Highly recommend this glamping site. We booked rather late and opted for one of the geodesic domes. The booking was easy and the owner was always able to answer our pre-arrival questions. Upon arrival, in the pouring rain, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the communal kitchen area which is well presented and was tastefully decorated with hallowe'en themed additions, pumpkins, skeletons etc. The provided cutlery was ample and clean and tidy. The private bathroom was warm decent sized and with a good shower, toilet, basin and mirrors. The grounds are well kept with an area cut shorter for ball games/exercise etc. There’s also an outside eating area/pizza oven and log fire area. A woodland area made for good exploring fir our two 11yo boys. Our dome was absolutely stunning, beds were really comfortable, a log fire provided with kindling, wood (enough for about 8hrs of much needed heating), fire lighters and matches. Jack and his team were all very helpful and made us feel very welcome going above and beyond to ensure we were all happy with everything and comfortable in the quite frankly awful weather. We will definitely be back for a longer summer time stay. It pretty much rained the whole three days, and nights, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our first glamping experience. Very sensible and clear Covid-19 precautions are firmly in place, do not feel overbearing but are more than adequate to maintain safety. Local attractions I can recommend are the Combat Collection museum at Cobbaton and the Tarka Trail for a bike ride - bike hire available from Bideford Bike Hire, they have access to the Tarka Trail right next to there shop.

A very scenic spot with great views of the countryside with a serene atmosphere that just exhumes peace. Friendly staff who were very Covid aware with great implementation of rules to make sure everyone can stay socially distant and as safe as possible. The geodome we stayed in was such a great space and the wood burning stove made certain we were nice and cosy in the nights. All the facilities were perfect for us and our stay couldn't have been better. The worst part was leaving but I'll certainly be back for another visit. Great place for an escape

Spent a weekend in a Geodome. 5 people fit in spaciously. The wood burner was lovely in the dome. The staff at the site were very helpful and were highly Covid aware. The site felt safe with easy social distancing and clear markings for community areas. The locations was amazing; Great views from the dome. Easy access to Cornwall, the Moors and the coast. Would certainly recommend. 10/10

We had an amazing time at Koa Tree Camp, just really chilled out in our beautiful dome. Glamping doesn’t get much more luxurious, and the facilities are great. There’s plenty to do nearby too, tons of gorgeous beaches - but in truth our dome was too relaxing not to spend all of our time in! Cherry on top was the homemade pizza night, and surprise fire show. Jack and Ilze were amazing hosts and super helpful, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We visited the place few days ago. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful beaches around, plenty of space for dog walks and we could warm up and dry our stuff next to the log burner. Very clean, lovely hosts, personal bbq area as well as a comunal one. Spacious comunal kitchen and dining area. If you enjoy camping but still want comfort of a hotel room I'd definitely reccomend this place.
