Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What’s not to love about not only this beautiful hotel, but also the owners! My husband and I had a recommendation for dinner here by our Airbnb hosts next door for a special evening out. This was seriously a culinary experience…..my husband had grilled octopus with a bed of puréed fava beans….Devine! I had carpaccio with rocket and a homemade vinaigrette on rocket….again Devine! Sophia one of owners was nothing short of amazing. We appreciated all the time she took to chat with not just us but everyone. We all felt like we mattered. She made sure we got an amazing deal on our two day car rental. Made amazing cocktails for us. When we left Corfu we had a sealed back of the local fava beans to give to my daughter who is a trained chef and will love this small piece of Corfu. Thank you so much for everything.

Hotel's Favourite
We spent 5 nights at Eleals that was a 15 minute drive from the airport. We selected this hotel because of its location and modern facilities. Don't look for a pool as you have the ocean with lounge chairs and paddle boards across the street. The sunrises are magnificent. The venue provided a central location to explore Corfu and offered a peaceful patio for drinks and reflection at days end. The best I save for last. We have made multiple trips to Greece over the past 12 years and our experience at Eleals was among the best. Our hosts Tasos and Sofia made us free we were guests in their home. From early morning to late at night they insured that their guests had the best experience. We can't wait for a return visit.

Hotel lovely, immaculately clean and well positioned, what makes this place so special is the staff run by Tasos and Sofia, they couldn’t be better helpful fun and professional! You do honestly feel like you staying with friends! My partner and I have travelled an awful lot in our careers and have stayed at countless hotels this whilst not the most glamorous is one of the best!

Poor a/c rooms are also poor with noise from the main road. Average food, no pool, no safety railings on entrance to hotel with at least 20 steep steps to navigate. No pool which was a bad mistake to ignore on our part Dingy horrible tunnel down to beach (no railings yet again) under the road with a 2 more stairs to navigate to actually get to the beach. No beachside bar Save your money and go elsewhere as it’s way over priced for what it is. I think I have made my point !

We spent 5 nights with 3 kids at the hotel and just loved it. Tassos and Sofia will bend over backwards to make your stay a luxury. The food is delicious and the hotel Is very clean the beach is small with rock, so you best bring aqua shoes. The road is not noisy , there is a direct bus to Cordu town which is convenient. We can definitely recommend it.

We were originally supposed to stay in another hotel. When we got there it was not suitable. We called Eleals at 11:30 at night and Tasos answered the phone and he could not have been more gracious. My husband and I and his brother and wife packed up and headed to Eleals. Tasos and Sofia are the most amazing hosts. Their customer service exceeds all expectations. The hotel is beautiful and everything is comfortable and well done. I would return to the Island just to stay in this hotel. It was that exceptional. Tasos and Sofia went out of there way to call ahead for a beach canopy reservation, gave us restaurant suggestions and contacts, and did anything they could to make our visit the best possible. The location is very central and we could easily get to all parts of the island in a reasonable amount of time. We would highly recommend this hotel!

After reading all the great reviews here and elsewhere, I thought what can be so exceptional about this place. Having been there, I know the answer. It truly is a unique experience. The hotel itself is small, modern and designed with very good taste. There is a sea view from every room. While the hotel is on the main road and airplanes literally pass by the window, noise isolation is very good so there is no outside noise. The hotel is close to a nice little village with good restaurants, Benitses and 15 minutes from old town corfu. The highlight is the personal treatment of Tasos and Sofia and the entire staff. They take care of all the fine details. Leave water in the room and bring cold water to the beach. They love to give travel recommendations and will help with reservations. The food was absolutely delicious. Very generous, fresh breakfast. The highlight for us was when Sofia heard we were celebrating our anniversary, they prepared a surprise for us in the room with flowers, chocolate, and sparkling wine. It was such a nice gesture. If we return to corfu, we will come back for sure.

Beautiful hotel with seaview located on the main road only 20 minutes from Corfu town. There are just enough parking spaces for all guests in front of the hotel. The owner Tasos and his sister Sofia are both very friendly and take very good care of their guests, for example by giving out fresh water (vital during this July's heatwave!). Thanks a lot to them for their welcome and for their little gifts at the end of our 10-night stay. The hotel has a quiet little pebble beach (seashoes are recommended), with a direct underground access next to the hotel, where you can practice your stand-up paddle skills for free. :-) Rooms are nice, comfortable and the hotel is very clean. There's a limited offer of meals at the hotel restaurant, but the quality is very good. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Their great energy toasts and fruit salads will give you enough strength to go and walk miles to discover the incredible landscapes of the island. I would like to thank in particular Dora from the "breakfast team". Her smile, friendliness and great senses of humour brought additional sunshine to our breakfasts. Thanks a lot and wish you all the best!

Eleals review My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The hosts Sofia and her brother Tasos, were outstanding, providing a smiley, chatty, warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, truly deserving of five stars, making me feel pampered and taken care of at all times - even going out to buy ice cream at 10pm! The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main town via the bus. And oh, the in-house food was absolutely incredible! Each meal was a delight to the taste buds, and the dining experience was beyond compare. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay and we can't wait to go back next year!

We had a fantastic time there. Room is clean and clear simplicity. Owners are very helpful and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel To get to the next village where lots of restaurants and pubs. They kindly gave us a bottle of cold water when we were on the beach. Well thought out. Thank you. We had evening meals there for two nights. Excellent food. Only if they could change the menu every night slightly, Even better. We would have enjoyed more. Breakfast is fantastic. But expect slow service. When we left, we received a bag of souvenir, olive oil, sweet and local liquors. Very nice touch. We were very happy to stay there and thank you for the owners to give us pleasant time.
