Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow! What a holiday! My friend and I came for 4 nights and stopped here, we were greeted by Frosso, she sat us down and offered us drinks on arrival, she did a whole map for us explaining how to get around Mykonos and she was so attentive! The room was spotless and a good size, it was cleaned everyday and the air con was so cold which was nice! There was a hair dryer and fridge which was perfect! We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Perfect location, we walked down to the town quite a few days, fairly easy walk as it was downhill and because it was so windy we didn’t really get hot. Mykonos is definitely not pedestrian friendly though! Overall we loved this holiday so much so having a lovely hotel made it even better!

Couldn’t be more happier with this little cute hotel, every single member of staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel lovely and clean, 10 minutes walking down to the centre, 20 back up. Beds were comfy pillows were comfy and most importantly spotless and they demanded to clean everyday! 10/10 hotel

We loved this place! When we entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Zisis and made us feel immediately at home. All of the staff at this hotel were wonderful. Our room was spotless. The layout of our room, and the hotel in general, was great and boutique, quiet, and provided a great sunset. This is probably the first hotel I've stayed where we walked to the airport! However, we experienced no aircraft noise whatsoever and the room was super quiet. We walked in and out of town; not a problem, but you do need to take a little care. And this was our last stop on our trip; the recommendation for our restaurant was really appreciated. We had a lovely last dinner prior to flying out. Much thanks. We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks!

This is the cutest and most quaint boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. The couple that own it are very sweet and attentive to all of their clients. You have to stay at this little hotel. If you go to Mykonos it is worth everything. Not only is it Stylish but it’s also Clean, convenient and it’s definitely a place I would recommend anyone to stay in.

What can we say about this place? Well, to start with, the hotel staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. From arranging wine on our arrival (to celebrate our anniversary), through to booking quad bikes, etc. their service has been first class. Great service, complemented with friendly smiley people. Our room was surprisingly spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The walk into town is simple, but certainly not scary as others have said. And there’s a bus stop directly opposite the hotel if you need it. Overall, first class, can’t rate this place highly enough!

I would like to thank the owners of this hotel for the nice experience we had during our vacation. We were welcomed by them and been instructed about all the surroundings and transportation tips and they almost answered all our inquiries about the town, gave us advice about restaurants, markets and everything. They even cared about our departure and offered to arrange transportation and gave advice about bus times. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you arrive from the airport take the airport bus and just tell the driver Milena Hotel. It's from a walkable distance to little Venice and downtown town. There is a nice bakery right in front of the hotel and a supermarket as well. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels were changed and everything was perfect. Owners were super welcoming and smiling ☺ all times of the day this added much to our experience. Thank you guys Wish you all the best.

This hotel is really nice! The people are so kind and there is a good energy! My suitcase broke and one of the people from the staff fixed it. One of them also gave us a ride to the airport, so that was very nice! Had a great time there :)

We found an available room the day before travelling, and arranged a booking over phone and sms very smoothly without paying anything. Frossos was extremely helpful. On arrival at 4:00 am, we walked less than 10 mins from the airport, found the key where we had been told and the room was very clean and comfortable. We got breakfast from a bakery across the street, freshly made croissants and fresh orange juice. The wifi was excellent, and we were allowed to do late checkout to finish a videoconference, without having to pay any extra. The staff in the Reception were extremely attentive, they gave us a map and a ton of advice for sightseeing and restaurants, and called us a cab to take us to our next destination. They even put the baggage in the trunk for us. We paid at the end a very reasonable rate (well below Mykonos average). If you need a hotel close to the airport, THIS IS THE PLACE!!

We have been adnoi giving in this hotel for years and we have always received: courtesy, kindness and availability. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, it has the great value of being close to the airport and not far from the city center. This year, with the COVID-19 problem, we found the hotel equipped for every security and the staff ready to sanitize even the suitcases, before letting them into the lobby. In a nutshell: super-advised!
