Where to start! This place is amazing in terms of being immaculately clean, comfortable, amazing views and superb location, but the icing on the cake is Marietta! I cannot thank her enough for her amazing hospitality, the reviews are correct, she absolutely looks after you from start to finish! We booked directly through her and had amazing communication through WhatsApp from pre booking to getting home. She was very accommodating in that we wanted 3 nights then 1 further night after visiting Naxos, the second room was as amazing as the junior suite and benefitted from the shared balcony which took in the views of the windmills and Little Venice! Simply amazing!

We experienced amazing hospitality from Marrieta from the moment we arrived to the end! The room was absolutely beautiful - it had all the amenities you could ask for and was so fresh and clean. The suite we stayed at had a perfect location, right next to Myknonos town. It was only a 5 minute walk away from the bus station so extremely ideal for getting the bus to explore different beaches. Marrieta spent so much time when we arrived chatting us through the best places to go for food, drinks & beach clubs. She was always there for advice anytime throughout our stay. We experienced such amazing hospitality from both Marietta & her grandson Yiannis who were so so helpful. We were so sad to leave but will be sure to come back ! Overall we had a fantastic time, and a massive part of it was due to Marrieta's warm hospitality. Couldn't recommend Marrieta's enough !…

I emailed Marietta direct about staying in her separate studio but after some discussion with her, it was apparent that her newly renovated junior suite with small private sea view balcony was for us. ‘Trust me’ she said in her emails and I’m so glad I did! Marietta’s is more than just a place to stay. You have a local friend ready to collect you from the airport and drive you back again. Someone who is genuinely and rightly proud of her establishment, who thoughtfully restored a beautiful room into something even better. We loved the brand new shower with plentiful hot water and the separate equally new toilet (beware that like most Greek islands the toilet paper must go in separate bin). The basin sits on a long bench in the bedroom itself and was perfectly functional. The large bed was also new and oh so comfortable! Air conditioning worked perfectly. What was absolutely sensational was the view of the sea - from the bed or when sitting on the compact balcony. WOW. JUST WOW. The position right by the famous windmills and Old Venice is the icing on the cake. The price for the experience was more than reasonable. There were plenty of nearby places to grab coffee and breakfast. The cleaner was delightful and so thorough. The place is impeccable. We unreservedly recommend the newly renovated junior sea view room for a wonderful stay. We loved every minute of our 4 days at Marietta’s. It was close to everywhere yet quiet at night. We slept very well. You cannot go wrong by reaching out directly to Marietta and organising your dream getaway.…

Marietta is a great hostess and one cannot go wrong staying with her. Her three rooms are a few steps away from the famous windmills of Mykonos and the rooftop which is shared by two rooms offers absolutely spectacular sunset views. The rooms are very graciously equipped with Nespresso machines and all amenities. Little Venice is at your footsteps as is every great restaurant in town. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Marrieta was a wonderful host. She picked us up and the airport and transported us to port. She gave us a map with great food recommendations as well. We stayed in the studio which provided great privacy and a wonderful terrace. It was within walking distance of everything but off the beaten path just enough!

What a fabulous place to stay....right in the heart - Windmills and Little Venice are literaly next door! We had a wonderful stay in Mykonos and this was all thanks to our wonderful host Marrietta.....she couldnt do enough for us....such a wonderful lady...nothing was too much trouble! Our room was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The upstairs balcony was also amazing...very private and such splendid views of the most stunning sunsets as well as the windmills, and also Little Venice. What more can I say? We will deinitely be back to visit Marrietta hopefully sooner rather than later!

What a wonderful place this is to stay. We had a very pleasant stay in Mykonos, and this is in large down to Marietta and her apartment. An extremely clean room, with a great shower, and all the amenities you need. Marietta herself was brilliantly helpful. She took her own time to show us all the best locations on a map, and how to get to each. Her cleaner was fantastic too, and really helpful. The location is superb. A stone's throw away from absolutely everything in Mykonos. The upstairs balcony was also fantastic. Marvelous views of the sunset and the windmills, and of Little Venice. Thank you for a great stay!

The host Marietta is a very warmhearted person who recommend all places of interest, beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. I was very pleased for the transportation which she gave me from and to the port. I spent wonderful days in the Veranda-Room which is very bright and unusual clean. The room has a very comfortable bed, own new renovated bathroom, a small kitchenette with fridge, and outside a roof-terrace with a stunning view to the sea, the windmills and the village. Marietta`s house is centrally located, but in a very quiet area. I could sleep there very well. I was very impressed about the kindliness of Marietta, the perfect cleaned room, the roof-terrace with the breathtaking view. Well, I really enjoyed these days at Marietta`s and I wish I could come back as soon as possible......…

A "Junior suite" got us none of the spectacular views sometimes advertised, but it did get us a superb apartment, spotlessly clean, well fitted out, and in the right part of town to stay. The location is definitely the best place in Mykonos, in easy walking distance of Little Venice and the port. It also got us Marrieta herself - a great host, very caring, and very helpful. Without our asking, Marrieta volunteered to take us to the ferry, which was very helpful; a delightful person.

We stayed 3 nights at Marieta's and we should have stayed longer. The room was beautiful and very clean. Marieta was very accommodating and gave us good advice where to eat and shop and what beaches to visit since it was our first time there. Our room had a beautiful view. Very central to Little Venice and all wonderful restaurants. Thank you Marieta. We will recommend your place to all our friends! Hope to be back!
