got there a bit early and they let us into our room before our time, they went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Please note that the approach to the hotel has a very steep and windy hill, its ok to walk down if your fit, but I recommend a taxi to bring you back up the the hill. If you want to wash your clothes, there is a laundry room, for which you can purchase some tokens to wash and dry your clothes, 4.50 euros to wash and 4.50 euros to dry

The room is fine, but otherwise there are a lot of negative things:
1) Elevators: To get to the 8th or 9th floor, you need FOUR elevators! Because each elevator only goes to about 2 floors, then you have to change elevators.
2) Location: It's a 20-minute walk to the beach and you go steeply down. Of course, you have to climb the almost 100! meters again on the way back. There is no shuttle service.
3) Additional costs: This tops everything, because in which 4-star hotel do you have to pay extra for towel changes, room service and, attention, a HOT breakfast?! But in detail:
Changing the pool towel costs 1.50 euros. Room service per day costs from 55 euros extra, changing towels costs 15 euros per change. But the best thing: if you want a hot breakfast (e.g. bacon, beans, scrambled eggs) you have to pay 5 euros extra - per person per day! The basic breakfast was always a bit empty. It is therefore advisable to sit next to the very spartan buffet in order to be able to see when something is being refilled.
The room is also missing a lot of things (including shampoo!) that would normally be standard for 4 stars. But you can buy them in the hotel's own supermarket at inflated prices.
It constantly feels like you're on a well-known cheap airline...
4) Parking: The parking situation is a bad joke: there are 6 parking spaces available next to reception. There are more if you drive up a steep, narrow driveway. Our car (VW SUV) couldn't make it up the slope, it rolled backwards down. The hotel is aware of the problem and warned about it. So the car was always in the hotel when we managed to get one of the good parking spaces. We actually wanted to drive it to the beach...
It therefore fits the picture: There is no refund if you leave early.
All in all, NOT recommended at all!!!

We booked a luxury 3 bedroomed apartment with its own jacuzzi for a week in June ‘23. The accommodation was spotless with plenty of space on a large terrace to relax after a long day. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food which was always served with a smile. The complex being set on a hillside meant a short taxi ride into town which never cost more than €5 (€10 to Los Christianos) but the reception staff happily ordered them and they arrived in minutes. (Just a note - the taxis don’t have child seats). Overall, we couldn’t fault it and would happily return.

The hotel is situated in the San Eugenio area alongside Siam Park. The facilities are very good with an on site shop that sell fresh brean and snacks. The rooms are very good and breakfasts a reasonable price for an hotel. The only slight drawback is that it is on a hill

This resort is very clean the staff are efficient. The location is next door to Siam water park, a great advantage if you love water parks, not an advantage if you want a quiet holiday. However the noise level does depend on what type of apartment you are allocated and it’s location in the hotel.
Make sure you see the north side of the island if you can the volcano is quite something. Plenty of excursions available if that’s your thing.
