My husband and I stayed here for a week-long vacation and it was heavenly. The grounds are beautifully groomed, the food is phenomenal, and the staff was exceptional -- especially Israel. Israel was a server we encountered first in the Cabana Pizzeria. I wanted very much to

This is not the sort of holiday that we normally do. Never been all inclusive before - usually have a self catering villa. But this was a game changer. The grounds are magnificent and you can go wandering on your own. The many restaurants are also fabulous. The standard of food

We had a Junior Suite room which was kept in immaculate condition by Ruby. Coupled with all the other staff friendliness and nothing was too much trouble - and they all smiled! Food was excellent (not a bad meal). Breakfast at Cocatel was superb.

Very comfy beds.
Hello Vicki. Whether you are at EDR or EDC, you may eat at ALL the restaurants at all three properties. Fuentes is more beef and seafood but I am sure they can make something special for you. If not, there are so many other restaurants that can. The same for the dinner on the beach. You are paying for the option of lobster/steak. I also don't understand why you would do the beach dinner and order vegetables, but I am not a vegetarian :). Email Karisma direct to see what they offer

Hi Julie, welcome to paradise. You can actually request dining reservations prior to arrival so you have a restaurant to dine at the first one or two nights. Once there, the building concierge can reserve your restaurant and time. There are 2 restaurants that reservations are a must, but depending on the time of year you go, this may not be a problem.

Is there an email address for the TUI rep at the El Dorado Royale resort? Thanks!
Hi Rachael, I don't believe that there is an actual TUI representative on site at EDR. If you made your flight and accommodations through them in the UK I would contact them there.
