My Daughter and I were greeted by the lovely Patrizia and her delightful dog Ice Tea. I know, how cute! Throughout our stay all the staff were charming and helpful. Our room was functional, stylish and immaculate. The location is perfect, close to transport links to Cannes and Nice, very good restaurants on the doorstep and even a supermarket near by. Morans Sartoux is a charming little gem we'd actually never heard of. Real and unspoiled. Do go. And stay at Casa Bella! Fabulous!!!

Such a great lady owner and her beautiful sweet little Mascot doggie, Charlie!
So polite and smiley! The rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast is simple but nice.
We had very relaxing few days in Casabella and we would definitely come back again!
Her warmth made us feel like home!
Thank you so much and we hope to see you and Charlie soon🙂

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of the old town of Mouans-Sartoux. Literally across the street. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Recently renovated, the rooms and bathroom are spacious. There’s even an elevator! The downside was that the walls are quite thin and you can hear a lot. Breakfast was a nice continental spread. A little of everything. A great stay.

The hotel is very well located, closed to Grasse in the charming village of Mouans Sartoux. The rooms have been recently renovated. They are modern, very comfortable, clean and quiet.
The breakfast is very nice with plenty to eat on a charming terrace, at a very good price of 8 E.
We were a group of 12 from Singapour. We were all very happy with our stay (3 nights). The owner and manager is very helpful.

Great room! Breakfast was lovely too and the staff were super helpful. The wifi is pretty temperamental but if you don't mind that then I would recommend staying here. We stayed in room 5 and loved the artwork. Great bathroom too with good views and powerful shower.

We recently spent 5 days at this lovely Hotel, with wonderful hosts and in a quaint little town. Our room called Carmen was quite spacious, bright, with a walkout balcony, several windows and a modern bathroom. It was great to discover that the bed was comfortable and everything was in great condition. We enjoyed breakfast and our host was helpful to make recommendations for restaurants and visits around the region. Breakfast is plentiful and a great value at $7EU. We found access to A8, the main highway in the Cote d'Azur was conveniently close so we could visit all the famous spots from here without being caught in the larger city traffic. The morning that we were leaving, we slept in and missed breakfast time but our host made sure we ate and didn't leave without coffee, fruits, french stick, croissant, cheeses and a good bye hug. All that and no charge!

Very nice and very new little hotel. As the owner told us, it was only 2 weeks old when we stayed (2nd Aug 2014). They have renovated the whole house and created a sort of boutique hotel with music and literature as the themes, in total there are something like 15 rooms. Modern decoration in rooms, great beds, nice bathroom with good quality amenities, especially the shower gel and shampoo, after all it is just outside Grasse, so they know one or two things about soap and perfumes here. Breakfast is served on the beautiful roof-top terrace, though we didn't try it so can't comment.

A nice plus is the free private parking in the back of the hotel. Also free wifi although we had issues to connect from one of our devices. Overall a very fair price for the service we got, especially knowing that it was at the highest of the season and the Provence-Cote d'Azur area can get very expensive.

Location-wise is right in the centre of the little village of Mouans, with plenty of little cafes, boulangeries and shops around. Especially the "Au Moulins de Mouans" boulangerie is worth a visit. Otherwise not far away from Grasse and Cannes by car.

This hotel is right in the middle of Mouans Sartoux just a few minutes away from good restaurants, also close to Cannes thanks to the "pénétrante" higway, only about 10 minutes.
The hotel is clean, service is minimal, and breakfast is of good value, so is the hotel.

An exquisite location at the heart of the city. Entering the hotel, you feel satisfaction from the little, but affluent library. Clean and cosy rooms. Romantic terrace on the top floor with a clear view towards the uphill neighbourhoods.
