After an anxious but beautiful drive from Vancouver in our 30ft rv, we were not disappointed with the welcome we received in the impressive reception area at Kumsheen. Rv pitch is on a mostly level gravel site with a few bushes in between and a picnic table overlooking the gorgeous tepees. Lovely pool area with jacuzzi, outside bar, giant chess....

I took my two sons for an afternoon in August and we all had a great time. Friendly staff at the resort and the rafting. ***** Beautiful scenery, sunny day matched with scary rapids. During a 3 week holiday with lots of activities this one stands out!

We went here in the month of August, a couple years ago and stayed in a Teepee, the beds were comfortable, the only problem was when the trains went by at night, it sounded like they were coming right through the tent....hence the ear plugs they 't provided, still a small price to pay for such a great weekend. The...

I received a gift certificate from my two sisters for Kumsheen river rafting. Decided to go in September with my husband and one of my sisters. Travelling by paddle raft for 40 km down the Thompson was an experience we will never forget. Great Rapids, great guide(thanks Braden), great memories. We will definitely be back to Kumsheen, with my 75...

A couple of weeks I chaperoned a school grad trip with a few colleagues. We had with us, 50 high school students. The staff both on and off the river were pretty fantastic and went out of their way to make our time at Kumsheen safe, fun and comfortable. The meals that were served were great and the river rafting...

A whole day of rafting which included an awesome lunch followed by hotubbing, a delicious meal on the the outside patio and overnight in a teepee with 2 friends. Everything was great...fun to no end on the river...guides were awesome...beautiful scenery, comfy warm beds...only drawback was noise from the highway and the trains going by all night. Second time here...

We camped at Kumsheen Rafting Resort and enjoyed the facilities (pool, shower, lodge) immensely! We went on a Power Rafting tour for a half-day Friday special and my husband and I along with our 6 kids (age range 17-9) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Outings like this are expensive to do with a large family but it was worth saving up for.

always wanted to try white water rafting, found Kumsheen through Google, booked for one day paddling and power rafting and booked to stay in their camp ground as we were tenting. They had Tepees and canvas cabins to rent also which looked really cool. There was a group of school kids there at the same time, which we thought might...

Having seen pictures of the teepees and canvas cabins online, I thought this would be a nice place to go for a romantic break, but it's really set up more as a summer camp for families with kids. The tents are all very close together, so not much privacy, plus the railway and the road make it very noisy. There...

We stayed in a teepee. Lots of fun, plus great and interesting food at the restaurant. the pool was warm (Lytton is very hot, of course!) and we were happy to take hikes in the surrounding hills and parks.
