We stayed at the Peridis Family Resort for 4 nights having previously stated in Kardemena for 6 nights.

First impressions were very good. A very warm welcome on reception by the staff who allowed us to check in earlier as our room as available.

Our room was amazing and the outdoor terrace with hottub was the cherry on top of the cake.

The facilities were great, so much so that we spent most of our time here so our holiday felt very relaxed. Me and my wife loved the 1st floor adults only area. A nice chilled place to relax. The pool area is great with padded sunbeds and parasols free to use. Our children loved the kids pool and slides.

The bar and restaurant was great and was well organised. My only regret was only eating there once on the final night. The menu was great and good value.

Finally, the best thing about Peridis Family Resort was the staff. Professional, warm and friendly. Never had a single bad experience.

Special mention to Albert who was in charge of the entertainment during the day and at night.

Me and my family normally like to chill on our holidays but we were made to feel welcome by Albert who is such a nice guy and as a result we joined in many activities such as Aqua Arobics, Bingo, Karaoke, Quizzes and finally Salsa Dancing which my daughter and wife loved. I also gave it a go despite not being the best dancer! A mention also to Petra who supported with the entertainment and kids club. Always friendly and smiling.

If we return to Kos we will definitely consider returning to Peridis Family Resort.

Overall, we found this hotel excellent. It was slightly different as it is based over several different buildings and our group were in separate buildings but this did not alter our experience. We stayed in self catering apartments which were well appointed. Air conditioning is €5 per day but the receptionist made a point on checking in to suggest we tried without it - as lots of the rooms are fairly cool. The rooms are clean and serviced daily.
The pool area is really clean and there are plenty of loungers and no ‘saving’ beds. The pool is deep and there are separate pools for children and toddlers, as well as an adults only area with a hotub.
The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and the dining area by the pool is lovely. We ate at the hotel on several occasions as it was extremely good value and really delicious.
The entertainment staff are friendly but it’s low key and not over the top.
The location is around 5 minutes walk to the seafront and around 10/15 minutes to Kos town. There are lots of lovely restaurants near by.
Without exception, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Both Christinas from the hotel team and Jet2) were excellent.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel - it was fantastic

We have had a great stay here as a family of 5, kids are 9,8 & 4.

The rooms are spacious with loads of storage, well equipped kitchen, although no oven. We had breakfast included and the staff there are so lovely and helpful, food was great with loads of options and well stocked up. We had to be served due to Covid regulations.

Hotel facilities are great, loads for the kids to do and the animation team were awesome. There was always something to keep mine occupied. They are so friendly and would entertain the kids for a few hours. Their hours are 10-12 then 3-5 and they do a mini discus every night at 8.30pm for half an hour with some form of other entertainment after that. Kids club is from 4yrs, if you have smaller children you can use the room but you need to supervise.

The staff were so helpful and and even in the weeks leading up to our trip, I emailed several questions and they were always happy to help and very quick to respond.

There is a large supermarket directly behind the hotel which has everything and there are a few great tavernas in the immediate area. Make sure you go to Aliada for great food, lovely staff and good value & its right by the hotel.

It’s a 15-20min walk to Kos Town, so we hired bikes for a week at a very cheap price 80euros for 2 kids, 2 adults & a child’s seat. There are cycle paths everywhere so really safe and great to explore the ruins close by and beaches. There are loads of beach bars that give you free sun beds when you buy drinks & food from them. Checkout Old River, awesome staff and good priced food, they also have inflatables you can borrow to go in the sea and they can’t do enough for you.

A great hotel for families would recommend to anyone!

It’s been a week since we came back from kos and we already miss it. We booked our trip without doing any research we just asked the travel agency to find us a hotel that is fit for small kids as we were traveling with our 1 year old son. We went without any expectations and came back very pleased. It’s a very nice resort with lots of activities for children and adults! We stayed at a studio which (at least for us was more then enough) but if you are more into luxery i would suggest to ask for a bigger room or maybe a family room. Due to the coronacrisis there werent many people ar the resort, actually we did not see lots of tourist around the island but Albert and Petra from the animation team at Peridis really did the most to entertain people, there was a minidisco for the kids every night and for the adults they organized quizzes, karaoke nights, dance lessons, aqua gym and many many more games. they were very kind and funny. Also the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and kind, it almost felt like we knew them for ages. The food was delicious, we tried different dishes every night and everything was exellent. They also have a very large pool (including kids pool) and plenty of sunbeds so there was plenty of space to lay down and relax and take a swim every now and then. I would really recommend this resort, especially for families who are traveling with little kids! Thumbs up 👍🏼

The staff at this place must be really trained to look after their customers. This is what makes a good holiday. From rooms being cleaned immaculately every day, bar staff, waiters, reception etc. Although we did not self cater all rooms have a kitchen which gives you so much more space. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun beds but of course people still reserve their own. The nearest beach is around 5 mins walk and providing you buy a drink most sun beds are free.
Plenty of good restaurants around that are only a few minutes walk however the food within the hotel is excellent.

