Nice hotel in a good location. Walking distance to just about everything. Beaches on this side of the island are rocky, but there are some very nice sandy beaches not far on the other side. Staff was nice. Elevator is very small and they don't have bellmen to help with luggage, so that was a bit of a struggle, but it was a minor issue really. The views as mentioned by others is really grand. Good and reasonable breakfast was included. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and a perfect setting, the staff were all wonderful and a special thanks must go to the breakfast staff, I'm the one with the walking stick! Ate at H2O a couple of times and I would thoroughly recomend it. I miss waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunrise. Thank you everyone.happy

Great location, spacious clean room, lovely breakfast, amazing views over the bay. Small functional gym on site, pool at the sister hotel you can use, we went to the beach everyday. We loved our stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and welcoming, highly recommend when in Kos. H20 is also worth a visit great food at lunch & evening.

Back at one of our favourite hotels. Built by and yet from your guest room appearing to be over the sea. Wake to the sound of waves. Watch the moon go down over the sea. A peaceful, quality and caring hotel. Breakfast buffet was a great selection although the orange juice did not to appear be a fresh one. Dinner was excellent with a good choice of local and other wines. Helpful receptionists and friendly staff. All this a ten minute walk from Kos Town and it’s port.

Kos Aktis has friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Located on the beachfront, in the center of Kos town, close to all facilities, this design hotel has a swimming pool, private beach, bar, gym, SPA and comfortable rooms with balconies from which you can see the turquoise blue colors and hear the sound of the waves of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast is typically Greek and Restaurant H20 is one of the best in Kos.

A wonderful small hotel that feels as if it’s family run with a truly welcoming team. Stunning views, a shower that truly works - what more does one want??? How about a million dollar view, fabulous restaurant all beautifully presented and a wonderful breakfast…and did I already say - a welcoming team from our arrival at nearly 2.00 am to our check out and everyone in between. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here..

The entire stay was a pleasure, the hotel was clean and well maintained right on the water. Our room was magnificent and very comfortable with sensational views up and down the coast from our private balcony Nothing was to much trouble for the staff who were all friendly and helpful even given our language skills. It was a short walk to the fort and the town proper. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful in the H20 restaurant which also served excellent drinks and delicious food ! Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would stay there again if opportunity arose! Would recommend taking reef shoes as the access to water is over very large rocks but if that was our only issue we were very happy!

We had a great stay in this hotel. The highlight is clearly the view. All rooms are directly on the sea with views of boats bobbing in the water and Turkish hills as a backdrop. The rooms are fine, just what you would expect really. Breakfast is wonderful, so much choice. Probably not the best full English in the world, but pretty much everything else is really first class. The restaurant seems to be used by locals looking for somewhere special to eat, so that’s a good recommendation. The staff are friendly and attentive. The cleaners are very thorough and do a great job. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, beautifully located, but the whole experience was soured by our departure. Because we had a late flight, I'd asked if there would be somewhere we could change, they said no problem. When it came down to it, the very unhelpful, unfriendly receptionist said we had to change in the toilet
