A great location for us...
Close to the best snorkeling and just far enough away from the youngsters to make it quiet 😀 but could partake in youthful festivities easily.

Pool not covered and so overly warm.

Staff amazing.
Food good.

Rooms large and well equipped... needed a fan.

the good things (+) :

- the room was huge
- cozy bathroom and the sunlight coming through the window in the morning
- large and comfortable bed
- delicious breakfast you can order without limit
- free borrow snorkel/snorkeling equipment and bicycle for guest hotel
- friendly staff
- good swimming pool
- there is beach in front of the hotel with best snorkeling spot
- last, i really like the hotel design.. it make me feel peaceful

the bad things (-) :
- even they have a good bathroom but they didn't have any shower cap
- they have a lot of bicycle but only a few you can use, the rest was ruined
- the hotel quite far from the port, you can use cidomo through the damaged road dan very dark in the night
- the hotel far from the center of gili like shops, cafes, and bars... maybe it suitable if you don't like some noise
- no signal for my connection and you can only use the wifi in the lobby, and it was so far from my room...

Pics do not reflect reality. Pool is in terrible state. State of the art fitness room is a pure joke. No internet on the room. Very basic breakfast. Service on the poor side. no std locks with the bikes.

Having just completed a 3 day 2 night trek up Mt. Rinjani on Lombok, my wife and two girls (aged 13 and 16) were looking quite forward to four days on Gili T. for some rest and relaxation. Recognizing Gili T’s reputation for a lively nightlife, we deliberately chose a location far from the main action located primarily on the central eastern coast of the island. Villa Grasia is perfectly located on the northeast corner of Gili T, a 20 minute walk away from Gili T’s central area and provided a wonderfully quiet and relaxing experience for us. Despite its distance from Gili’s central area, the hotel is by no means isolated. There are a variety of nearby restaurants to explore within a 5 min walk of the hotel for beautiful sunset dinners by the sea.

Rooms are modern, spacious, air conditioned, and very clean. The showers were fresh water and hot - two things that are not common on Gili T. The staff and attention to customer service is unsurpassed. Ronnie, the hotel manager was exceptional in taking care of our needs. Upon arrival, we found that our hot water tank was not functioning. It took a couple of days for a replacement to be installed, but Ronnie offered us a free dinner for our family as compensation.

The hotel has both an ocean front beach and outdoor fresh water pool area and we took advantage of both. Free bikes are also provided which we used to tour the perimeter of the island. Note, the roads are covered in sand in many spots on the north and north east corner of the island so some walking is required - a small inconvenience that did not take away from the value of having bikes provided. Free snorkelling equipment is also provided.

The included breakfasts were very generous providing both Western and Indonesian fare. The restaurant provided good meals at good prices.

WiFi is available in the lobby, pool area, and their ocean beach front area but not it the rooms.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Villa Grasia Resort to those looking for a quieter but equally fun experience on Gili T. and would come back again.

We flew to Lombok then took a fast boat from a private Pier to Gili Trawangan Pier. This was all arranged thru Villa Grasia and well worth it, everything went smoothly and we arrived stress free. Our driver Aziz from Lombok airport to the pier (1 & 1/2 hours ) was extremely informative and answered the thousands of questions I threw at him
Our first impressions of Gili T were amazing and the warm welcome we received from the staff at Villa G made it all the better. The Villas were very spacious and cleaned very well. They also turned down your bed in the early evening. We loved the beach out the front even though it wasn't very deep it was nice to skim along and have a bit of a snorkel. A little further out it dropped off and it was quiet deep. There were plenty of lounges to lie on and plenty of shade if needed. The pool was refreshing as well. It was nice to sit up by the water with the sand between our toes for brekkie each morning. I found the menu adequate, but I'm not a big brekkie eater. They have high tea between 3 and 4 and provide free coffee, tea and cakes or biscuits.Happy hour 5 to 7 buy 1 cocktail get 1 free was great and you also receive a bonus bowl of popcorn. The sunsets are spectacular looking back towards Bali with Gunung Agung ( volcano ) as a back drop. We ate dinner at Villa Grasia a couple of nights and found they served the best meals we had while on G.T. The staff were very friendly and chatty and were always up for a card trick or a bit of a jam on the beach later on in the night. It is nice and secluded from the main beach/town which is a 20 minute walk or you can go by Cidomo
( horse and cart ). We walked around the Island which I think takes about 2 hours, but we took our time and took in the scenery and swim and it was a pleasant 4 hours included a drink stop at Kokomos and lunch at beachside lounge.
All in all we loved our stay on G.T and I think Villa Grasia can take alot of credit for that.
I would most definitely stay there again.

