The building has a traditional village style and is decorated with old Greek village flavor. We pay attention on customer satisfaction, clean rooms and the pleasant stay of our guests. We are located 100m from the center of Neos Marmaras, the most cosmopolitan village of Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki. Just 100m away from the sea and 300m from the beach of Neos Marmaras. Very close there are all the necessary services you ‘ll need such as post office, banks, doctor, Super Markets, Tavernas etc. All our rooms have a panoramic view to the sea.

We just left Aria's House 3 days ago and i want to go back. The view is tremendous, rooms are clean and decent but most of all the host Filon and his wife Sofia were extraordinary people. I have really relaxed summer vacation with my wife and daughter in the period 8-18th August 2012 in the Aria's House owned by friendly Loulopoulos family. One of the most beautiful old-Greek-style buildings in Neos Marmaras (NM). Excellent location - peaceful place in the NM center (nearby the Church of Saints Taxiarchon), only couple of minutes away by walk from the nice sandy NM beach. Well-equipped, clean, double-room 5-bed apartment with a big sea-view terrace. Efficient and discrete service. Great value for the price.

I stayed in Arias house 11 nights with my wife in July 2014 . Our vacation was much better and more comfortable than expected, primarily due to the friendly locals, the family Loulopoulos. Accommodation was very comfortable, the rooms are perfectly clean, towels were changed every day, bed linen every two days, in a word, perfect.The position of the house is such that it was all very close and easily accessible, the beach, shops, restaurants, and while there is no excessive noise.Anyone who wants a tranquil holiday, sincerely advise you to go to Neos Marmaras and Arias House, you will receive the maximum service for the money spent.We will definitely come back again when the opportunity arises, because the effort that hosts invest it deserves.

a very nice hotel located in the center of the most beautiful town in Sithonia. the room is clean and stocked in necessary. excellent quality/price ratio. you are welcomed by Filos, a very nice and discreet guy. ask him about roads and places to visit. ideal for couples

We stayed here for a week and we were very pleased with this place. The room had a large terrace with sea view and it was a quiet place despite the crickets noise from the outside. Everyday our towels were changed. The Wi-Fi worked very well, also the air conditioning. The beach from Neos Marmaras is about 5 min walk. Also you are close to the town center. The owner was very friendly with us.

Fabulous in every way! In the city center but without noise, extremely clean (very important) with a great view and the best people Sophia & Philonas doing a great job! I visit Aria's house every year for more than 15 years and every year they try to be better!

Our holiday was great ! The house was very clean, the owners very nice and helpful. It was also great location, just few minutes from the city centre, lots of good restaurants :) we recommend this hotel to everyone!

My husband and I stayed with children (13 &15 years of age ) 11 nights at Arja's House at the end of july 2012. Here are our impresions :
Warm welcome ! Very kind, friendly,helpful and unobtrusive hosts ! Authentic architecture - nicest building in Neos Marmaras. Tasteful traditional decorations - you realy feel like having a holiday in Grece. Spacious apartment - 2 rooms, 3 single and 1 doube bed, kitchen, bathroom, BIG TERACE (cca. 25 m2) with LOVELY VIEW to the sea, the port and the church tower. Private entrance. Lovely mediterenian grenery very well kept by the owners. Very clean ( clean towels every second day, clean sheets every 4th day.) Very well and CLEVERLY equiped - aircondition, microwave, two sunumbrelas for the terrace, but also all other usual equipment very cleverly installed and arranged. We had a bit of a struggle with the mosquitoes untill we find out they could be beaten with the aircondition. Exelent value for the price. All photographs you can find on the internet are absolutly realistic.
We sincerely recomend Arja's House for an authentic Greek holiday and find that Sithonia is rich in flora and founa and has unexpectedly MANY beautiful beaches (they are all beautiful but some are extraordinary beautiful) !

The only problem was the availability of double sized beds. Excellent service and people. Great values and even greater view. 5 minute walk from the centre of the village and about 45 minutes drive from the furthest awesome beach
