Absolutely majestic location, views, guest experience. The high elegance, design and decor of rooms , sophisticated feel, tranquility were a constant. Great breakfast and seating areas. All in all, one of the best hotel stays ever! No kidding.

We stayed in Portobello Boutique hotel private villa for 5 nights with a baby and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to Mykonos Town; it’s about 3 minute walk downhill to Sakis Grill, and less than 10 minutes to Little Venice (more on the way back to the hotel due to uphill climb). We love the location and found it extremely handy. There are steps involved- so it’s not for those with limited mobility! We ditched the stroller as well as it was easier using baby carrier. Room: We stayed in the private villa which comes with its own entrance, pool and lovely garden. The rooms are extremely spacious, newly refurbished and the actual rooms looks better than the photos published on their website. Baby cot was provided (and it fits next to a king sized bed!). Each room comes with a small fridge though drinks are charged. There is a kettle and coffee machine. Good amenities including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, vanity kit and dental kit. Food and Drinks: Breakfast is included- small selection and there are eggs cooked to order. The Panorama bar is open to guests only and is one of the best part of the hotel- it’s so peaceful and has one of the most beautiful sunset views (people pay extortionate amount in bars close by with crowds… we prefer this). Service: Extremely personalized- they know your preference by day one. The house cleaning team was extremely flexible and pretty much cleaned the rooms on demand. Great recommendations by front house. There is also a car park available for guests. Overall, an amazing stay- we would recommend this hotel to travelers so long they do not have limited mobility

The perfect boutique hotel just steps from town. We couldn't have been anymore delighted. The staff was beyond nice. Ana made sure our every need was taken care of. She is a gem. The suite was delightful. Beautifully decorated with all the touches. They didn't miss anything right down to the monogrammed robes. The food was delicious. The breakfast yummy ! If you want a more private experience where you can see the most incredible sunset and then walk in to eat in the city and dance the night away, this is it ! Thank you for making our stay in Mykonos so memorable.

Beautiful boutique hotel overlooking town and the old port, with unbelievable sunsets. Close to all the restaurants, night life and shopping. Recently renovated so everything is updated and super clean. Delicious breakfast included with homemade yogurt and freshly baked goods. Anna and her staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

this is a gorgeous little hotel minutes walking from Mykonos town but far enough away to enjoy the sunset and get a good nights sleep. lovely homemade breakfast and big and comfortable rooms. A pool would be a bonus but not expected in the location. makes a lovely 2-3 night stay before moving to another island/ location

Just to be brief a villa we had booked in Mykonos was not to our taste on arrival we quickly had to seek alternative accommodation where we came across the Portobello Boutique Hotel a very last minute late booking the staff at the hotel were fantastic holding the last room with no deposit they trusted we would turn up . On arrival we were met by 2 lovely reception staff who knew who we where the second we walked through the door very charming and welcoming . The hotel is very modern and well kept the views of Mykonos cannot be beat with great views of all the town ,windmills and harbour . The room we stayed in was a suite with pool again this room was beautiful very modern with Greek touches seemed like it was brand new everything seemed fresh and the room was spotless fresh fruit on the table great amenities had a great night sleep very impressed . Breakfast was charming looking over the town and harbour the staff again really accommodating and friendly with a nice selection of breakfast items overall completed a great stay . Highly recommended

My family and I stayed at the Portabello boutique hotel in Mykonos for the past two nights. The hotel is beautiful and well staffed. They have a parking lot for a rental car but more importantly are located close enough to walk anywhere in the city. This is a 1st class boutique hotel!

I loved the hospitality of the staff and the great location of this small and well kept hotel. The views of the harbor and sunset in the evening were picture perfect. It is an easy walk (be prepared for steps!) to get to restaurants and the shopping area. The reception helped arrange a motor bike for us which we rented for a reasonable price for two days. I’d recommend a very small vehicle or better yet, motor bike since parking can be difficult. September was a very good time to visit as the large summer crowds had slightly died down, but it was still busy enough. We were upgraded to a suite and it was a treat to have a separate living room. The king bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and hotel in general were very clean. As previous reviews have noted, there is not a common area pool. We originally thought we’d miss a pool, but with so many beach options it was not a big deal. There was a great breakfast selection complete with homemade yogurt, eggs made to order, cheeses, meats, Greek salad, pastries, and more. Very well done for a small hotel! Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful and cosy hotel . First of all , after booking the hotel , I was messaged immediately on the booking app and was helped with the transfer . The staff is overall very helpful , they guided us and helped us find certain things we were interested in , gave us good advice . The hotel is small , but very clean and comfortable . To be honest , I think it might be one of the best views in Mykonos right from this hotel . Portobello is quite Instagram friendly , if are interested in taking a lot of pictures . It is also in 1 minute walking distance from a famous windmill on the cliff , where you can watch the sunset and take beautiful photos . You can also watch the sunset from the hotel bar or lobby balcony . It is super nice and most of the time there are no people whatsoever We did not have a room with a view ( we only had a side view from a pretty small window , it was okay but no balcony overlooking Mykonos ) , but you won't miss on anything if you don't have a room with a view since the lobby balcony / lounge space has everything you might want . The hotel is also close to most things , the only downside being that you will have to walk up the stairs when you will be returning from the city . In hot weather , it's pretty hard to navigate on the island . We had a 30 minute walk at noon and we thought we were going to die from the hot temperature and blazing sun . Mind that when you plan your trip to Mykonos ! The hosts also provided a helpful map for us . The breakfast is very nice , Especially given the fact that the hotel is small . The coffee was especially good . We arrived a couple of hours earlier before the check in , but the lovely lady from the reception still let us check in earlier . The staff in this hotel are very friendly and welcoming . When we checked in early , the room was not 100 % cleaned after the previous guest , since we found two used shampoo bottles in the shower area . A bit small rooms , but still very cosy .
