We stayed at Collina degli Ulivi for two nights in October 2016 (in fact, we were the last guests of the season). It is a very nice, modern B&B with an awesome pool. It is very clean, in a great location among the hills above Itri and overlooking Gaeta. Giuseppe, the owner is very friendly and helpful. If you are...

Unbelievable view, silent area, clean, close to a sea shore. We will remember a breakfast on a balcony with extraordinary view and waking up with the birds. Great swimming pool that looks to a sea direction

Wonderfully located on the top of the hill, the resort enjoys a breathtaking view of the valley. The rooms are spacious and incredibly quiet. Everything is super clean and comfortable! Owner was very nice, helpful, and rooms were lovely and spacious. Very new and clean. A bit difficult to find,...off the beaten path so to speak, but result was worth the effort to find it! Look for a newly paved area for the last kilometer as you approach the hotel/retreat. Beds were comfortable and room was well furnished. Typical small...

Is it a miracle? You drive along the Appian Way in southern Italy. It was built by the romans approx 2000 years ago. You end up in Itri. The ancient town of saints and criminals as it is called by the locals. Even one pope was born there. You pass the town and find yourself on a small rocky road...

We can't rate it highly enough, the welcome from Giuseppe was so friendly, the room light, airy and very clean with great views across to the sea. Although we only spent a short time here, we...

We loved every minute at this beautiful little place run by the charming combination of Giuseppe and his son Marco. Perfect if you wish to avoid the high hotel prices of Sperlonga - it's only a 15 minute drive away. Rooms are modern with private terrace - most of them with a beautiful view. We spent the day visiting nearby...
