The Grand Lisboa hotel and casino is somewhat of a Macau institution. The 256 meter Lotus flower-shaped tower is spectacular for some, absolute kitsch to many others. As many Macau hotels-cum-casino, it is huge, and in the entrance hall , you can admire some ivory carved artifacts that the casino mogul Stanley Ho probably once bought.... The shuttle service from...

One of the nicest things about Macau is the hotel shuttles that allow you to get from hotel to hotel and to the ferry terminal. ALL the hotels welcome guest onto their shuttles, and will provide suggestions on how to connect between shuttles of different hotels. All except Grand Lisbao (SJM Shuttle). We were there as a family, the staff...

When in Macau, the Lisboa Hotel and Casino is a landmark. It was spanking clean and glitzy casino with invigorating dance performances at regular intervals and good restaurants. We enjoyed our time here.

Staff very nice, I got my upgrade to a Suite with really luxurious and colourful(chinese love colours ,lol) decoration. There is a new hotel (Grand Lisboa) and this older one which is okay in case you insist on a renovated room on 15th floor, all the other floors are smoking floors !!! No need to take a cab, they have...

During my first visit here in Macau my sister brought me to have a dinner. We went to lisboa, food were amazing and tasty. Cheers to the nepali staff who served us. The restaurant is so classy and they are very friendly. Price for the food a bit higher but it's worth it.

Only visited the lobby on the ground floor and wow!! I've never seen anything like it...It's so impressive with all the Chinese fine art exhibition and Lotus fountain..I really would love to stay here if I could afford it. From the outside the hotel architecture is so unique, it's definitely one of Macau's landmarks.

The hotel is well located in a busy part of the city. Reception and concierge service personnel are very efficient, but with so people moving around the lobby, it does seem that they are affected by the crowd. They are 'mechanically' efficient to the point that they are just 'doing their job'. Being a very busy hotel and with many...

I brought my boyfriend to Round 'd Clock to let him try my favorite grilled ham 'n cheese for his breakfast. I believe the menu was renewed since the last time i had it, hence, I waived for service and the host in red and black approached us. I asked if they still had it and the host said "I...

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel as it is a landmark on the Macau Skyline. Check in: Ignored despite standing at the desk with suitcases in tow. Had to ask for service. Once acknowledged, this was quick. The room: very nice, large with stunning views. Luxurious in all respects: shower was as big as my entire...
