This is a great hotel away from all the hassle and bustle of the busier resorts. There is a small golf course, tennis courts, good children's play area inside and out plus a lovely spa. The swimming pools are lovely especially as one is heated. Although it is not right on the sea front it is only a ten minute... More

This Hotel is situated at the top of the hill as you enter Callao Salvaje. It would be fair to say that this is a quiet resort in general. The hotel itself is very pleasant with well kept gardens and the pool area is exceptional, comfortable sun beds located all around the two pools. The rooms were very clean with... More

Having read some of the reviews I was very apprehensive about visiting this hotel last week. Having returned home I can now only assume that, sadly, there is just no pleasing some people!! This hotel is an absolute delight. The grounds are beautiful, the peace and tranquility is breathtaking. How lovely to have breakfast in the conservatory with only the sound of... More

We were staying in the area and on a cloudy day we decided to pop along and check out the Spa. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful, getting us checked in and showing us around. After that, we were just left to use the facilities at our leisure. There are a variety of different pools and water jets... More

We stayed in these hotel two weeks ago. The hotel is very nice, clean, it has got beautiful garden and very nice swimming pool. We were halfboard, breakfast was pretty, plenty of choice and we really liked it, the dinner was also very good, even the desserts weren´t our cup of tea. The staff was kind and friendly. There is... Service and food is not good at all, meals are cold and not really tasty, not even breakfast is enjoyable. Room service is really bad (bed sheets are just fold and layed down on the bed for do it yourself 😳), Gym, Pool is big and ok. But the sunbed overlay is really disgusting...see the photo! Spa looks nice ,... More

First impressions were good, overall couldn't fault it. Even though the weather tried to spoil it. A good 3 star hotel. Rooms comfy with fridge, hair dryer, small balcony with sea view and TV showing BBC1 and ITV Meals were consistent and quite good, plenty of choice and never seems busy. Evening meals had a national theme i.e. Chinese, Italian... More

It's a nice hotel with a great potential, the pool bar is open until the 12:00h in the morning, I have asked for something to eat and they refused it, because itwaa almost lunch time (2h until it...), the rooms, not the best cleaning... Honestly, if I go back to Tenerife (land of the snob English and German) I will search... More
