What a lovely place ! My first solo trip transfer bus dropped me outside and poppi had put up signs to direct me to my room lovely studio fridge kettle mini kitchen basic studio but lovely clean with terrace out to the pool which was lovely! Do go for the breakfast full English toast coffee juice ! Or lots more to choose from ! Lovely pool bar breakfast bar ! Poppi had kindly left water in my room . There is water to buy at the bar so you don't have to lug up the hill ! Full range of drinks and eats v reasonable prices . Poppi and her family were so welcoming made me feel at ease here v chilled out nothing was too much trouble and she made sure I was ok thank you. Cleaner came daily fresh sheets twice and towels she was so welcoming too X Thank you so much for a fantastic time X Many mention the hill up it's not too bad close to the bakery which is fab freddos please ! We had a great 11 nights at pefkos view. This was a fantastic place to stay. We had room 11 which had the most amazing views over pefkos and the sea from the balcony. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for a couple of weeks holiday. Poppy and her team were great, just really friendly and warm, and always checking that everything was ok. Food and drinks were lovely. Pool area well cared for and even on some busy days managed to get sunbeds. The hill down to pefkos is about 5 minutes walk where all the restaurants shops etc are. Coming back up the hill is a bit hard but you get used to it. Taxi rank at bottom of hill if you need it. Loved it so much have booked for next year.

We had an excellent week in the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Poppi. Views and pool area are great with plenty of sun beds available throughout the day. Great location, shop/bakery 50m away, Pefkos town less than 5 min walk, beach 10 min walk. Steep hill back up to the hotel but worth it for the views over the town. Our room was clean and comfortable, however there is a lack of storage space could do with a set of draws or shelf. The bathroom is outdated but this is a minor complaint. When the room was cleaned the balcony door was always left partially open which lets ants in and hot air in, not sure why this was. If you have a hire car it can be parked opposite the hotel. Busses are available nearby to visit Lindos or Rhodes town. Overall great value for money.

Stayed with teenagers in two separate, sea-view apartments. The apartments are small, but lovely, one of our sons even commented how much he liked the decor (which is quite unusual!). The apartments are up a steep hill, but unless you have mobility problems, this shouldn't be a problem, myself and my husband are in our 50s. As everyone else has mentioned Poppi is a lovely, warm and friendly host. One of our sons needed to see a doctor after standing on a sea urchin - Poppi immediately contacted a medical centre and even got her husband to drive us there and back - above and beyond for me!! It might be worth getting kids some sea shoes if you plan on going to the beach as other guests told us they had seen lots of sea urchins when snorkelling. The breakfast is well worth paying extra for, there is lots of choice and both our sons never missed it. There is a bakery/supermarket across the road, prices are quite steep - but they seem to be everywhere. Pefkos is a 10 minute walk down hill, with several restaurants, snack bars and bars. It is a nice, quiet village, which suited us very well. We ate out every evening and meals came in around 100 Euros for all 4 of us, including a couple of drinks. We hired a car for the day from Marathon in Pefkos, this was 50 Euros for a Fiat Panda - very efficient company. We also went on a trip Rhodes by Night with Impress Travel Agent, also located in Pefkos. Lindos is a 10minutes taxi ride away and costs 10 Euros, this is well worth a visit, day and night. Overall we had a great holiday and throught Pefkos View was excellent value for money - I would recommend this to all of my family and friends.

I booked 2 rooms and was impacted by the fires in Rhodes on the 22nd and 23rd of July. We arrived at the hotel and requested we cancel the 2 rooms I had booked. The owner said it was too late and that she could not assist us, so she said you have to check in or loose your money. we expressed our concern as the fires were in a neighbouring village. The owner was dismissive. So we decided to check in because the roads back to Rhodrs centre were closed off due to the extensive fires. After the owner had shown us to our rooms and checked us in, she then mentioned that there is no electricity or water due to the fires. so I asked what do we do and she responded you just have to wait, so I replied its over 40 degrees outside and the room has no air-con. I couldn't cancel the room to get a refund to go to another hotel in an area where it was further or not impacted by the fires or go back to Rhodes Centre, we then changed into our swimmers and sat by the pool and could smell the fire and could see ashes in the air. We were devostated, so we stayed close to the hotel. at midnight we got an update from the greek government to vacate the hotel and packed our bags and drove back to Rhodes center. I requested a refund for the full amount as the behaviour of the owner was insincere at the time of check in and hid information prior to the check in and could not fulfil the the obligations or services advertised during the very short stay, They didn't give us a bottle of cold water, we didn't have electricity in the room, so we didn't have air conditioning and the hotel didn't even have an electricity generator. I sent a message to the owner of the hotel and to booking.com requesting a refund but it was declined by the owner of the establishment. I am extremely saddened by the behaviour of the hotel management and would not recommend anyone to stay there. I have travelled to over 40 counties and have never experienced such poor customer service. This experience will remain unforgettable.

Absolutely 10/10 experience at this hotel.Poppi the owner is absolutely fabulous and can’t do enough for you.Poppi gave us a lovely bottle of fizz and decorated the room for our anniversary which was so thoughtful. The breakfast was the so lovely and such a welcome surprise to be able to have a cooked option plus yoghurt, cereal or toast if you wanted.First time in years my teenage son has bothered to get up for breakfast but because it was so good he was eager to go every day.Lunches also lovely and fresh and lots of options such as halloumi salad and baguettes plus gyros which was my son’s favourite and best one he’s had in Greece he said. We loved the Nefeli maisonette and it was perfect for us as a family as we could be together rather than getting two rooms. The seating area outside was a massive plus point and it often felt like you had all the advantages of a villa but on the site of a hotel. I couldn’t rate this hotel high enough just such a lovely hotel in a perfect setting.Thank you Poppi and your family we will definitely book again x

As somebody who has been coming to Pefkos since the age of four this has got to be my new favourite place to stay! I have visited a few hotels in the area and after being let down by our usual providers last minute we were forced to try somewhere new this year. What a blessing in disguise this was! Me and my boyfriend booked directly and stayed in their mini studio (which was actually an amazing size and is comparable to most in Pefkos). The shower was possibly the only downfall of the holiday as it was facing the outside of the bath and the setting meant you had use a very pressure which made it incredibly difficult but did not ruin our holiday by any means. Despite this, we felt so incredibly welcomed by the owner Poppi, she always provided a smile and the most positive attitude. Nothing felt like it was too much to do she showed us to our room and helped us when we couldn't figure out the door lock at first on night one. Also, the welcome basket of water and fruit juice was incredibly appreciated as we arrived in the heat of the day and had just gotten off a stuffy bus. Honestly a 10/10 hotel!!!
