This hotel was amazing, the staff could not be faulted from the welcome greeting to the departure👌 The Manager Anna at the front desk was so welcoming, nothing was too difficult. Konstantine at the front desk was exceptional, Ilir Captain in the Restaurant went over and above to meet our needs. Peter, Maitre d for the Restaurant, the bar, Alexandros in the bar all of these staff were one in a million without exaggeration. The rooms were out of this world, the housekeepers 👌 the service was outstanding and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Friendly ambience, delicious food, and welcoming staff💯💫💫💫💫💫. We will be back.

The family room is huge and is great value for the bed and breakfast. The kids beds were so comfy and met all our requirements and you could easily get sun beds. My only more negative comment is that the adult bed was quite low but was still huge. I would totally recommend to families and couples.

Absolutely lovely. No complaints. The hotel staff were so friendly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the pool area was amazing. The most comfortable sun loungers I've relaxed on. The room itself was modern and comfortable with ample space. The toiletries were so nice we've tried (and failed) to buy them in the UK. Such a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and fruit in the room, as well as a welcome drink. Looking forward to return to Kos and staying here again.

Spacious and modern rooms with very nice bath and shower products. The decor throughout the reception and bar area is beautiful. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We only stayed one night as we had a ferry the next day, but we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a week mid September and could not fault it . Room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day to a high standard . We stayed on the bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast could not be faulted , great selection of food , basically everything you could want . Pool area lovely and clean, sun beds very comfortable, in fact the best we’ve had . Bar and staff very friendly , could not fault the service . The hotel is situated only a short walk from the main areas of the resort which we did not find a problem , in fact enjoyed the walk on an evening We will definitely be back , in fact we’ve already booked for next year .

We booked this hotel as we prefer small, quiet hotels, so this hotel was perfect for us. Upon arrival we were swiftly checked in with a welcome drink and shown to our room. I was a little disappointed that although we had requested a high floor (only 2 floors) we were allocated a ground floor room. The room was very bright, welcoming and clean. However what lets this hotel down is the lack of storage. I have never stayed in any hotel that doesn't have any drawers/cupboards. The wardrobe was tiny. I was unable to hang anything up unless I wanted my dresses bunched up at the bottom. Even a short dress was unable to be hung up. Photo provided. I can't understand how a hotel of this standard has no storage. I would much prefer no sofa bed and storage as I ended up laying all my clothes on the sofa!! The bar and staff were great, The drinks were lovely but pricey compared to drinking out so we only stayed in 1 evening. The pool area is lovely and very clean. The sunbeds do get extremely hot even with a towel and sometimes were unbearable. There were lots of parasols and the great thing for this hotel is that there are beds at whatever time of day. I am an early riser and like to be around the pool by 9 but there were beds available at any time. This makes for a very relaxing holiday. The breakfast was plentiful and so much choice. Fresh eggs, omelettes etc could be requested. the food was delicious. Drinks are served by the staff upon arrival at your table but we struggled to get a further drink without walking over to the staff. I'd much prefer to serve my own juice. The hotel is roughly a 15 min walk into town or to the beach. The street where the hotel is situated isn't the best but this is not the hotels fault and it would not put me off returning. Across the road is a small snack bar at the apartments, this was lovely for lunch. We also found lots of lovely beach bars, our favourite being Uniq beach bar. The staff, food and sun loungers here are lovely. This is a lovely hotel which could be improved with storage in the rooms.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking so much time to write your comment. We are delighted to learn that you have had an enjoyable and relaxing stay in our resort. Our rooms fortunately or unfortunately have been designed such as and room allocation is based upon availability. Our prices reflects of a 4* star luxury boutique hotel and are reasonably priced, however from our research we fall cheaper than within Kos in an equivalent establishment. Once again thank you and we hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future. Kind Regards, Maria Kouznetsova Assistant Front Office Manager

Lovely small hotel situated within an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of Kos Town and the Beach. Very quiet and relaxed with very comfortable sunbeds and very friendly and professional staff. Rooms were lovely with a small balcony area with seating and were cleaned every day. Breakfast is superb with so much choice and pool bar throughout the day serving drinks and food to order. Evening meals were also excellent with menu changing daily - a choice of five courses available every day but you could pick and choose what you wanted eg my wife could choose a pasta dish from the starter course, which was sufficient for her main meal ! Highly Recommended on all accounts.

