We stayed here for one week, the staff are brilliant and helpful, whatever the questions we had for the staff, we got a great answers and great advice . The apartments are basic but clean and cleaned every day by a brilliant cleaning team. The pool area had enough beds for everyone, they were cleaned everyday with enough umbrellas for everyone as it was very hot when we were there. The apartments are aprox 10-15 walk to the harbour, town centre ( sorry we didn’t check the times as it’s holiday). The food at the bar was ok as we ate some evenings and lunches. The price of the drinks and food was reasonable and cannot complain. The only thing that let’s these apartments down is the management, they are great when you arrive and all on you with smiles, but when they see you don’t spend money at the bar they ignore you give there time on spending customers. We were told to return a beer glass one evening and when I didn’t return it, it went missing when I was out one day hmmmmm, petty as I filled the beer from my fridge. The reason was our apartment only had 3 glasses for 3 of us, 1 glass we instantly used for our toothbrush which left us with 2 glasses throughout the holiday. We saw each day staff returning from other apartments with glasses, if I was the owners, I’d supply more glasses as these are apartments and not the Ritz. I just want to give you all of my experience good or bad. Take tea towels, 3 toilet rolls as they only supply 1. I would stay here no problem as my negativity is from management pettiness. I took photos of my apartment before we left as proof of we left it as I fear a bill for something when I get home. The management didn’t entertain me when I checked out, I left my card on the counter and embarrassingly walked away saying thanks to the back of the management head. I’m sorry to leave Lenaki and would return, we are well traveled and thick skinned. I hope the management will take genuine criticism and take it seriously, they have a great place and great staff, just learn to chill a little, it’s our holiday 😁.

The location of Lenaki is perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kos Town.

Cleaning of the rooms - the cleaners work in really hot conditions and are sometimes there morning and evening. They’re pleasant enough. The sheets in the room were only changed once in the week we were there, maybe they could be changed a little more frequent.

Lenaki only supply 2 toilet rolls and then you have to buy your own ???

Food and drinks from the snack bar are MASSIVELY overpriced. 3 euros for a black tea 😂 and 4 for a Nescafé?!

There’s an abundance of fruit in the gardens and you’re not allowed to pick it - literally hundreds of apricots just left on the ground and you’re not to touch them??

Would we stay here again … no. Sadly the overpriced food and drinks is a put off. You literally can’t justify 3 euros for a teabag and some hot water or 4 euros for a magnum ice cream.

Cheap last-minute deal with tui so thought we would give kos a go! As we normally go sidari corfu. Lenaki apartments are roughly the same as we stay in corfu same toilet roll issue (2 issue). And air con roughly the same (70E) however no mini oven just a 2 ring hob! We stayed room 5 was clean and tidy but kitchen area very very basic bathroom basic but bedroom area looks recently updated. Nice quiet balcony (Pics) downsides of this place are high bar prices for area - we didn't buy anything just go the supermarket instead and have on balcony (5mins save a fortune!) It's roughly 15min walk to beach/harbour. Bar/restaurant prices vary in town bargains can be found try la strega (7mins from hotel) good food at sensible prices. Advertised bbq but not seen in a 7 night stay? Advertised as leaving but again expensive! (Pics) pool is small and beds are heavily reserved (8am onwards) cleaners are ok towels twice a week changed and bedding once a week! Room swept daily. Would I return yes nothing too bad to put me off for the price. Just a slight tip maybe better wording on room notices and don't demand! 3.50 room tax as soon as you arrive as this was a 1st for us as corfu places state please pay when convenient during your stay 🙂

OK so firstly just to show it isn't all negative, the staff and family are very friendly (apart from the blond who watches every penny going into the till), the grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is very clean. The pool area is also never very busy, so no nonsense of having to reserve beds which was great....BUT-

1. The waitress is obviously under strict instructions to make sure that no one is bringing anything to the pool area that hasn't been bought on site. My niece was told off for drinking a capri sun that hadn't been bought on site and told to throw it away or go to her room (she's 9!)
2. We had read about the toilet roll situation but the wording of the sign on site is ridiculously harsh.
3. I understand the charge for air con which we have experienced In all Greek Islands but they obviously only give you one key so you can't leave it on despite having paid for it.
4. You can't leave your bags in anyone else's room if you've a late flight but instead have to pay 30 for a late check out but this doesn't include keeping the Air con.
5. There were only 2 of us in the room but if we were a family it would have been the extremely hard and dated bits of foam in the kitchen area that you would be sleeping on!!
6. This is supposed to be a self catering apartment but it's nearly impossible to actual cook anything on the items provided.

We all had an absolutely brilliant holiday and would definitely return to Kos but not to Lenaki as it just felt a bit like a prison with all of the rules, the poor decor and being constantly watched and taken advantage off. Great island, great holiday, poor accommodation.

We travelled independently and chose this accommodation in a rural location outside of Kos Town We found the apartment suitable for our needs, set in well maintained gardens and a lovely pool, everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. Maria and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one slight moan, WiFi only around the pool/bar area.
We were happy staying here, quiet (other than the cockerel in the morning) with a lovely view and easy walk to the town and beach with a good choice of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk and the harbour and Old Town 15/20 minutes away. If we do return to Kos we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at Lenaki Apartments at 3 AM and was checked in and shown to our rooms by Armando. Upon entering our room, there was a smell of mustiness and damp which was strong I think this is likely down to the fact we had been delayed flying out and the room was probably cleaned the previous afternoon and shut up all day unoccupied but later that day the room was cleaned again and we didn’t experience this again.

