The shuttle, both drops off & picks up at the bus & train station which is right at the entrance of the park- 2 minute walk at the most. As we had already purchased our tickets for the park we were able to get straight through. There was a gentleman ready to scan your ticket at the gate. The longest part was before getting into the park itself where you went through security, but this was about 10minutes most. Everyone goes through the same place. If you are buying tickets on the day the queue is likely to be longer. Hope this information helps.
