Having just returned from our first stay at this hotel here are our thoughts:
We were a family of 4, children 10 and 6 (with additional needs). We booked the trip 18 months in advance and wanted a swim up room so opted for the lake house villa upper floor.
The hotel is in beautiful grounds well maintained. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and lovely. We were very impressed. We had an issue with the curtain which came of the hooks in the room and housekeeping came out promptly removed the curtain repaired and returned it while we were at dinner.
We made a couple of mini bar requests in the room on the app for fresh milk and snacks and these were provided promptly. So we had fresh milk for the duration of our stay. Bags of nuts and crisps.
Food This is lovely. We ate at vento for lunch on 3 of the days and breeze one day and all meals were delicious. The staff are rushed off their feet in vento but it is well organised and good service. We had breakfast in the garden area most mornings which was lovely. We also ate the the tao Chinese on one evening and we had a delicious meal. We generally were quite impressed with the food on offer the freshness and the variety. We did have a couple of snacks from the patisserie and the lake house bar which were lovely too.
Pools A large variety of pools although due to time of year some of them were very cool. Early in the week of our stay the aqua park was a good base but as the week went on the heated pools got increasingly busy so we headed to the beach and enjoying swimming in the sea which was much warmer. The kids enjoyed all pools with the use of floaties so for us we got to experience everything we wanted. Never an issue getting a lounger as the hotel is so spacious and so many options for the day.
Lake house villa Lovely accommodation it felt luxurious it was spacious and a game changer for us. We made sure on arrival we had been allocated a south facing one facing the hotel, and we were just over the bridge from the lake house pool. Facilities in room were great and with my autistic son it made everything easier having space to chill relax within sight.
The beach bar is lovely with a dj from 4.30pm again earlier in the week it had a chilled vibe but as the week went on it got quite hectic. Sunsets from here are lovely to watch though. We didn't do any entertainment as my son struggles with noise sensitivity but we enjoyed the mini golf, table football and ping pong area near breeze after dinner most nights and chilling in citrus bar.
I had a hot stone massage and a kids massage with my daughter and the therapists were excellent attentive and very good.
Selection of drinks was very good and variety of cocktails available. We had no reason to spend hardly any money all week other than for tips.
We would recommend this hotel highly for families, we loved it here although wouldn't visit in the hotter months and peak as we enjoyed the serenity and chilled vibe. That is just personal choice though. We will definitely look to return here at some point.

This was our first visit to Turkey, and we chose to stay with our children at the Hilton Sarigerme. We booked a lake house room with step access to a private pool area, which provided a wonderful sanctuary for unwinding and peaceful sunbathing when one of us needed a break! The layout was well thought out, and it was kept very clean with daily replenishment of the mini bar drinks and snacks.
There were plenty of entertainment options for the children, including a fantastic kids’ club (for teens, tweens, and younger ones), an art school, ping-pong and foosball areas, plus several pool options. The kids club staff were great and we had no issues leaving our children in their care for a couple of hours each day.
The main pool area isn’t heated, but it’s a welcome cooldown in the hot climate. The two children’s pools and the spa pool offer heated alternatives. My husband and I treated ourselves to a Turkish hammam and massage, while our daughter, who turned 11 on our trip, enjoyed a children’s spa treatment, including nail polish, an aloe vera facial, and a massage. Huge thanks to Huseyn for arranging this! The spa therapists were fantastic, and we managed to do this while our youngest had a great time at the kids’ club.
We did venture out of the resort for a day to Göcek which was arranged for us by Nazli. It is a gorgeous town 30mins from Sarigerme where we were able to take a boat trip to a couple of bays, swim in the sea and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch. It was a truly magical day which we won’t forget.
The food options were excellent. Our daughter has a dairy and nut allergy, and the team provided us with an allergy card on arrival. We were able to pre-book her meals via WhatsApp messaging with guest relations. We mostly stuck to the buffet as it offered more options for her, but for her birthday, we went to Tao Chinese restaurant, where she enjoyed sushi, noodles, and a specially prepared vegan, nut-free birthday cake. It made her day so special! The beach bar was also very accommodating, and honestly, the whole resort took her allergies very seriously, which was incredibly reassuring. We often went here for sunset and a live DJ set which we all enjoyed.
My only minor criticism would be that, as it was the end of the tourist season and the hotel was preparing to close, certain items like oat milk ran out and weren’t replenished, and the evening buffet staff was a bit sparse. However, a senior team member quickly stepped in to help with our daughter’s pre-ordered meal, and the guest relations assistant, Moira, assured us they’d work to improve this in the future.
Evening entertainment was a lot of fun, with various shows and live music. For younger kids who found it a bit loud, they offered a movie night at the kids club with beanbags and popcorn, which was a hit.
Overall, I would say if you’re contemplating a stay at this hotel, go for it! We will certainly be returning 🤩

