I, too, stayed in this hotel on a Leger hotel but I am afraid I am unable to agree with much of what the previous reviewer wrote. The hotel was clean but it was basic. It is ideal for a skiing, touring, walking type holiday but I was on a Christmas break and was expecting a far greater sense of...

We have just spent the most enjoyable Christmas break at the Schwarzer Adler Hotel in Landeck (travelling with Leger tours). It is a lovely, traditional, family run hotel which is warm and comfortable with friendly owners and staff who couldn't do enough for you. They even gave us a gift on Christmas Day which was really nice of them. The...

Stayed one night at the Schwarzer Adler on our way back from Italy on a motorbike tour. Big plus was the secure cage dedicated to motorbike parking. Rooms were small, basic but clean, beds were comfortable. We ate in the restaraunt and have to say the food and service were very good. The breakfast was above average too. The whole place...

Wifi is only at the 1st floor and it costs 2,5 euro per hour. I think it's kind a disrespect to your clients. So you can go to the "Win-win" cafe down the street and use wifi for free. You can take 15euro HB option and food is ok, it's helathy, but you can go to other restaurants (especially on...

We booked the hotel for just one night during our travel through Austria. The staff is friendly but the furniture is from the 70-ties. Also there is no WIFI available. The 15" inch TV was mounted on the same wall the bed was standing to. We did not used it. Bed was ok. The hotel is located next to a...

I arrived with little expectations to Hotel Schwarzer Adler, as I was going to use it for short time as my base for skiing - showering and sleeping. The hotel is old fashioned and little bit out of date. But it is clean, there is hot water and beds were ok. What the best, skiing areas of St. Anton, Ischgl,...

This hotel was pretty good for what we paid. It appears to be one of only two hotels in the town and the other one is two and half times the price of Schwartzer Adler. As we were on a two month holiday we couldn't really justify paying 150 euro a night at the other place. But we did eat...

The Schwarzer Adler hotel is in the middle of Landeck, and close to the start of the scenic and lovely drive on the Silvretta Hochaplenstrasse. The hotel is close to shops, ATMs and a few restaurants. We stayed in the hotel in October, which must have been the off season, since there was only one other guest in the hotel....