We stayed at the Diamond Boutique Hotel for 10 days in early October & overall we enjoyed our stay. I would not normally write a Trip Advisor review but felt inclined to do so as I think that hotel definitely has areas that could be improved upon before the next summer season. Nevertheless, I appreciate that the reviews that precede mine are generally excellent & that my comments/views will not be shared by all. So firstly the positives: The bar service & staff were exceptional. Alex particularly stands out as a consummate professional who takes the utmost pride in his work & delivers a consistently high standard of service. His recommendations for great places to eat were also always on point! We liked him very much. On that note - Barbouni and Petrino are standout eateries in Kos Town. The food at the pool bar was really good and the the choice & quality of drinks at the bar was excellent. The reception staff were all lovely & supremely helpful. We were impressed with all of them, especially the lovely Eleni. The selection & the quality of hot and cold food at breakfast was very good. The made to order omelettes were a particular highlight. Now for the drawbacks: The sun beds although undeniably comfortable are now looking very tired & need renewing. Furthermore, the pool area is in need of more regular sweeping & general cleaning. Our room was classed as a superior room (for which we obviously paid extra) but we struggled to understand how it might differ to a standard room. Upon querying this we were told by reception staff that a superior room simply sleeps 3 rather than 2 people as it also has a sofa bed in it. We travelled as a couple & had we known this in advance we would have just booked a standard room. The hotel needs be clearer on this point as usually a superior room has a better view and/or some additional attributes to reflect its elevated price tag. This was a real disappointment given this was the first ever time we had decided to upgrade to a superior room. On arrival our hotel room was not as clean as it should have been - the shower cubicle had quite a bit of debris (dust/dirt) gathered in the corners & the shelves under the sink where the towels/robes/slippers are kept was dusty. This may seem a minor point to some but we would have expected better attention to such details & higher standards of cleanliness. The food in the hotel restaurant on an evening was overly pricey for what it was and the wine was especially expensive. This prompted us to eat out instead. The hotel is located is a rather desolate spot halfway down a side road & is situated next to a very dilapidated property that resembles a junk yard. We accept the owners would hardly advertise this fact on their website but it certainly detracted from the refined image of the hotel itself & was off-putting.

My girlfriend booked a surprise holiday for my birthday. We stayed at the Diamond Boutique Hotel and we both loved it. We were made at home by the staff, especially Eleni on reception and Alexandros at the bar! Thank you both 🙂 We stayed towards the end of the season so it wasn’t too busy and felt cosy and private (I still think it would in peak season) unlike other hotels you can stay at. We had breakfast included and it was good with a wide variety of options. We ate dinner in the hotel twice and the food was delicious 😋 The room was perfect for what we needed and I don’t know about you but I like privacy when going to the bathroom and it was private! I’ve stayed at some hotels where you’re basically in the bathroom together!! Room service was great, we asked for an iron and ironing board and within a minute we had a knock at the door. Location wise Diamond Boutique is about a 15 minute walk from Dolphin Square which is the harbour in Kos and where all the bars and restaurants are. There is an option to hire bikes but my girlfriend and I walked everywhere. We felt safe doing this even at night (possibly drunk!) Overall a great hotel with lovely staff. We’ll be staying there again for sure 👌🏻

This was our 2nd visit, this time there were 8 of us, 4 couples. I cannot praise the staff from cleaners to bar / kitchen staff and the receptionists. The hotel is exceptional. Rooms are kept in the highest standard and the food, you are spoiled for choice. The reception staff excelled in their hospitality, arranging reservations and transport to lofaki restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole group had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend and visit again.
