We've just returned from An amazing few days at kittisford Barton! Relaxing from the word go! My boys aged 2 and 6 have had an amazing time as have we. From wood collecting, toasting marshmallows, feeding the pigs, woodland walks and fairy doors! They really have thought of everything and John the host is Great. Nothing is too much trouble....

Would highly recommend to family and friends. A lovely rural retreat with a little bit of luxury thrown in. Wonderful tents, great set up and John is super helpful.. nothing is too much trouble. It is a great spot for children - they can safely explore the wildlife and woodland, even make friends with the pigs! We will be back...

We had a fantastic time at the Somerset site in Kittisford Barton, with our 4 year old and 7 month old. From the word go, we were so impressed. We had a friendly and informative welcome by John the farmer, who helped us bring all our luggage to the tent, in the rain! The tents were luxurious, well equipped and...

Stunning place from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. As the roads get narrower and windier you start to question why you chose this place but when you see the space and the amazing eye for detail in the tents then you know you've made the right choice. For a chance to forget about the hustle and...

It was the first time we went "glamping" and we were so impressed by the tent and all it has to offer. From a real bed to a-like-new-toilet and shower room! WOW, all very comfortable and super clean ( unlike real camping locations). The kitchen has everything you need and more!, The big wooden stove is the absolute wow factor...

What a fabulous place. Huge tent with everything you could possibly want. We especially appreciated the real beds with duvets! The site is very peaceful with lots to do for our younger children. Added bonus of no wifi so the older children became human for the time we were there! Very friendly welcome from John. Also liked the well stocked...

We stayed here for 7 nights & would have happily stayed more. We were fortunate enough that the weather was on our side which is always an added bonus. The tents are better in real life than the pictures shown & so spacious! The quality of all the products provided were excellent, i.e. the towels, bedding, rugs. We went with...

We stayed at Kittisford Barton for 5 nights in early July, & it's one of the best holidays we've ever had! We had three young children with us & there was time for everyone to play & have fun, plus a lovely romantic atmosphere at night. There is definitely a sense of peace & tranquility here - just a shame...

5 glamping properties set in a beautiful, unspoilt pat of Somerset. The properties are all in excellent condition (toilet, shower, kitchen, wood burner, hot water, comfy beds). Relaxed and helpful host. Loads to do in the area. Several great pubs within a short drive.

Just spend a lovely week in Somerset with the family on this beautiful site. Couldn't have asked for me really; luxury tents filled with everything you need, for everything we had forgotten there was the honesty shop, the kids spent the who time exploring the woods and fields, chasing the wildlife (sorry). Me and the wife found this a welcome...
