The location is stunning and the restaurant was heaving. Not only tourists but locals; which is always a good recommendation in our view. Had the best Perch and frites here out of, probably, 6 different restaurants. They were plump and rich in flavour unlike the skinny (whitebait like) ones you can sometimes get elsewhere. Sadly, again, the value for money... More

We were able to spend two wonderful days and nights in this charming little town. This lovely intimate inn (and charming room)made our visit a perfect experience as we were not rushing to visit the shops, the gardens, and still have time to relax on the balcony of our room & overlooking the lake, boat pier, and sunsets! The service... More

Arrive on one of the CGN Belle Epoque side-wheel paddle boats, and step almost directly in to the restaurant, with an excellent view over Lac Leman. The cuisne IS very good, the tables can be a little crowded in high season, and the service is friendly. My wife chose Emincé de Homard à la Mangue, Vinaigrette à la Citronnelle, and... More

This restaurant is located in the harbor of Yvoire (left hand side when you arrive with the boat). A very nice terrasse on the sea. It is very touristic. Everything goes with it. The service is fast but not personalized. The speciality of the house - the perch fillet - is served in large quantity as well as the french... More

The rooms have all the basic amenities. They are on the "oldish" side but comfortable - the view, however, is fantastic. You can lie in bed and look out onto the lake. It is a most beautiful location. The continental breakfast is more than sufficient, we could never possibly get through an entire breakfast. They have a lovely selection of... More

We have been there many times and keep going back each time we are in the area of lake geneva. The "filet de perche" with lemon butter sauce are simply world class... You can't do it better! Apart from the great quality yvoire is an amazing little town with many cute shops and great views on the lake! Make sure... More

Visited here with friends on a Saturday evening. We were very lucky to get a table. It was fully booked so to avoid disappointment book early. We were a group of 5 and as we were happy to eat at 19.00 we were given a table overlooking the lake as it was being turned around again for diners at 21.00.... More

Our group of seven really enjoyed our lunch at this lakeside restaurant. The house special, perch with lemon sauce and French fries is served family style, with platters for the whole table and little braziers to keep the food warm for those who wanted seconds. The fish was cooked perfectly, not greasy at all. It was so pleasant being on... More

My wife and I visited this wonderful hotel for two nights and wish we had booked longer. It is hard to imagine a better position for a hotel right on the edge of Lake Geneva with the hotel foundations actually in the water. Our room was facing the lake with a balcony and we were very lucky to have hot... More

Amazing location at the harbour of the village Yvoire. Family run restaurant, matched to a hotel - excellent food, excellent service in a simple and elegant atmosphere. Fried perch is a must, though other non-fish French options are also reliable.
