1. The location was fantastically rennovated piece of history linked to the Pope at Avignon. 2. The gardens were subtly and beautifully rennovated with plenty of shade, a little pool to cool off and hectares of greenary to wander and explore. 3. The staff were excellent, subtle and always available. 4. The breakfast was healthy with a fair amount of... More

This is a really lovely B&B in a very old country house. We found it very charming and surprisingly modern in the rooms despite the rustic surroundings. Our host, Frank, was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the area around Chateauneuf du Pape, especially if you would like a more quiet,... More

This is an old small castle converted into a boutique B&B. We booked the apartment Licorne with two separate rooms and large living area. Well appointed (contemporary style), lots of room. Swimming pool with great views of the nearby villages. Fantastic breakfast. Fresh croissants and orange juice and home made jam while sitting in garden. Host gave us great recommendations... More

Thank you for having appreciated our house... It is true that the region of the Gard reserves beautiful surprises and unfortunately many people ignore it and nevertheless that of things to be seen.... Concerning the air-conditioning, unfortunately we did not receive the authorization to install it, thus we satisfy us with fans and with shutters... Hoping to see again you... More

We recently attended a wedding at the Chateau Beaupre Deluxe and it was the most romantic, stunning venue anyone could ever dream of. People attended from all over the globe to be there and we were all more than impressed by the Chateau. Photos do not truly capture how stunning it really is. From the grounds to the rooms, the... I stayed here 25-27 Sept 2013 and meant to review this location ever since. Having stayed at a few other B&Bs in Provence, this one was truly a gem, and I regretted that we didn't stay here for our whole trip. The couple that manages the property are discreet yet friendly. The gardens and terrace are a perfect setting to... More

Perfectly located within a very good wine region. Friendly owners. Spacious, modern cottage set in very nice grounds. A shame not to have wifi access in the cottage and although wifi is available in the public areas, these didn't seem accessible after dark. Not ideal to have an open plan bathroom in the bedroom!

We stayed, my wife and me, in this most delightful place in late August. It 's been really O.K. Both the location, the rooms, like the kindness of our hosts and finally the excellent breakfast in the beautiful garden. I highly recommend it.

Since we loved staying at Chateau Beaupré so much last year, we decided to return this year and we we were again overwhelmed by its charm and authenticity (one example being the carefully chosen furniture in the flats and in the castle). This time we stayed in the flat "La Tour", which is in the castle and slightly smaller than... More

If you want to stay in this area, this is THE place to stay by far! Although other places claim their quality, this is proven as very good. Charming rooms, charming personnel, charming atmosphere and a beautiful garden. Situated 10 miles from Avignon and 15 km from Uzes, 10 km from Château neuf du pale etc etc. Go and visit... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, but wanted to stay much longer. The castle is wonderful, as is the garden. We stayed in the castle itself with a small private garden. The room was sober but very charming. We did get a tour of the larger 'rooms' (small building next to the castle), one with it's own pool and these were... More
