Just wonderful. Service impecable, views great, closeness to Mykonos town is also great. Breakfast is delicious very well served. Hotel is small and is perfect because you don’t feel crowded. Complementary amenities in room were great, we were sick and asked for a doctor and more water and they were wonderful with that.

From the time we arrived until the time we left Bill and Coo the service was 5 star or greater. They could not do enough for us! The rooms were large, excellent views of the sea, had all the amenities that we needed, and a small treat was left at turndown service daily. The food was excellent. The breakfast was off the menu. You can order anything you want and as much as you want! Again, outstanding service. The pool was pristine with views of the sea. I did not go in the pool as the water was a bit cold for my liking. One can walk into the town during the day. Not a fat walk at all, but I feel that it is necessary to take a taxi or hotel car in the evenings since it is dangerous to walk that road due to traffic and curvy roads. My party of 6 did incur a large bill from transportation but we felt like it was worth it. I did have a massage, and it was wonderful! Again, beautiful resort/hotel with a relaxing vibe!

Our travel company switched us to this hotel after two other hotels in Mykonos changed our bookings. As a result, we were upgraded to suite #205, with amazing sunset views, and private infinity plunge pool. We were there 3 nights. The hotel, hotel pool, dining area, grounds, and location were all beautiful, all very clean and updated. Our room was large and the bathroom, too. One note is that there is no bathroom door. There is a stall type partial door for the toilet that does not provide much privacy. The pool and outdoor area was great with very comfortable cushioned lounge chairs, etc. One note - the hotel charge for 2 people for a ride to town was $25. Too much for a short trip so we walked down one late afternoon for sunset and dinner. It ended up to be a 15-20 minute walk and was just fine even when it was late and dark. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was great. You order off the menu, whatever you want, with many choices and it was all very good. In the evening the dining area is available for “smaller” meals such as pizza, pasta, warm sandwiches, etc. We ate there twice for convenience after 2 long and tiring days. The selection was a bit more limited but tasty. The staff all were pleasant and helpful and used our names, remembered preferences, etc. in a pleasant manner.

Room Tip: Hotel is up the hill a bit from the beach which is better. Mykonos is always very windy.

The most amazing staff in every department. They really can’t do enough for you. The hotel is close to the town so walkable but it is a very busy road, the hotel has a car service (payable) to take you where you need to go. Beautiful views from the pool area and rooms. We had a honeymoon suite and our adult children and partners had a bachelor suite and two bedroom suite the rooms are typical Mykonos style. The honeymoon suite had an amazing balcony where our party of 8 had plenty of space to meet for drinks in the evening. Other hotels should send their staff to the Bill and Coo training school !!!!

WOW!! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, the staff are AMAZING. They really can’t do enough for you, special mention for Maria who served us breakfast and around the pool everyday, she made our stay so special. The rooms are quite basic but the rest of the hotel makes up for that. The pool is spectacular, you can sit by the pool all day until 7pm and after that the sun beds are converted into chairs you can sit and watch the sunset. Housekeeping are amazing, everyone is so friendly! The bar staff, reception, everything is just amazing! 10000% stay here if you are coming to Mykonos

Bill & Coo is a dual personality hotel in that the property has 2 distinct locations to register in. The original part of the hotel is known as the Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge (where I stayed) while the 2nd sister property is the adults only, Coastal Suites. A romantic escape, the setting of the hotel is on a slope overlooking Ammos Bay and just on the fringe of Mykonos town. The design of Bill & Coo includes a sea-facing infinity pool, a sunset lounge, an intimate, splendid dining, and 32 sea-view suites. I loved my Deluxe Suite with spacious bedroom space and designed to bring the outside in. A natural palette, soft lighting. modern-Aegean influenced decor, white washed walls and light oak finishes made for a homey atmosphere. The bath was luxurious with a rain shower but the 'piece de resistance' was sitting in the hot tub admiring the Aegean. Excellent dining experiences ranging from the award winning, gourmet, Mediterranean inspired Gastronomy Project Restaurant to the Beefbar Mykonos, a high-end steak house. With so many prize meat cuts....it was difficult for me to select.......finally it was a delicious Australian entree that tempted my appetite. So, for stunning views of the Aegean in an island escape setting................. ..........then try the......Bill & Coo Suites Lounge........A Chic Luxury Escape.

People are unprofessional and rude. They charged us for the transfer while they said it was free. The room was dirty. The morning average. The reception and the drivers are rude and arrogant. 1 star because there is nothing more to put down.

I have not had a worse experience in a Hotel. Nothing from what I paid for that they told me was in the package. They overcharged for everything, the drivers and the staff were rude, As soon as we asked for an explanation, the boss came and was arrogant and rude and tried to make us look like liars. If there was a service to report them I would. -5 stars.

From the moment we stepped into this place we were in awe. Pros: 1. Staff, staff, staff. The people here are so attentive and kind. They truly care about the guests and ensuring everyone has everything they need. From the checkin, to the bartenders to the servers. The service is some of the best we have ever experienced. Even all of the drivers were so kind and friendly. 2. Room. We had room 206. It is a suite with a private pool and incredible views of the sea. The room has every amenity anyone would ever need. A nice touch was also his/her sun hats and beach bag. 3. Food. The food is incredible. Each meal is thoughtfully put together and fantastic. 4. Proximity to town. We were looking for something close to town, but not right in the hustle and bustle. This is it. 5. Main pool. The mail pool are was beautiful. Amazing views of the sea and a fun but laid back vibe. Cons: 1. I’m not sure we will ever be able to stay anywhere else. The bar has been set incredibly high.