The location is away from the busy, main center of the island, however it's still a short walk away from many ships and restaurants. Service staff are friendly. The rooms though is a bit dated, problem with the shower pressure.

Such spacious rooms which were fully cleaned in the morning and rooms were also checked in the evenings and fresh towels left if needed. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Good tv channels and air con service. The most wardrobe space I had in 3 weeks travelling around Bali! Safe included in the room. Nice room terrace. Great to have bikes included in the stay although the Island is a bit patchy with beach paths which proves to be a little difficult at times. Sea at hotel is shallow but super for snorkelling once you go out a bit.

Pool tiles could be attended to. The food area lacked atmosphere - easily fixed with some background music. Breakfast was basic but ok.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights at this resort from 29 Sep 2015. The rooms are a great size with loads of space and they provide you with bicycles to get to around. It's approx. a 15min bike ride to the main strip from here. These were the positives.

Unfortunately, our negatives out-weighed positives during our stay here. Our air-con was faulty and switched off every 20-30mins so we were always coming back to a hot and stuffy room & spent a good duration of our time dealing with non-English speaking staff to try and fix the problem. We brought this up 3 times on day 1 and 2 times on day 2. However, each time we were presented with 2 men who could not understand nor speak English, and they couldn't find a permanent fix. At 2 different occasions, my partner and I asked for Management but we were told that he was either 'not on site' or 'at the back resting'. We were offered a room upgrade on day 1 if it happened again, but when it did happen again on day 2, we were told that all the rooms were booked out! So, we started to look at other accom. for the remaining 2 nights of our stay on Gili T. and asked for a refund, and it wasn't until we demanded a refund that we were told that they actually had another room available with a working air-con unit! We were also told that all rooms had the same issue with their air-con units turning off, but our new room's unit worked completely fine. If you decide (hopefully you don't) to stay here, make sure that your aircon unit actually works.

The resort organised our transfer from Bali to Gili T via Gili Cat speed boat (with no aircon, we recommend booking anything BUT Gili Cat) but didn't include land transfer from harbour to resort. They didn't advise us of how we should get to the resort so we walked and rolled our luggage from the harbour. At the top right corner of the island is a beach with no pathway so we had to carry our luggage (x2 17kg + x1 7kg) through the soft sand in 30deg heat to get to the resort. Now, don't get me wrong, we love a great workout, but we weren't prepared for this one. It would have been appreciated if the resort suggested ways to get to their resort comfortably if they didn't include the land transfer. Horse and carriage is the only way you can get there with luggage (we really wanted to avoid using the horses).

Free Wifi is available, but you can't use it in your room, we had to sit in the lobby to use it, and it was extremely slow.

Gili T was one of my highlights during our 2 week holiday in Indonesia, but the lack of service & communication, no management and faulty aircon ruined half of our stay on the island. We will stay elsewhere next time.

This place is a bit mixed. The service on arival was really poor, we were left waiting for 20 minutes to check in, not ideal after the boat journey.
The rooms a large, clean and nicely laid out. Location is off the main strip about a 15 minute bike ride which means it's quieter and pretty relaxing. Bikes are included with the room which is great.
Breakfast isn't great but also not awful. Fresh fruit and yoghurt. Hot food was mostly cold regardless of what time you were there but there was plenty available.
There is no WiFi in the rooms but you can get it in reception and near the pool, it's slow but that's what you would expect on the island.
Overall a nice stay but could be easily improved with some simple fixes.

To reach Gili Trawangan, we need to travel with reguler boat for 20 minutes with a modest cost of rp18,000/person. They will encourage the passenger to go with speed boat that costs rp85,000/person. To alight to the reguler boat, our feet will be wet from knee below as the boat is tug not on dry land and just near to the shore but it is safe.

Hotel Grasia is a bit further from the jetty, about 1.5-2km. Will need to rent a horse cart (cidomo) if we bring luggages for a fixed price of rp75,000. Walking is still possible without carrying heavy stuff.

We took a family room with 2-king size bedding for 4 persons. It is a clean modern style room with aircon and flat screen TV. Room and bathroom are spacious.

Rini the receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

Bike is free, quite new and we can go around the island with it. Breakfast is so so.

This hotel is at the quiet area of the island, bit far from the crowd. This is fit for those looking for serenity and peace with clean beach just in front of the hotel.
