Room was good - big and soft bed and a cool view to living area. Very peaceful city in autumn. Location is in the center of Kuressaare and just few minutes away from anywhere. Very small city but with much to experience with.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights - the first night was not that great, as the room that we received was not that soundproof, we could hear the neighbouring room people talking and watching TV and at 6:45 in the morning we could hear their alarm clock :). But we are thankful that they provided us another room...

Room was clean, made home- feeling. Location is very good near to center, castle and green park. Great restaurant was inside the hotel. Shops are located very near. Market is beside where you can buy Estonian national knittings.

We stayed in the "new" part of the hotel that features some very odd angles, window blinds that must be manually anchored on hooks, wonky bedclothes, and iffy washroom facilities. The service was uneven - friendly restaurant staff, but front desk personnel were hardly welcoming at check-in. Breakfast was was horrid. Expected more.

Ideally located hotel ,combination of historic building with "classic" hotel interiors and a new buildings with SPA - avantgarde ,where vertical walls are unpopular..Its your choice - if you prefer traditional rooms ,they are nice ,but outdated (carpets ,windowsill) ,no aircon.Too soft beds with 3 (!) mattresses. Modern rooms are aggressively styled ,they are very light or very dark (black...

Accommodation was very smooth, from booking till checkout. Personel was polite and rooms were clean and cosy. I was in a room in the old side of the hotel, I liked the interior but as some comments before, would like to have a conditioner and the fact that I could hear all from the room next to me ( due...

Hotel is situated almost in the centre. We got a "superior room" in the old part of the hotel. Room had a very poor ventilation, so we had to open a windows just to get some fresh air. And also no A/C. So if you are visiting in mid-summer, make sure that you get a room in the new side...

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel has good location. 5 min by walk to Seaside and Castle. Bus station is also very close, around 10 min. There are a lot of good restaurants close to this Hotel, of course you can find it with tripadviser help. What i didnt like its spa. Didnt like that sauna is separated by gender....

I stayed in the newer wing as I knew that the old buliding rooms do not have A/C and are smaller. The carpet was very dirty (why they have put a white carpet in a room anyway?), room was not cleaned every day, beds were not made up and dirty dishes were not taken away. Breakfast was average, no labels...
