My second year at this hotel and most likely my last the hotel is beautiful in the public areas but in the rooms it is a different story the first disabled room we had the balcony flooded every morning (we complained a couple of times) from the cleaners upstairs pouring their dirty water over the balcony forming a puddle that... Together with my husband we spend a week in this hotel in October 2016. Upon arrival we asked for an upgrade, a helpful reception staff gave it to us as the hotel was half empty. Though, we had to pay 25 Euros extra for this, we didn't mind. First of all, everyone was stating that it is almost the end... More

We visited the. Kos island for 5 days. It was very near the end of the season and you could feel the place stsrting to close down. We didn't mind that. The animation team was nice. The food was very good with a huge selection and very fresh. The pools were also great. The room was ok, the usual greek... More

We expected several restaurants and as we took an All Inclusive deal that there would be plentiful food at least during the day. During the booking no one informed that as it's October all the restaurants in the hotel are close, leaving only the main one. Between meal times there was only cake to eat and that occasionally. If you... More

Amazed when we first arrived, so many pools and such luxury. Meals were great and so much choice, themed evenings throughout the week. Our 7 yr old twins found something they liked for every meal. Bar staff were so friendly and efficient. Lovely and clean rooms and communal areas. Animation team were great with the kids and always took time... More

We had our holiday here from the 25th sept 2016 for a week. We didn't want to leave. The hotel itself was a lovely hotel, clean and fresh reception/lobby area. There are shops upstairs and downstairs such as a toy shop, jewellery, general food store, clothes and more. There's 3 Restaurants within the main building, Macedonia, Greek and Italian. The... The hotel is beautiful upon arriving, reception staff are very helpful. Lots of swimming pools to choose from and very clean. The hotel rooms are really nice. The hotel is very near the beach so great at the end of the day to visit, have a drink in the bar, whilst the children are playing crazy golf - although this... More

The hotel has many fun activites for kids. The rooms are spacious. The food was not so great but you can find many different types. Outside the town therefore you need some kind of transportation to visit the attractions on the island. Good for 3-4 days with kids.

I never expect much from all inclusive hotels. But this hotel lowered the bar. First of all the drinks are low quality, mojito is somehow not included. Some of the bars are closed until 10 pm, and some are closed after. If you want orange juice at the restaurant - you need to pay of course. To add to it... More