The hotel and staff from start to finish, was an absolute delight!
We arrived late, approximately 22.15 and the delightful lady on reception fast tracked our check in formalities, and told us to go and have a meal.
The restaurant doubles up for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We went half board, as love holidays gave us a very good value offer.
You could have anything on the menu including steaks, and the choice of food was unbelievable.
The special food nights are worth mentioning, BBQ and Greek food night are an absolute must.
The swimming pool is a gem, the sun rises one end of the pool and goes down on the other end, giving sun lovers all day exposure, but for those wishing for shade, there is an abundance of clever plant coverage and cabanas with roof covering.
It’s just a delight to go swimming in this large pool, children have 2 pools of their own, and the hotel provides a female life guard to look after the children’s safety requirements.
If that’s not enough, there’s an abundance of shaded activities to play on.
Our room was number 2306, and for 2 of us it was huge, it opened up to a lovely bright balcony to enjoy a late afternoon coffee after an hard day’s enjoyment around the swimming pool.
Our trepidation was that the hotel was going to be too far out of the town’s central attractions, but it turned out that a walk into town after dinner took us both 10, to 15 minutes of slow walking.
A taxi back from Kos town centre after a few late drinks cost 7 euros…. great value.
This hotel provides the best in accommodation, service, and is staffed with some of the nicest people you could wish to meet.
They were constantly smiling and happy, consequently making our holiday the more enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our time there, and will return with our grandchildren.

Just returned from the Peridis after 7 days with 2 other couples. Flights were perfect with Jet2 from Birmingham to Kos , with no delays at either end. Booking in at reception was smooth and efficient. The rooms, 2 junior suites and a double were spacious and very clean. Aircon is extra at €5 a day, definitely needed even in mid - late September. Breakfast, buffet style, was very good with a wide choice of hot and cold food and plenty of it. The hotel puts on a Greek night and bbq night with buffets, again the food was excellent and the greek dancers and live group were superb.
Finally a mention to all the staff. They made the hotel always happy and friendly with a welcome smile. Particular mention must go to Christina for her welcoming and hospitality at breakfast and lunch, remembering little touches like the extra back cushion and the large glass for the water at breakfast. And to Peter for the evening service. Always ready for a chat. Nothing was too much trouble from mixing bespoke cocktails, gin mohito, to recommendations and to his endless experiences, a big thank you from Mr T and friends

Recently got back from a weeks stay at Peridis and all we can say was that it was great! The staff were very friendly and our room (Junior suite) was clean and very spacious with a big kitchen area, wardrobe with plenty of space and bedside cabinets. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing! The rooms come with air con and a safe at an extra price. The hotel also offers you towels for the pool if you don’t have any. The hotel is split into 4 different buildings which can be a pain when wanting to access the pool or bar area but we didn’t mind. It’s approx a 15 min walk into the town which was very handy. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast for €14 each, they also offered a Greek and BBQ night, we attended the Greek night and the food was amazing and the entertainment was great! Would definitely recommend! The pool area is very nice with a main pool and kids pool. There didn’t seem to be loads of sun beds for the amount of rooms they have however we didn’t struggle to get 2 but be wary this wasn’t during peak times. The bar staff were great and made amazing cocktails at only €8 each!

I was really looking forward to this holiday after reading the reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. The rooms are clean and the service is so warm and friendly. We stayed as a family of 5. 2 adults, 3 children under 13. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 balconies off of both rooms. The balcony off the master bedroom went straight across so you could access from the front room, but with our daughter sleeping in the front room it was excellent that we could access straight into our room without disturbing her. Pool was fab albeit very deep in places which I thought was necessary but there is a kids pool and we could always get a sun bed!! The food was good and reasonably priced. The kids animation staff were great as our 5 year old didn’t leave them alone! They also encouraged people to take part but I didn’t think they were pushy at all. Christina who worked around the bar and restaurant is amazing and definitely a credit to this hotel. Peter in the bar gets a massive shout out as well such a gentlemen. I would massively recommend this hotel, the location is brilliant just a short walk to the marina which takes you straight to old town, don’t hesitate if you are considering this hotel!

Thank you for your question. With some booking channels the air conditioning is included in the room rate and with some, it will be with extra enviromental fee EUR5.00/day. You will get this information from the channel you are making the reservation with or you can email to reservations@hotelperidis for extra information. All our direct bookings are with air conditioning included. Greetings from sunny Kos.
