The building has a traditional village style and is decorated with old Greek village flavor. We pay attention on customer satisfaction, clean rooms and the pleasant stay of our guests. We are located 100m from the center of Neos Marmaras, the most cosmopolitan village of Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki. Just 100m away from the sea and 300m from the beach of Neos Marmaras. Very close there are all the necessary services you ‘ll need such as post office, banks, doctor, Super Markets, Tavernas etc. All our rooms have a panoramic view to the sea.

The room was clean, we had enough space inside the room and on the balcony, the price was pretty good, the owners are nice, friendly and flexible. The view from the balcony was amazing. Congrats to Filon and Sofia and thanks !

We stayed here for a week and we were very pleased with this place. The room had a large terrace with sea view and it was a quiet place despite the crickets noise from the outside. Everyday our towels were changed. The Wi-Fi worked very well, also the air conditioning. The beach from Neos Marmaras is about 5 min walk. Also you are close to the town center. The owner was very friendly with us.

The only problem was the availability of double sized beds. Excellent service and people. Great values and even greater view. 5 minute walk from the centre of the village and about 45 minutes drive from the furthest awesome beach

Fabulous in every way! In the city center but without noise, extremely clean (very important) with a great view and the best people Sophia & Philonas doing a great job! I visit Aria's house every year for more than 15 years and every year they try to be better!

As we thought that the bus from Ikea would be worth to wait for 2 hours to reach the other bus station where we were going to travel to Neos Marmaras, we missed the last bus of the day and our first night of reservation in Aria's House as well. We had to listen to the tourism info desk responsible lady and stayed in Thessaloniki center for that night. The owner of the Aria's House has called my phone to check if we were coming but I couldn't catch his call. We travelled to Neos Marmaras next day, found the place easily. Since we didn't show up on the day we reserved our room, he could have given our room to someone else but he helped us sincerely. The location of the place was perfect. Both at the center of the town, available to reach everywhere on foot and at the same time away from the loud party places which could ruin your night sleep. It was above everywhere, so we had the best view of Neos Marmaras! Waking up to the mornings with sunrise and crystal clear sea view was soul relaxing. Also the sunsets were so romantic and unforgettable. We went to the supermarket and bought a bottle of olive oil (cheapest one, assuming all were good anyway) and learned by the owner of the Aria's House that it was used as a candle oil! He lended his high quality olive oil to assure our delicious dinner with the proper oil. We used the stove 5 days in our 6 nights of stay with many fresh and abundant seafood at a really low cost, so that feature of the room saved our pockets too. The hotel was so quiet, the other guests were there with the same reason of us, peaceful, romantic holiday. The maid of the hotel came to our room and cleaned it every single day, helped us when we needed. It made our time there so happy. Me and my gf would not expect anything better than everything we experienced in this nice hotel. I think it was the best holiday resort we had ever stayed. So pleased to meet you cheerful guys and we are thankful for all of your efforts in our holiday there.…

There are cold or warm places to stay in. But this is the place that i can call home. Clean, spacey whit fantastic people who work. Also i need to add adorable wiev on see that put youre mind in totaly relax mood. I warmly recommande this place. Next time in Neos Marmaras, will stay here no doubt. Lovely place in lovely city:). We had a spacious studio with great sea view terrace. As furniture, the studio is basic but nice. It was very clean. The air-condition worked perfectly. WiFi too. I only disliked the bathroom. It was pretty small and little bit shabby. The location of the hotel is great city location. It's very close to the restaurants, bars, shops and the sea promenade. There are plenty of beaches around if you have a car. If you don't there is the city beach 5-10 min. walk. The 5-star Porto Carras resort is 20 min walking distance or 10 by car.

We stayed 6 nights in early September 2015 and left with good impressions. Location is on the hill but close to the main square of Neos Marmaras .The rooms are simple and clean. Each room has beautiful sea view and large balcony. Friendly and helpful owners , excellent value for money.

I stayed here twice for 4 days in summer 2015. This is a perfect place to recommend for couples and families without any doubts. The view is magnificent. Very, very clean, you barely find such a clean room at this price in Greece. The owners are always smiled, very polite and supportive for any kind of issues: bringing water, telling local tips or even making available to watch my favorite basketball game at my request. Will come back next year for sure.
