Good hotel for one or two nights, especially as a stop over when arriving/departing Corfu by air. It took us eight minutes walking from airport terminal to hotel entrance and very easy to find. Arrived at 10.20pm with easy check-in. Receptionist very polite and served us with drinks from the bar even though it was deserted, just ask.
Room was clean, comfortable and patio doors opened up to rear garden. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower were fine for a short stay. Fortunately Flights stop around midnight and believe me they sound like they are coming through the bedroom !! Only two planes as we were retiring so no big deal, but it did make us laugh.
Breakfast was o.k. and hot toast served to you at the table by a pleasant gentleman. All in all, a good stop off hotel. Don’t expect 4 star ratings as you will not have paid 4 star prices.

Close to airport but that's all this hotel offers.
Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, my 70 year old husband had to lug 3 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs with no offer to help. Traffic from road very noisy.
Very basic hotel

We needed an overnight hotel stay as our Easy Jet flight arrived around 11.45 p.m and didn't want the long journey north to our final destination the same day. We chose the Bretagne simply because it was the cheapest of the hotels we tried and closest to the airport.

On arrival we walked out of the airport and asked at the taxi rank outside where the hotel was. They offererd to take us there for 10 euros until a young driver said it was simply 5 mins walk away. It was. Turn left out of the airport, walk on the flat a few hundred yards and there it was to the right. Don't be tempted to take a cab, it's easy!

On arrival the lobby was beautifully air conditioned as at the time the weather was very hot. We were given a room at the front (215). So far so good. We asked about the room being air conned and were assured it was and advised us to shut the door/window. OMG!!!! We waited for the air con to kick in. It didn't. You couldn't possibly leave the door/window open to create a draught as the noise from the road below was terrible (we even had ear plugs in). It truely has to be the most uncomfortable night of our lives. I felt as though I was choking and had to resort to putting a succession of strategically placed cold flannels on me (not a good look but I was desperate!).

That said, if we had been given a quieter room (if there was one) and had adequate air con, the breakfast area and breakfast itself was a real pleasant surprise. Additionally, it was as the chap on the desk said, only a short walk into Corfu Town and considerably cheaper than the majority of hotels there if you are on a tight budget. Shame, the hotel room was basic but it could have had a lot to offer.

I only booked this hotel as a hotel I previously booked cancelled my reservation quite late on as they were closing early for the season. I wanted a hotel in Corfu town close to the airport for convenience. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, however I had no complaints. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the airport, I think it was 6 mins walk from the terminal to the reception desk. I had little interaction with the staff, but when I did I found them to be friendly. It is true to say the hotel is a little dated and basic, but I found it to be very clean and comfortable. I had a balcony overlooking the main road, and it was nice to sit out in the evening and watch the comings and goings to the airport as well as watch the flights arrive and depart. The Old Town was a 15 - 20 min walk and the seafront was about 10 mins away, it was nice walk along the front to the old town. There were also a number of restaurants close by on the front and along the park which were good. To sum up, if you want a luxury break, this hotel is perhaps not for you, but if like me you want reasonably priced accommodation which is clean and comfortable close to amenities then I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have used this hotel three times. It is not the cheapest but it offers such good service and location. Walk ability to the airport. Good wi fi. Great breakfast. But also an easy walk into town either down to the seafront or through the backstreets. The rooms are plain but functional and for Corfu town stopovers either on arrival or before departures this hotel thoroughly recommended.

I had a day stay at the hotel to get work done before a late night flight. The staff were beyond helpful and courteous. Serving me a complimentary coffee, arranging a taxi and ensuring what was a busy afternoon/evening for me went as smooth as possible. The room I stayed in, the cleanliness and the quality of fittings & furnishings were top quality. My sense is that this hotel deserves at least a 4 or 4.5 rating based on my experience.

You cannot find anywhere more convenient to stay.
The rooms are clean and tidy and good sized.
The breakfast was very good and beyond all that the staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful.
They even let us drop our bags there a week after we stayed so we could walk around Corfu town.

Highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights and can't fault the place. Staff are very friendly, rooms are basic but spotless. Location is Brill. Took me less than 5 minutes to walk from the airport. Breakfast was great (if you're used to all inclusive stuff then it's not for you) the Greek yoghurt and honey was amazing. All in all I have not got a bad word to say. Its cheap and cheerful . If you want 5star luxury then look elsewhere. If you want a cheap, good hotel then this is your place.

Evie at reception was outstanding and went above and beyond to help me. Great hotel. Close to the airport. 5 mins to the terminal on foot. Walking distance to Corfu Town and the water. Rooms are spotless. Highly recommend. I have booked to stay here another 2 times. Extremely convenient when flying in and out of Corfu to go island hopping.

We needed a hotel close to the airport for one night at the end of our holiday and chose the Bretagne simply because it was the cheapest of the hotels we tried at 60€ for a double room, not including breakfast (walk-up rate).

Our room was small but pleasantly decorated. It had a balcony overlooking a small garden at the back of the hotel. The bathroom was tiny. Air con worked well, which was a blessing in the August heat. We weren't disturbed by aircraft noise and had a good night's sleep.

Breakfast consisted of a basic hot and cold buffet. It looked OK but we decided to skip it and pick something up at the airport instead. This was a bad move, since we found the choice of pastries to be limited to last night's leftovers and prices to be roughly double what you'd expect to pay elsewhere. Next time we'll fork out for the hotel breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Corfu airport - just 8 minutes' walk from exiting the hotel to entering Departures, without even rushing. I wouldn't choose to stay there for more than a couple of nights, but it's perfectly adequate for an overnighter before an early flight.
