Thanks to an amazing time. Sia, Maria and family/staff were amazing. Others have mentioned the welcome drink and hospitality and it’s all true. On top of that it’s the genuine smiles and warmth you get every time you see them. They genuinely work reallly hard to make your stay relaxed and happy. Also note that every room, appliance, pool, cleanliness is exactly as advertised and everything you need !!!!! Rooms are cleaned everyday but as they are self catering you can wash your own dishes - it’s called a sink !!! Drinks are amazing, perfect strength and Sia has some great signature drinks - I drank quite a few. In short it is 5 - 10 min max walk from the centre which is ideal, sun all day which is amazing with great comfy sun beds and clean pool, rooms are spot on, food is delicious and plentiful and the people are more than amazing. So lay back, soak up some sun, have a laugh with staff and guests and drink your troubles away with some great people. Thank you for making our holiday !!!

Visited the Pelagos apartments for 10 days 14-24 sept with my wife and stayed in a great apartment with an amazing view from a balcony overlooking the pool area and out towards Skala town and the sea These apartments are worth every penny with Sia and her mum Maria the perfect hosts. They work tirelessly from early morning until when ever the last guest leaves the bar at 1.30 -2.00 am every day The friendliness and willingness to help goes beyond anything I have ever experienced in 25 years of visiting many Greek islands The room are spotlessly cleaned every day with a change of towels daily They are more than adequate for a self catering holiday where most people eat out everyday, either at the pool bar (where the food is delicious) or the many restaurants 10-15 mins walk away in Skala town ( or 2 mins in a taxi, which Sia or Maria will gladly book for you in 10-15 mins ( 6 euros) ) Sia and Maria will often wait up until the early hours until they know all guests are back from a night out in case anybody would like a nightcap - beyond anything I have ever come across before The pool are is fantastic, plenty of comfy sun-beds and a great pool to dip into whenever The pool bar menu is great with a wide range of choices, freshly prepared by mum while Sia pours you an ice cold beer The beach, which is huge and full of sun beds ( well spread out and not crammed next to each other) has several beach bars and roadside restaurants open all day Again beach just a 10-15 slow walk or 2 mins in a taxi Skala town at night has a multitude of restaurants and tavernas all serving great quality food and drinks The aspect of the apartments may be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties but I am sure Sia will accommodate a lower apartment if requested when booking ( but you may not get the great view) Overall I cannot recommend these apartments enough for a chilled, carefree holiday with fabulous hosts We arrived as guests but like to think we left as friends Hope to see you both again soon, good luck, you deserve success for all your hard work and friendliness Garry and Debbie , Nottingham .Room 16

A week stay in these apartments very clean spacious good air con cleaned every day with fresh towels beds and floor mats bed are not the most comfortable but you not it all day long they do a wonderful job in keeping the room beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and chatty the food is good well stocked bar area open till late. Pool is let’s say refreshing lol but you soon get used to it very clean no life Guard but always adults around lots of sun beds no need to be up at the crack of dawn to get bed lol. Pool table books and tv two lots of toilets and shower if needed. They area is on a bit of a hill but easily to get up and down if you’re disabled or not very mobile it could be a bit difficult but if I’m sure the staff would help . It’s family owned so they really do put the effort in to make your stay the best they can make your experience. It’s a 10-15 min walk up a little incline to the centre where you will find all you need super market restaurants bakers bars shops car hire I’d say 96% are British occupation in the apartments and of the mature age group30-85 I’m think that’s a lot to do with school holidays Would we stay again yes 100%

Returned on Monday from a fantastic 2 weeks here! Sia is lovely and goes above and beyond - our air conditioning unit wasn’t working upon arrival and within 24hours we had a brand new one! Spotlessly clean and would definitely return! Around a 10 minute stroll into Skala which is also beautiful. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore the island

We stayed at Pelagos apartments at the end of July for a week. It was refreshing to stay in a small apartment complex and avoid the usual hustle and bustle of a hotel. The apartments are approx 10 minutes walk down to skala town and are well maintained. We were welcomed with a drink it on arrival and shown to our room (room 11). The room was clean and I’m sure recently decorated, although some of the fixture and fitting are a little dated (bathroom). The noise from the guests above woke us early each morning when they were showering or moving chairs etc. The pool area is clean and well maintained, a bonus being that the pool was a nice cool temperature as opposed to being freezing like some places I’ve stayed before. We didn’t eat in the apartments but the food always looked nice and was fresh. Drinks prices were a little steep (€3.40 for a small can of Coke). Best meal we had was in Siroco on the main strip of bars/restaurants. We had to check out of the room at 10am and we were not getting picked up for our flight until 5pm so had to use the pool showers to get washed/dressed. This wasn’t ideal and was quite undignified in front of other guests, a more private shower area for guests would be beneficial to the apartments. All in all I would recommend Pelagos if you are looking for a quiet, small family-run place within a short walk from the main strip.

We have just returned from a lovely 9 day holiday at Pelagos. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Sia and Maria her mum, with a complimentary drink before being shown to our rooms. If that wasn't kind enough, each room had water, biscuits and a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The bar area was spacious with plenty of seating, and a good choice of food and drink. We enjoyed a cocktail each night, and chatting to Stam who worked behind the bar, before heading into the village for a meal. Throughout our stay, we had several lunches that were prepared by Maria. The portions were very generous and everything was prepared fresh (I would highly recommend the Greek salad). The pool area was fairly quiet, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols. There were no towels hogging sunbeds, as in many places I have stayed. The apartment's are approximately a 5-10 minute walk into Skala, with many nice restaurants and bars to choose from. We ate out each night trying different tavernas' and did not have a bad meal. It was so refreshing not to be dragged into restaurants by waiters on the street showing you picture menu cards! Public transport is not that regular in Skala, so I would recommend hiring a car in advance of your stay. We left it a bit late, and were told no availability but luckily due to a cancellation we managed to hire a car for 3 days. We used Greekstones, who I would highly recommend. Antonis was extremely helpful giving us tips on where to go on each day (150 euros for 3 days). Overall we all had a fantastic holiday and planning to return next year. If you get the chance you must attend the BBQ/Greek night that takes place on a Thursday. This was great fun, and the perfect way to end our holiday. Thank you Maria, Sia, Stam and team for a fabulous holiday.

Our holiday in Pelagos Apartments was really great. Lovely accommodation with comfy beds and good shower and the rooms are recently upgraded to a good standard. Little things like the welcome drink when you arrive and a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge are really appreciated, but the friendly welcome and the wonderful service from Sia, Maria, Irene and Stam makes Pelagos a special place. Don't miss the barbecue night with home cooking by Maria and a lovely friendly atmosphere.
