Rock hard beds but good showers and the rooms are clean. A little dated generally. Breakfast is ok. Standard Asian half attempt at western faire. Staff are helpful and smile. Some have a command of English too which is nice.

Only good thing about the stay was convenience to go to the casinos. The staff was horrible and does not understand English very well. The air-conditioning was horrible and cannot be switched off. The heater was not effective. The swimming pool was closed.

Stayed here for a day in August 2016 If you do not speak English, tough. Staff is very rude, no room service you can keep calling. Casino here is outdated with most tabled occupied by baccarat and think no foreigners around locals Only good thing walking distance from Macau outer terminal, so makes easy. as if you are tourist and... The hotel building looks old but you will be surprised to see the inside. Rooms are very spacious, well organized and clean. Rates are almost the same compare to other famous hotel in Macau so I find it expensive. Friendly staff and attentive. Close to the Ferry terminals but far from the tourists areas. Foods are OK but doesn't meet... More

As only stayed for a night, I shared room with my parents by adding one extra bed in the room. The room is clean and spacious, even after the addition of the extra bed. The view is great on top floors too~ It is of walking distance to the ferry terminal, and most of it is with covered walkway. Therefore,... More

Friendly and co-operative reception and concierge staff. Few speak comfortable English though. Smoking Floors available. Walking distance to avail free shuttle buses to Cotai strip and back...closest is Sands. In-house casino and adult pole dancing show in a separate tower from the hotel proper. Good inclusive breakfast. Recommended.