Currently here, coming to the end of a 12 day stay. The weather has been amazing, pure blue skies & 30°c everyday. Food is delicious & endless. Very nice how you can be served from a menu for lunch at 2 different places & they're both delicious. We've actually only used the main restaurant for lunch once as prefer the served service. Loads of pools BUT they are COLD. Take a little bit of getting used to. It would be nice to have one of the main big outdoor pools heated as some days the kids haven't wanted to get in them & have opted for the indoor pool or smaller slide pool instead. No sunbed wars, can easily wake up late & find sunbeds. Macaroon patisserie is amazing, soo many cakes, croissants, biscuits etc. Rooms very spacious & comfortable but the sofa bed was hard & not ideal for sleeping on so requested a proper mattress to put on top of it which was sorted straight away. Can request extra clothes hangers & mini bar re-fills with lots of others requests as well through the Hilton Dalaman app. We would book here again. Have previously stayed at TUI Blue Sarigerme & love this area. Can't go wrong.

I have just returned from a 10-day holiday here and have to say it is far from a 5* hotel. We booked it as an Indulgent escape, It was our 10th wedding anniversary, after having married in Turkey so we splashed out nearly £2000 each for this. It was listed as All-inclusive + yet so much in the hotel is charged extra. Every other hotel we have been to offers at least one free a la carte but not here. There were no themed nights for food it was the same thing most nights and most of it was lukewarm, fresh meat was tipped on top of what was already there. The sun loungers around the pool were cheap and very uncomfortable the towels were thin and worn. Although staff were going around the pool on rollerblades, they never really stopped to ask if we wanted drinks. Usually in Turkey, we can name a lot of staff who went above and beyond but here nobody stood out. The cleaning of the room was okay but twice they forgot to leave a bathmat though the floor was slippery, and did not always clean the cups or take away any used glasses, It sounds like I am nit picking but when you are used to staying in Barut or Rixos hotels for less that are perfect in every way, this hotel is no more than 3* to me it is so dated it needs a total upgrade and money spent on it. I am only giving it 2 stars here because for the price we paid it was a total disappointment

We have always been a family that have never returned to a resort...,always wanting to try somewhere new and not taint a previous experience. However, we went to Hilton Dalaman in August 2023 and had such a lovely time, that we went back this year. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the same room as last year and the only 'reasonably' priced room we could get in the main hotel was a deluxe swim up room.
After a day of travelling, when we were shown to our room, our hearts just sank. There was nothing deluxe about it whatsoever. It was so dark and the wallpaper was coming away from the wall, or looked filthy. The room hadn't even been made up for 4 of us. I am not sure what was deluxe about it!
We went back to reception and the guy we spoke to was very helpful and showed us an alternative room - it was a 2 bedroom family suite on the first floor, with a private balcony. It was light and airy and felt less depressing. We had already spent alot on this holiday but were being told that this room was much dearer than the other and even though it was vacant, the best the hotel could do, was charge approximately 15% on top of our original budget. We were tired, so felt like we had no other option if we wanted to have a chance of having a good holiday. paid for the 'upgrade' which really frustrated me, as we didn't want a more spacious room....just a a cleaner one.
On top of that, the standard of the hotel has dipped. We lost count of how many times we had no fresh towels in the room and had to call and ask; how our bins were emptied in the room, but didn't make it out of the room and were just left on the floor; how the beds were not properly remade or changed with fresh sheets in our 10 day stay!
The breeze bar at lunch we loved last year, but this year, food and drink orders were wrong on numerous occasions, to the point that i stopped going for lunch.
I don't like writing negative reviews and whilst the hotel has alot going for it, we just felt like the standard had slipped.
The saving grace was the beach bar and the bar on the hill with the amazing views out to sea and the mountains.

Relaxed with sister in Hilton from 09.09.24 to 19.09.24 It was our second holiday in this hotel, our first holiday two years ago, we loved it and we came back. The atmosphere is cool, the territory is large, there are plenty of places for daytime rest, by the pool, on the lawns, on the beach, it seems that the hotel has almost no people with a heavy load. There were always free sunbeds on the beach, there's a pier, the sea is magical. There's a great bar on the beach, live music or a DJ program from 5:00 p.m. Evening programs are varied, interesting, take place in the amphitheatre and in the Breeze cafe , also you can just sit in the bar on the beach to music. Nutrition is varied, everything is delicious, fish and beef, every day, fruit is a great choice always. There's a coffee shop with amazing cakes for all sorts of tastes. We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, in the central area of the street served by professional Erdi Yesiloglu. We chose this particular area because it was where we could get sensitive and warm service at the highest level. We dined always at Vento Bistro & Bar, there too we calculated the location with super service and wonderful atmosphere - this is the lawn , which is the responsibility of Resat specialist in his business. Unfortunately, I'll write down the negative, too, which is a very bad room service. The bathtub was extremely poorly cleaned, the sand was not washed, the floors were cleaned three times in 11 days, the dust on the table was never wiped. That didn't happen two years ago. And yet the positives outweigh the positives. The time spent in the Hilton was wonderful!!! Already want to come back again❤️❤️❤️

