This place is beautiful. The room is sparkling clean and has all to facilities you need including a exceptional sea view. It is close to the city center, Neos Marmaras and near the House you can find a private beach. Yoannis the owner, is a special and very friendly guy and he gives you all the Information you need. For sure a place we will visit again!

Having spent summer holidays more than 15 years in a row in Fantasia, Neos Marmaras, I can recommend this cozy place to everyone. Wonderful surroundings with olive trees and warm crystal clear water make this location perfect for holidays. Moreover, owners of Fantasia apartments will make you feel at home.

This is the most relaxing place ever in Halkidiki! A very nice family run business, offering the best view to the Aegean Sea, large parking place, barbecue and a lot of comfort in the rooms. We were here first time in 2001 and we come back with the same pleasure every year. Recommended for couples as well for families with children. The highest value is the kindness of the owners, doing tourisme at the maximum level.

Apartments Fantasia are at very good location. They are surrounded by olive trees, without the clutter of concrete paths, so it is always pleasent and not too hot especially during night. Isolated from the noise and perfect for the holidays, especially for children. Nearby is the beach and numerous shops and other service activities. Entire Valachis family is more than helpful, and available at any time. To me this was one of the most beautiful vacation and gladly recommend staying in these apartments.

I can only say: unforgetable! After so many vacations and accomodations, we finally found the perfect one! I travel a lot wordwide and really can compare - in this case, you get not product for value, but much more than a value (I hope Ioannis will not rise the prices now! :))))))) Clean rooms with all you might need, beautiful enviroment, great view, kind service, cute beach very close by - I really don't have any complaint! Fantasia is a perfect combination of traditional and modern and the best place you can chose for the vacation you deserve! We were two couples and we had occupied rooms 3 and 4 both with sea view. Both rooms were very clean on the whole period of our stay. They have great gardens with flowers, palms, olive trees and others- a good relaxation place when it is very hot outside. The Valachis Family were very hospitable and they helped us a lot with advises about beaches nearby , good tavernas and a lot of other good advices. We had an excellent time there and we are very excited to come again, maybe next year.

I just had return from holiday in which I spend with my family in Fantasia studios. If you are looking for perfect place to spend your holiday, I strongly recomend to go to this place. Regarding accomodation, you can't find anything that is not good. Valachis family will make you feel just as you are at home. Maybe I'm not good with words but you have to go there to belive. I wish everyone nice staying in Fantasia studios. Trust me, you will write similar review :)

A very nice place near Neos Maramaras in a beautiful and quiet surrounding. Kind and friendly personnel with all necessary support for all our needs. Sandy and pleasant beach without too much crowd. Possibilities to enjoy and prepare a barbecue in a typical Greek tradition. Excellent place to park the car within the yard.

Everything is already said about Fantasia and Valachis family, so I can only confirm that it is all true. Me and my husband had a very nice vacation. Our room was cozy and clean, with big balcony and a fantastic sea-view. Every single detail in our room or in the yard was lovely. I am sure that we are going to visit Fantasia again and again. So... I highly recommend it to everyone :)
