Our executive lounge offers complimentary access to guests staying on suites / club floors. When our team members found out that your family members were waiting for the opening of Terrace restaurant which is located on the same floor, our team members immediately invited them to have a sit on our coach until Terrace opens. It is always our philosophy to pay additional care to elderly people. Perhaps our team members did not wish to embarrass your family members that they are not entitled with the executive lounge access, they did not give a straight and clear answer when asked. Unfortunately, this well-intentioned action eventually led to a huge misunderstanding. It is a pity that their acts of kindness and sense of empathy toward your family members were misapprehended. Please rest assured that we will definitely provide further training in terms of delivering assertive response to prevent misleading their original benevolent and sincere thoughts.     Will be stay over few night in coming December . Any free Shuttle Bus provide for customer to go tourist attraction area like Venetian Macau or Ruins of St Paul?

    I would like to ask about the connected rooms, how many beds does it have, and how many bathroom? we are 4 adults and 2 kids ( 5 and 10yrs)
    I am not sure but I stayed at suit which always has two toilets, one bathroom and one big bed !

    What's the price for buffet breakfast at Okura hotel / Galaxy hotel / JW marriot hotel if not included in rooms rate? Is there any discount for hotel residence?