The Hotel & Room All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel prides itself in staying clean and we continuously saw cleaning staff throughout the hotel. We stayed in a 'Main Building Double Room w/ Mountain View' room. The room is spacious and we asked for the sofa to be turned into a single bed for our 2 year old as she wasn't sleeping in the travel cot, which worked well for us.
Food & Drink As a vegetarian I got bored of the repetitive buffet after a couple of days, dinner in particular. For lunch, as well as the main buffet, there are two restaurants you can order fresh food (one does pizza / pasta, the other pide / noodles). For dinner there are several Al a carte restaurants you can book at an additional cost of 35 EUR per adult (children up to a certain age are free). We went to 3 of these restaurants and had a really pleasant experience at each, with high quality food and wine. However, we've stayed at other all inclusive before where 1 al a carte booking is included within your stay FOC, which personally I think works better, otherwise the final bill can add up when you just want a break from the buffet.
Family Friendly The kids club here is great for all ages, children below the age of 3 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian at all times, but there is multiple rooms you can play within and it has aircon inside when you need a break from the sun. There are small water slides part of the kids club which are for ages 4 and above, but there is a kids splash pool next to it with small slides appropriate for younger ages.
Excursions We did the mud bath & turtle bay beach day trip with Basket Travel (booked via Hilton) and would HIGHLY recommend! It was a great day out with multiple breaks, which is always helpful keeping a 2 year old entertained, and was of our main holiday highlights. There are other excursions including a 12 island boat tour and Fethiye market tour (pre warned the market is only on a Tuesday and we wish we did this). We got a cab to Dalaman and Ortaca markets but it wasn't worth the taxi money for us personally.
Overall I'd recommend the hotel and we had a great experience, there's just a couple of small adjustments to make this a 5/5 for me!

We spent a week here and loved every second of it. The pools are wonderful. There is a separate pool area for adults only which was nice. The room we had was a split villa with an upstairs area and a downstairs area so our group of 5 were able to have separation when desired. The food they serve in the all you can eat area was divine. Go early though so you can get a nice table for dinner. Outdoor seating is the first to go.
We did try one of the A la carte locations (Alize Italian Restaurant) and it too was equally good but you need to make a reservation and there is a cover fee. There was also a few small shack that had various foods which we stopped at periodically. Our favorite spot to hang out was probably Citrus Patisserie & Bar where we drank gallons of iced coffees. They also host a Tombala (Turkish Bingo) there daily and the first day there I won it to claim a nice bottle of champagne. :)
The hotel has a private beach and the chairs and umbrellas are free to use. It gets quite windy in the afternoons there so if you want to swim, do it early in the day as the waves will be much smaller. There is also a nice chill bar on the beach. The kids club there was hands down the best I've seen. My child was thrilled to spend hours there and we had no concerns whatsoever leaving them there: simply fantastic staff.
Other activities I tried: Rifle shooting (air pellets), Mini Golf, Dart tournaments (Game of Killer), Kayaking, watching footie on the tele, and some of our group did the aquasize classes. Apart from that it was just eating, drinking, swimming, eating, suntanning, eating, walking, and did I mention eating?
Vacation perfection. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

My husband and two children had an amazing two week holiday at this hotel in August 2023.
The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are vast and all areas are maintained constantly, beautiful gardens and flowers everywhere.
We had a garden view room in an amazing location, our door was right next to the direct pool access rooms, therefore we felt we had a direct pool access without having to pay a premium. We were located right near the kids club area and literally opened our door and could jump in a pool! We were closer to the pool than some of the direct pool access rooms, only difference is we had a lovely garden view. The location of our room made our holiday.
Room was kept clean and as we were on the ground floor we had a large, private decking.
The food is amazing!! You can eat and drink all day here, so much food on offer and all of it extremely good quality. The food in the main buffet restaurant is excellent. I also counted at least 12 different ice cream flavours in the Citrus bar!! The food was an absolute highlight for us and was so good in the main buffet restaurant we didn’t feel the need to eat elsewhere.
Bar service around the pool was excellent, we refused drinks several times due to how often the roller blading bar service rolled past, always very quick to deliver.
The staff work extremely hard and are keen to please.
There is a constant supply of pool towels, you are able to take as many as you need as often as you wanted.
I could rave all day about this lovely hotel, we had the best time, we’d love to visit again!
