Again, if I could award half points, this place would have had a 2.5. The look of the room is lovely - very japanese randomly and the bar area is also quite pretty but the staff are totally disinterested. We were not impressed by the level of service which had been pretty good throughout out trip. Wifi is non existent... More

Our friends stayed for a night and even though the room was nice, it was old and outdated. We ate at their restaurant a few times, and there wasn't anything special with the dishes. They were so - so, very simple dishes that had high price points for low flavor levels. One time, a dish we ordered was supposed to... More

Club Serena Resort is paradise on earth. We did Scuba diving with the millions of sardines , the awesome crew - they go beyond to make diving days spectacular. The sunset is also amazing ! We really enjoyed it.

I have this disease of really scrutinizing hotel/resort service, cleanliness and food - I was pleasantly surprised! We got Cottage II and the rooms was good for the price - I just wished it had a TV though. The people were very attentive and accommodating. The massage was pricey but all worth it. The restaurant was OK, food was good... More

Super disappointing stay. - The room was dusty and caused my allergies to flare up - The shower floor had hair clogging the drain even before we used it - we asked them to clean and they said they would, but they didn't - The food was expensive, flavor wise and portion wise (everything was salty)- there is an additional... Room called the Governor's Suite was beautiful although it took a while to figure out how to operate the tv/dvd system. Food was the area that needed improvement. Took so long to cook and cost a lot more than it should! Beach area could do with regular clean-up after low tide (when all the rubbish has been washed up to... More

The resort is well maintain. Guest rooms are well prepared. Best place in Moalboal to spend time with family at the beach. Food service is slow though. But polite resort staffs. During our stay, we went island hopping and snorkelling. Indeed, it was fun!

Stayed at Club Serena for a night in one of the tree houses. The tree house was my favorite part of the resort. We had dinner at their restaurant. The server was friendly, but the service was slow. We waited for 45min-hour for our food, but it didnt really bother me because I guess that means they're making it fresh.... More
