The Aeolos Beach Hotel, a spacious holiday complex with double rooms and bungalows, is built in the traditional style of the Greek island architecture directly on the long sandy beach of the Aegean Sea. The resort is characterised by facilities in a traditional style, which are complemented by the welcoming Greek hospitality, and offers comfortable accommodation in both the main building and in the surrounding bungalows. The relaxing ambience of the Aeolos Beach Hotel reflects the pleasant comforts of home. In May ‘18, we opened the new Wing with 45 Premium Sea View Beach Front Rooms and Pool. These 30 m2 adults-friendly rooms for max. 3 persons offer: 24 hours A/C, Wi-Fi, kettle, slippers, bathrobes (RQ, with deposit), mini-fridge with 2 small water bottles daily, 1 reserved sunbed on the pool per person, 1 bottle of red, white or rose wine per room (on guest's request). The bathrooms have rain showers and a separate toilet. Premium guests have their meals at Tranquillo Restaurant.

Great hotel on the outsklrts of Kos town. The staff was helpful, rooms were kept pretty clean and the facilities were pretty well kept and organized. We had a beautiful view from our newly refurbished bungalow which we really appreciate and enoyed.

Food tasteless, not much choice felt like a canteen no atmosphere a bit of background music would’ve helped. Not enough staff those who were working looked overworked. Beach restaurant was closed, was told this on arrival, website said open Stayed in premier bungalow, newly refurbished with beautiful view. Kettle in room with no tea/coffee/milk, were not told if we wanted the facilities they would’ve provided Aircon wasn’t working, contacted reception told its available 21.30-4.30hr and to call back. When contacting, they said the air-con is broken gave us an industrial fan! We paid premium bungalow with priority access to pool/sunbeds. On day 7, a couple told us to move from the bed as allocated to them, we’re premium & not allocated beds! Spoke to manager who said beds are allocated to room and we have it wrong, I showed him Jet2 website, his own leaflet & pool sign. He paraded us around the busy pool, to show us the sunbed with our room number, which wasn’t there. Proceeded to allocate beds furthest away from our room, need our bathroom due to C19. He asked what beds we’d like, I didn’t feel comfortable having this conversation at the pool & to meet later. Later, I said I wanted the beds we were moved from, he shouted at us in front of a busy reception, I asked why he’s raising his voice he stormed off slammed door, no resolution. Dear Guests Thank you for choosing our hotel and for your feedback. We are glad you liked your Premium room with its beautiful view. The issue concerning the sunbeds we are already aware of as your partner mentioned it in the review of 24 September (by “Dannyboy10000”). As already explained, during your stay with us, the sunbeds in the Premium area were reserved and allocated to the guests that had booked Premium bungalows. This is why they have numbers attached to them, and there are three signs in the area indicating that the sunbeds are for the Premium guests. On the day when you came to reception to complain that some other guests had asked you to leave the sunbeds you were using, there were many free sunbeds in the Premium area. As you mention in your review, I asked you several times where exactly you would like to have your sunbeds. I even suggested placing some right outside your bungalow balcony for convenience. Unfortunately, after a while you told me you wanted the specific ones you had used in the beginning. I had repeatedly informed you that it would not be correct to ask the other guests to leave, since those beds had been allocated to their room number. That is why when you came to reception again I kindly told you that I cannot help you by telling the other guests to leave those sunbeds, and I was hoping for your understanding. However, you were insisting but I could not comply with your wish, as I had explained, which is why I regarded the matter as closed and finally went to my office, which is not visible from the reception desk.
