Thank you for your much valued feedback and I am really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. I am sorry if you were misinformed regarding breakfast times, we normally serve breakfast from 7am on weekdays except on bank holidays and certain holiday dates but this should have been properly communicated to you on check in. Thank you for drawing my attention to the positioning of the second single bed in your room and I will be sure to address this with our housekeeping team. I shall also be sure to check all heating systems in the rooms and address any issues with heat and noise. All in all, I am delighted that you were impressed with the location, cleanliness, value and the service you received and we hope you will give us the pleasure of your company in the not too distant future.

Hi Andy, apologies for the delay in replying and thank you to Alan and Andy for their prompt responses. I can confirm that we do provide travel cots on request but we advise our guests to bring their own bedding or baby sleeping bag as we use an external laundry company and cannot account for the detergent they use. I hope thats ok Andy. Kindest regards, Frank