Rooms are basic and as mentioned cleaned daily by the cleaners, staff are friendly, approachable and happy to give you information about the resort

Safe use is €10 a week and seemed a no brainer to us for storing iPads, money and passports during our stay (you can also keep this until you leave if you wish not to keep your room in late checkout which we didn’t as it’s €30) aircon costs €10 a day which initially seemed steep but this is the only hotel where I have seen 2 units provided, one in the living space and one in bedroom.

A hairdryer is provided in the bedroom as well as a really which is mainly filled with German channels, there is a pop up maiden provided on your balcony to aid your drying of clothes, the cutlery and glass wear provided in our apartment was for me a bit below standard and if I was to return to Lenaki I would think about maybe bringing plastic cups as well as knives and forks. But this was my only real complaint of the apartments that were otherwise basic yet clean and a good base for us to provide Kos, with the pool area being the best bit of the hotel where you will also find a snack bar which is very reasonable you can get a beer and a koppaberg for roughly €8 and breakfast for €7

Overall, I would defenitely consider staying at Lenaki apartments again If I was to return to Kos, although I would perhaps look for accommodation a bit closer to the town/harbour as this was about a 10/15 minute walk away and could cause problems with older guests who are no longer as good in their feet

The staff at this hotel are lovely & friendly, the pool is clean with a gorgeous mountain backdrop. The gardens are beautifully kept & there’s free WiFi at the bar.
The apartments are clean & basic, small towels are provided.
On the downside it’s one of those places where people claim themselves sun beds with a towel for the whole day & there’s no spares.
Covid clearly impacted this hotel financially as no loo roll is provided, signs tell you to buy your own. Also, you’re charged extra if you want to plug your own fan in so prepare to sweat in your apartment unless you can afford the extra for a/c!
If you have a late flight home you can pay €30 extra to keep the room on until 6pm, beware you are not allowed to just keep 1 room if your group has several rooms!
Also worth knowing is they only take cash here & you will probably need to hire push bikes as it’s a long hot (but flat) walk into town.
I didn’t try any of the food on offer but a basic range of fast food was available. The only draft beer is Amstel at €4 a pint which is a shame when there’s great Greek beers elsewhere much cheaper. Beer is served up in lovely frozen glassess though.
We were here in august but no entertainment (Greek nights etc) the hotel next door had one & it sounded great fun.

Booked this resort through Tui last minute deals for a 7 night stay. The Tui experience i.e. flights, transfers etc were excellent. We arrived at the apartments and had a warm welcome and easy check in and were allocated room no 13. Location wise its perfect and about a 15 min walk to Dolphin square (town centre area) and the harbour with its many bars and restaurants. The complex was clean and well presented with lovely gardens, a great view of the mountains and a great pool. We had no issues getting a sunbed and the refreshments and food available were reasonably priced (we didn't have any evening meals, just daytime snacks). The apartment was where it lets itself down resulting in our just about average rating. It was like going back to Butlins in the 90's in relation to the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom was nice and it had aircon (10 euros per day) and if the bathroom was a little more modern we would have been a lot happier. That said it was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels but once the two complimentary toilet rolls were gone we had to replenish ourselves, which wasn't a problem.
We spoke to other guests who have been coming here for years and they had asked the manager about any refurb plans for the rooms but he said he couldn't afford it. Tui has it as a 3 star and the site has its own rating of a 2 star which i think is a bit more accurate. The kitchen and bathrooms do need upgrading.
We hired a car through the TUI rep for a few days and visited a few places, Tigaki resort area, Zia and the Lofaki restaurant (would highly recommend) in the hills for a sunset view.
When going to the beach there are free sunbeds at Nissi Beach as long as you spend 8 euros each. The staff are great and you just raise your hand and they will take your order. soft drinks, smoothies, beers, cocktails and lots of food options.
Overall we enjoyed our stay especially for the price we paid. We would consider returning if we could get a similar deal as we know what the rooms are like but Kos was a great place to visit which really sold the trip.

My wife and I stayed here from 7th to 21st May 2022 and had a fabulous time. We asked for an upstairs apartment that enjoyed afternoon sunshine and were allocated room 57 which enjoyed sunshine from dawn to dusk, with views towards the distant hills. The apartment was very clean and fairly well equipped, and the cleaners who visited daily were oh so friendly and efficient. The gardens and grounds are immaculate and the pool area was very nice. During our two-week stay there was only one organised event which was a barbecue with traditional Greek dancers, good food and entertainment! There is also a book lending/swop facility and a nice snack and bar area. WiFi was free within the locality of the pool area.
There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk, beach 10 minute walk and the harbour and old town 15 minute walk.

Yet again a fabulous stay at Lenaki.
Maria, Steve and the team were as welcoming and friendly as ever.

We requested and had a ground floor room 105, great view of the pool and warm in the day, whilst the rear patio was cool all day, and a view of the orchard and mountains.

I know people say the rooms are tired, and dated, but they're comfortable, and fit for purpose as self catering accommodation. Everything you need is there. The rooms are cleaned daily and the whole location is spotless.

Being a smaller apartment complex then it's quieter and great for lazing at the pool, or enjoying a poolside drink or food, which is comparibly priced with Kos Town.

Try taking a 15 minute walk to town, with some great sidestreet resteraunts on the way, from La Straga, to mummys kitchen. Food is much better than the main harbour mass produced food.

We'll be back again next year, its one of the best self catering places we've stayed.

Answer from Lenaki apartments

The kitchen is open until 23.00. Though we can make a sandwich or some chips just for people arriving late like you. And yes you can have a drink if you want.
