Set in a downtown area, this upscale hotel is a minute’s walk from the nearest bus stop, a 7-minute walk from Macau Stadium and 6 km from the Ferry Terminal. Polished rooms and suites with plush, subdued decor offer complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screens and safes, plus minibars, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add separate living rooms. Kids age 12 and... More

I spent 1 night in the hotel in the middle of September. I start saying that from a 4 stars hotel with the name grand view I was expecting something different: there is not any grand view and the rooms are in old style, probably this hotel has not open in the last years. Anyway the room was clean, the... More

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and have never encountered such a bad hotel. Totally not worth the $ they charge. From used Cutlery in the room to bad air conditioning and to top it off un-welcoming concierge and front desk staff. We did get upgraded to a exec suite, which still was hot and very uncomfortable. AVOID the... More

We were shooting a tvc in town. I'm not sure why you'd choose it, unless some big special. Rooms smallish. No view. Not grand. Currently construction going on, so noisy. If it was 250 mop then might be interesting. Seemed clean enough. Did get free water in rooms. Rather droll after all. I'm tired. Back to sleep

A cheaper option compared to larger than life things near Cotai strip. However it lacks the charm of being in the sin city. Venetian was not far away but finding a taxi would be a challenge. Stay if you are on budget. Rooms are average, requested for a good view room and got one, but it was smoking room.

Rooms are spacious though there in no view. Close to the Cotai strip which you can reach by taking a cab (20 HKD). Shuttle bus available to the ferry. Make note that they hide the complimentary water bottles inside a drawer and keep chargeable water bottles on top. Supermarket and Indian restaurant in walking distance.

We booked and fully paid in advance. This hotel charged my card for guarantee for 500 MOP..why!? even it will be refunded after 2 weeks but it was ridiculous!! No free water for complimentary no airport shuttle bus or calling taxi service at all. The hotel should not claim 4 stars. Breakfast is not included. Study real hard before booking,... More

I was in Macao for a conference and the organizers housed everyone in this place. It is old and shabby and smells like an ash tray. Attached to some sort of casino. I suspect people who get too drunk in that place opt to stay in the Grandview. I did eat in the restaurant--if you could call it that. First... More
